“Secure workflow”
Pros
Once you get familiar with which tools and features actually fit your workflow, the platform is pretty easy to navigate. It feels secure and there's a lot it can handle thanks to the useful automations and strong data-tracking capabilities.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been the lag and random crashes. I'd also love to see more task usability features, like being able to export a task queue and having better filtering options, such as sorting a daily task list by priority or using other grouping methods.

“Email sequencing tools”
Pros
Connecting it with my email account has been a big plus and the follow-up process feels much more hands-off and worry-free. The option to customize sequences also makes it much more useful for the way I work.
Cons
One frustration is having to manually count how many contacts I've added to a sequence when my team is sharing that sequence. I'd prefer to see only my own contacts there. It also seems possible to create contacts without phone numbers or company names and I think those fields should be required.

“Simple platform with helpful support”
Pros
Platform feels easy and simple to navigate. It's easy to use, easy to understand and overall very user-friendly. Our company's account representative has also been extremely helpful, taking the time to listen to our questions and suggestions and getting back to us with answers quickly.
Cons
Customer support hasn't been very good. I had to complete the IT trainings 10 times before I finally received my certification.

“simple tools and training”
Pros
Right away, the software feels simple to work with. The video tutorials and extra training materials are genuinely helpful too. It takes a lot of the hassle out of managing accounts.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is with the chat feature. At times it freezes, messages don't go through and that can create confusion for customers. When it does work properly though, it's really useful.

“User-friendly with support”
Pros
The platform is user-friendly and whenever questions come up, there are several ways to reach customer service, including phone, email and chat.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the ability to tell from the sequence overviews who clicked on links or opened documents. That feature really should be included more broadly.

“Pipeline tracking”
Pros
Bulk email sending has been really useful and I can build deals with their different stages while keeping a close eye on my pipeline.
Cons
All the information should be grouped under the company's name, there are still too many duplicate records and importing companies, contacts and deals together isn't very simple.

“Centralized workflow”
Pros
Everything feels simple and, for the most part, simple to use. Having everything centralized in one place is a big advantage.
Cons
There are still a few adjustments needed to make the platform feel cleaner and better organized.

“Mass outreach tool”
Pros
Using it has been a positive experience. It's a easy tool that makes mass outreach possible without requiring much effort.

“Free CRM toolkit”
Pros
This free CRM has been really useful. It makes lead tracking simple, works well for managing deal flow and setting up email tracking doesn't take much effort. I also appreciate being able to send emails and monitor forms all from the same place.
Cons
A few important features are locked behind paid plans so upgrading can become necessary. The pricing is on the expensive side but if you actually need those extra tools, the cost still feels justified.

“Outstanding free CRM”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM stood out because it's completely free and still allows unlimited users which is honestly impressive. The training included with the free version is also very high quality and there's a surprisingly large number of features packed into it. As a free CRM solution, it offers far more than I expected and easily feels like one of the strongest options available.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have much negative to say about this free CRM. It has been a total game-changer for me. If there's one thing that could be improved, it would be making the getting-started section for the training videos a bit more user-friendly.

“Integrations and easy setup”
Pros
Using this software has been very easy and the part I appreciate most is how well it connects with other third-party tools like Instapage for landing pages, Zapier and Facebook lead generation forms.
Cons
The lower-cost plans feel pretty restrictive especially when it comes to the reporting features and the kind of dashboards you're able to build.

“Feature-packed free tool”
Pros
Having a free CRM that lets us manage contacts, leads, deals and more has been really valuable. The lead and contact tracking works well, the Gmail add-on is handy to use and the mobile app makes it convenient to keep up with things while away from the desk. On top of that, the free version includes a lot more functionality than expected.
Cons
Even though it's free and capable of a lot, the platform can feel pretty complex because there's so much going on. A starter template would really help users who want to get up and running quickly especially for something simple like a sales funnel with just 3 stages instead of the 10-stage default setup.

“Email tracking insights”
Pros
One of the most useful things about this product is the email tracking. It lets me see when a customer receives and reads the message which has been really helpful. I also appreciate the call activity feature since it shows how many calls are made each day and who made them.
Cons
Only thing I'd want improved is the client organization since it could be a bit more structured.

“Complete client tracking”
Pros
Having its CRM in place has made it incredibly simple to segment clients and keep up with their businesses, contact details, notes, contacts and pretty much anything else tied to each account. Before using it, we were writing client information on paper and storing it in a filing cabinet. We clearly needed a CRM and this free one feels packed with all the features we were missing. It has made a big difference in how we manage and strengthen our client relationships.
Cons
There's a lot you can log for a business or contact but one limitation in the free version is the company industry field. We mainly work with landscapers and lawn care providers and even though those are recognized industries on Google and Bing, they don't appear to be included here. Because of that, we often end up leaving that section blank. Aside from that, there are still some pretty great workarounds for capturing the information you need for each client.

“All-in-one hub”
Pros
It's been a big plus for us that the platform brings together so many parts of Customer Relationship Management along with Content Management in one place. It covers a lot, from marketing and sales to lead generation, lead nurturing and automation which makes it very useful for handling multiple workflows.
Cons
It still feels a bit limited in certain areas where other tools offer more flexibility. A few sections are also still in beta so they don't seem fully developed yet.

“Perfect for startups”
Pros
It worked really well for our small team, email tracking and analytics were great, the interface felt simple and the educational content was genuinely useful too. On top of that, we got an excellent startup deal which made it a very affordable option for us.
Cons
From what I understand, without the startup discount or once that pricing expired, it likely would have been outside the budget range we were aiming for. So it's a really strong option for companies that truly need the tool and have the budget to support it.

“Powerful features with clean design”
Pros
Everything about this software feels easy to use and the functionality is great. The UI design is clean and well thought out and it also scales nicely as needs grow.

“Great free start”
Pros
Right from the start, you get a ton at no cost which makes it an excellent option for anyone just launching a business. It includes unlimited contacts, pop-up lead capture forms for your website and plenty more. On top of that, it's a leading inbound marketing platform so when the time comes to grow into the paid plans, you're already set up on the right system.
Cons
Because it's web-based, you can't really use the CRM without an internet connection. It's also a little too good at nudging you toward the pricier paid plans, you get plenty for free at first, then end up realizing the extra features you now want come with a pretty hefty price tag.

“Integrations and clean data”
Pros
Connecting it with our other tools especially Salesforce, has been one of the biggest advantages for us. I'm also happy with how simple it is to clean up duplicate properties and keep fields organized. We regularly create custom fields and use them in workflows and that process fits our needs really well. On top of that, it helps keep the database in good shape without much effort and having up to 1000 properties gives us plenty of room to work.
Cons
I don't have much to complain about. I use it every day and haven't run into any real problems.
