Call notes and tracking

Pros

During calls, taking notes is really convenient and adding a new contact or working with the deals table is easy. I also appreciate being able to keep track of how many calls and emails I've made and the data is very simple to locate.

Cons

There are times when it lags and it can run slowly when I'm creating an email sequence.

Better lead tracking

Pros

Keeping my leads organized with this has been really helpful and it makes communicating with them much more efficient. I can also jot down notes from calls and meetings without any hassle.

Cons

Search functionality could definitely be improved and it would be much better if there were a way to move directly from one lead to the next instead of returning to the main page every time.

Bulk outreach tools

Pros

Sending emails to large contact lists is very convenient with the sequence feature and it's also simple to access calling and email functions whenever I need them.

Cons

Filtering feature could be more user-friendly and easier to work with.

Free CRM features

Pros

Right from the free plan, it includes an impressive range of features, plus a fully functional CRM with unlimited contacts. That makes it possible to run our business around the CRM, improve our workflows and keep refining our custom setup so we can get the most out of everything it offers. The daily, weekly and monthly reports are also genuinely helpful when it comes to analyzing performance.

Cons

A few very basic, obvious contact filter features are still missing. We've seen these requests sitting in the forums/community for nearly a year without any meaningful progress. We've managed with the best workarounds available but those missing options still have a small impact on our workflow and overall efficiency.

Sequences for every prospect

Pros

Sequences and tasks have boosted my productivity because they make sure none of my prospects slip through the cracks.

Cons

One frustrating part of the dialer is that I have to answer my phone on every single call just to get connected. I've used other dialers before where I only had to connect once and could keep making calls back-to-back until I decided to hang up.

responsive support

Pros

Among the sales CRMs I've worked with, this one is one of the most powerful. The platform keeps getting regular updates that add features and make the overall experience more usable. On top of that, the support team has consistently been helpful and very quick to respond whenever needed.

Cons

Every now and then, the platform can crash or some information may not show up. It doesn't happen often but it's still one of the issues I've run into with it.

perfect automation

Pros

This works really well as a relationship manager. It stands out with email automation, task creation and the ability to book virtual meetings. The lists and contacts features are also simple to navigate and filter through.

Cons

A few areas still need more development. In particular, it would be helpful to have a way to book a meeting for a colleague using tokens. There also needs to be a simpler way to duplicate sequences and templates.

Pipeline customization

Pros

Everything my team and I need to build and manage our pipeline effectively is included here. The software is highly customizable and it lets us track and capture all lead data throughout the entire sales cycle.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. The system feels very great overall.

All sales tools together

Pros

Having everything in one place has been a huge plus. The platform feels very user-friendly and simple and all the customer information I need is always right at my fingertips. It also brings together all the sales tools I rely on to reach out, follow up and close deals which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

My only real complaint is that my company also uses Uber flip and I wish there were better data tracking for the streams we create.

Sequences for prospecting

Pros

The standout feature for me is Sequences, just like the title suggests because it makes the whole prospecting process far more manageable, honestly, almost perfect for sharing engaging content over time.

Cons

One downside with Sequences is the limit on how many concurrent cascading drip campaigns you can run at once. If the timing between messages isn't monitored carefully, it can end up crashing.

Reporting and messaging

Pros

One of the best parts has been being able to pull reports on nearly everything. The customized messaging and sequencing tools have made our team more productive and the analytics give us useful insight into which messages are actually working.

Cons

It's honestly hard to point to any real downside because the product has been performing really well. If anything comes to mind, I'd just pass it along to the support team.

Good tracking but limited sequences

Pros

Basic metrics are there, it's easy to use and it does a good job of tracking activity.

Cons

Where it falls short is with sequence functionality and the ability to use a workflow to move through tasks tied to individual contacts who are part of a sequence.

Prospecting and onboarding

Pros

Getting started was pretty easy and the onboarding videos did a really nice job of helping me learn the platform quickly. The import wizard, Gmail connector and similar setup tools make the initial process feel convenient. The prospecting sequences are quite powerful and being able to replace other meeting tools by using their meeting links has been a big plus. Task automation is also very helpful and saves time.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability to pause a sequence which would be especially useful around holidays or other breaks. The top menu is also laid out horizontally right now and switching it to a vertical style would make navigation feel simpler and more in line with modern tools like Gmail. On top of that, the report creation wizard could be more simple.

Tools that fit anywhere

Pros

Right away, the interface feels incredibly simple. It works easily with Gmail, Chrome, iOS and Android and it makes tracking calls, emails and notes genuinely useful instead of feeling like extra work. The metrics are also very easy to access whenever needed.

Cons

One limitation is that it can't place calls to every country. Also, WhatsApp integration still isn't built in natively.

simple and organized

Pros

Everything feels very simple and the layout is organized in a way that makes it simple to work with.

Cons

Aside from the queue function, there really isn't another way to sort contacts into separate categories. Once you're managing more than 50 tasks, it starts to feel cluttered and less organized.

Templates and tracking

Pros

Using the template feature cuts down the time I spend drafting emails and the ability to track click-throughs is the feature I value the most.

Cons

Setting up a new account or contact does take a bit of time but once everything is entered, sending an email is just a simple click.

Follow-up reminders

Pros

Keeping up with prospects feels very manageable with this system and updating information is easy. It also does a really good job of helping me stay on top of important follow-ups by letting me set tasks and reminders right where I need them.

Cons

Every now and then, switching to a new tab can feel a little slow and refreshes may lag a bit. It doesn't happen very often but it is noticeable when it does.

Broad coverage and flexibility

Pros

Its functionality covers a very wide range so whatever challenge the company runs into, the software can usually adapt to it.

Strong dashboards with weak overview

Pros

One thing that works really well is the sequence feature for marketing campaigns. Uploading contact lists is fairly easy and the dashboards are really useful for the sales team.

Cons

What's missing is a high-level view across all the accounts in the system. It might help to bring in something like Tableau and invest in Snowflake as a data warehouse, lol.
