“Free client organizer”
Pros
I started using it simply because it was free and that ended up being a huge surprise because the software is genuinely fantastic. It works really well as an organizational tool, connects with my Gmail and helps me stay on top of both clients and prospects without things slipping through the cracks.
Cons
Can't come up with any downsides. It's free and on top of that, it actually performs the way it's supposed to which makes keeping track of everything very easy.

“great integrations”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM feels very approachable especially if you're trying to build stronger brand relationships with customers and prospects. The platform is simple for beginners and it covers the essentials well, you can log tasks, contact leads or existing customers and access detailed reports on your pipeline and prospects. Integrations with tools like Google Calendar and Slack are another big plus. Overall, it's a really useful app that doesn't take much effort to learn. The user community is also excellent and when we ran into issues, it was usually quick to find answers through their blogs or even a basic Google search.
Cons
It doesn't offer the same level of deep customization you'd get from a CRM like Salesforce. Depending on what your company needs, that could be a downside or actually a benefit. Of course, the pricing also isn't anywhere near Salesforce so that tradeoff may be worth it. We used a Google-based platform for syncing and that setup was quick and easy but I've heard integrations with other platforms aren't always as convenient.

“Helpful email insights”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful about this software is how it tracks business emails sent to clients and staff so I can tell whether they were received and opened. That makes a big difference when working with new clients because if an email hasn't been opened, it can signal that I may have the wrong email address. That's important since it helps avoid situations where they might assume we never contacted them at all.
Cons
There are a couple of frustrations though. When I use it through Microsoft Outlook, it will randomly log me out at times. Since we're only using the free version, that may be part of the reason. Another limitation is that it only tracks the initial email and doesn't follow reply emails which would make it much more useful.

“Great support and flexibility”
Pros
This software was incredibly easy, from the initial implementation to the interface itself and even the customization options. On top of that, the support team has been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
One limitation is that the system includes quite a few built-in defaults that can't be customized, including field names used in reports. Because of that, you sometimes have to get creative and build new fields just to work around the hard-coded ones.

“Sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
Keeping tabs on the entire sales pipeline is really easy with this. I can quickly see the last conversations I or another rep had with a prospect or client, how many follow-ups have already happened and what tasks still need attention.
Cons
Every once in a while it gets a little glitchy and when that happens it's definitely frustrating. There are also quite a few duplicate contacts in the CRM which can make things confusing until they're cleaned up but then another batch tends to show up later.

“Flexible features”
Pros
Honestly, I can't recommend this product enough. It keeps our business running well and lets us add new features as our needs change, without weighing us down with extras we don't actually need.
Cons
One limitation is the customization around security settings. It can feel a little restrictive when deciding what to include in the CRM especially since it's missing some levels of tiered security.

“Reliable setup and tools”
Pros
Getting it up and running is easy and it's been very reliable. When you use it as part of a broader stack instead of as a standalone CRM, it becomes much more powerful.
Cons
There is chat support available but it isn't always online during working hours and that can be frustrating for our clients. It has improved over time though. This feels less like a problem with the software itself and more like a staffing issue.

“Grows with your business”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it's built to keep up as your business expands. It's also clear they offer more than just the software to help you succeed, they genuinely invest in onboarding and making sure your team actually adopts the product across the organization.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be that a few features are tucked away enough that they can be easy to overlook or forget about.

“Sales sequencing tools”
Pros
Getting sales sequences up and running is easy and the tasks feature, teammate tagging, personalized emails and Gmail integration all make the workflow really convenient.
Cons
Notifications can feel pretty scattered so notes or messages are easy to miss or lose track of. I've also run into cases where lead data seems incomplete or difficult to find even when everything was originally provided and sometimes it just disappears.

“All-in-one platform”
Pros
Working with my team is really easy and having everything from marketing automation and lead generation to site and page building in one platform makes a huge difference. The customer support and IT Academy are outstanding too, I rarely run into a question that isn't answered within five minutes.
Cons
The one challenge is that building landing pages and websites can be tough if you don't have any coding experience.

“All client details together”
Pros
Having everything about my clients stored in one place has been a big time-saver. The CRM automatically logs the emails I send and receive and it also pulls company details from the internet so I don't have to manually fill in every field for each client. That saves me a lot of effort.
Cons
Every now and then, a few emails don't make it into HubSpot which means I can miss them there even though they're still sitting in my mailbox.

“Customizable and easy to use”
Pros
This was simple to use and the whole setup feels easy and flexible. It made handling both new and existing customers much more manageable and took a lot of the hassle out of the process.
Cons
I didn't run into any major issues while using it. The only thing I occasionally wished for was a way to pin a note or comment so it would stay visible at the top permanently.

“Professional features and integrations”
Pros
It feels very professional to use and the platform itself is easy once you're in it. The functionality is outstanding and the integrations it offers are excellent.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning so it can take some time to fully understand how the software works. After using it a few times though, it becomes much more manageable.

“Packed with tools”
Pros
Everything is gathered in one place with plenty of tools and features and the workflow for closing or renewing deals works really well. The required fields also help keep things easy and the Knowledge Base tool is especially valuable.
Cons
There's definitely a lot happening in the platform and with so many tools and functions, not every one of them feels equally polished. It can also get a little overwhelming to navigate at times.

“Email tracking platform”
Pros
Keeping tabs on outreach is much easier with this software. It lets you track emails sent to prospects or clients, set up automated follow-up emails, monitor who has been contacted and which team member reached out and it also saves company details so you can pull up a website or other useful information with a single click.
Cons
At times, the sequences don't un-enroll after one of the emails gets opened so people can keep receiving emails when they're not supposed to.

“powerful reports”
Pros
Within a day of rolling it out, I already felt completely comfortable using it. The system is incredibly simple and instinctive, I've even described it to others as feeling like an extension of your arm. Everything in the CRM is clearly labeled, the reports have completely transformed how we manage our workflow and decide where to focus our efforts and the platform overall has noticeably improved communication across our firm.
Cons
One area that could be stronger is the level of detail. It would help to have more task-type options beyond just calls, emails and to-dos, things like "new document," "FYI," or other categories would make it more useful. I'd also love to see support for linking a single contact to more than one company since many of our clients own multiple businesses and right now we can only connect them to one at a time.

“Sales views and forecasting”
Pros
Switching between table and list views in the sales cycle works really well. The ability to customize the data gives a clear overview that helps manage the sales process and plan future revenue more accurately.
Cons
Outlook add-in is a very useful feature but it tends to slow Outlook down and can even cause it to crash. If they could improve that API and make it run more reliably, it would be fantastic.

Pros
The email tracking feature is my favorite part because it lets you see when someone has opened or viewed your message. The other CRM tools are useful too and add nice value overall.

“Customization that works”
Pros
Being able to tailor the software to my needs has been a big plus. On the free plan, I've set up pop-up forms, contact forms and custom fields for both contacts and deals and I've also been able to add team members without any trouble.
Cons
Every now and then, email notifications for new leads don't come through. Because of that, I make a point to log in each day and manually check for any new leads.
