“Cross-team integration”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how nicely it connects with other IT tools which makes collaboration between the sales, marketing and service teams feel very natural and connected.
Cons
It does take a bit of extra work to customize everything when a team has more specific requirements or more complex needs.

“CRM that fits everyone”
Pros
This really feels like a CRM built for everyone. It's a comprehensive platform that works well for businesses of any size, from growing mid-sized companies to large organizations and enterprises.
Cons
At times, the system can feel a bit awkward. There are also quite a few pop-up guides and product tours that get annoying and I wish there were an option to turn them off.

This CRM is quite flexible and it served us well for what we needed up to a certain stage.

Pros
Pretty quick to get the hang of and it works a lot better than Google Sheets for what I need.
Cons
There are a lot of features to explore and learn so it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The CRM side though, was easy enough to understand and customize.

Pros
Having the prospecting hub and deals in one place has been really valuable. It connects well with prospecting tools, helps keep every lead up to date and makes deal tracking much more organized so everything lives in a single source of truth.

“Custom dashboards and reports”
Pros
Getting started and managing it has been easy. Almost everything can be configured and the dashboard and reporting tools are simple to use while pulling data directly from the existing sources in the CRM.
Cons
There are still some limitations around properties and workflows though. For example, it would be helpful to have an age field instead of relying on DOB-based calculation.

Once it's configured the right way, this platform is incredibly feature-rich and simple, to the point where even non-technical users can realistically run a modern business with tools like website chat and social media integrations.

“User-friendly with AI tools”
Pros
Compared with Salesforce, this platform is much simpler for our sales team to work with. The newer AI features that have come out recently have been a big plus and I've really been enjoying them.
Cons
Setting up workflows can feel a bit confusing and takes some effort to figure out. Once you spend time going through the knowledge base, it becomes fairly manageable but it definitely requires a time investment.

Pros
One of the most useful parts is the integrations. My phone calls, texts and emails are pulled into the platform automatically and linked to the right contact which keeps everything together in one place.
