excellent for client planning

Pros

It actually started with their blog for me and not long after, I realized the platform could support a lot more parts of my business than I expected. Their CRM is phenomenal and it gives me a reliable way to track my clients and plan ahead for them.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. The free service really stands out compared with plenty of other platforms that charge per client and it feels like you get a lot of useful tools included.

Shared tracking

Pros

It keeps track of everything and makes information easy to access and visible to everyone which is really helpful when sharing important details across an organization and with clients or merchants.

Cons

This hub can be a bit slow sometimes although it's usually resolved pretty quickly. Setting user permissions can also be tedious when access is needed for specific files.

Email tracking that works

Pros

Even though I don't use every feature it offers, the ones I rely on work extremely well. The standout part for me is the email tracking because it helps me see when prospects have opened my messages and makes it much easier to follow up at the right time.

Cons

One frustrating issue and I'm not sure whether there's a setting to fix it, is that the service logs me out on its own. If I don't notice and sign back in quickly, I can end up missing updates in the system.

CRM with high contact limits

Pros

One of the biggest reasons I use it is that it's a heavyweight CRM offering 1,000,000 contacts on the free plan. It also includes Chrome extensions, mobile apps and a fully featured CRM platform so it covers just about everything I need. Honestly, nothing else really comes close.

Cons

There are still a few bugs scattered throughout the software. For example, when filtering by deal name and moving a deal from one board to another, the status doesn't update correctly. On Android, changing the status doesn't update the deal at all.

Sales and marketing alignment

Pros

It comes with several features that really improve communication between sales and marketing. Overall, it's a very user-friendly CRM and works really well.

Cons

Pricing can feel a little high if you don't need the full set of features. If you're only after something basic, a simpler CRM might be a better fit.

Clean layout but scattered data

Pros

One of the best things about this product is how easy it is for end users. People can quickly tell where things are located and view their notes in the right order. The interface is very simplified and it still keeps the additional information available without making the screen feel crowded or cluttered.

Cons

Even with how user-friendly it is, finding account details or figuring out where certain items are stored can be really difficult. There also isn't one central place to keep information so end users end up entering notes in different sections. Because of that, the same information isn't consistently stored in the same place across deals or accounts. Pulling information out is also challenging especially since list extractions are based on contacts.

Lead tracking done right

Pros

Keeping tabs on both current and prospective customer leads has been much more organized with this software. It has helped my team and me prioritize better and work more efficiently overall. The interface is excellent and getting everything set up and running was very simple.

Cons

The only downside is that the pricing feels a little high. Aside from that, I really do not have any complaints. We have been using it for just under a year and we have been very happy with the service.

Easy setup and navigation

Pros

Getting started with it was pretty easy and moving around the platform felt simple. I didn't run into many problems with the features and overall the usability has been great.

Cons

My only real complaint is that I wish the paid version were a little more affordable although I understand it's priced against plenty of other software options that cost even more.

Lead tracking and forecasting

Pros

Keeping up with both new and existing driver leads is much more organized with this software. It also helps us stay on top of our deals which I really appreciate especially when I can see a forecast for the following week based on the drivers waiting for orientation. Another useful part is being able to set tasks as reminders to reach out to specific leads for follow-up or anything else I want to note in the task box.

Cons

I honestly do not have any complaints. I enjoy using the software exactly as it is.

Academy and lead automation

Pros

One of the biggest benefits for me is the marketplace value they add through their IT academy especially with the certifiable courses which are incredibly useful. It also does a really good job of automating daily work, helping make sure no lead slips through the cracks, no opportunity gets missed and overall letting you get as much productivity as possible out of your day and your leads.

Cons

Customer support could be more approachable and a bit quicker to respond although to be fair, I've only run into one issue in the past two years so it hasn't been a major problem for me.

Perfect for our workflow

Pros

After trying a lot of CRMs, this one stands out because it matches our company's process incredibly well. The pricing is definitely on the high side but the fit is so strong that, for us, it still feels worth paying for.

Cons

One thing that's hard to ignore is the cost. It's very expensive. I get why they price it the way they do but honestly even if they cut the price in half, it still wouldn't be considered cheap.

Customizable and collaborative

Pros

Getting this up and running was very easy and the platform is highly customizable. It also works really well for collaboration and gathering feedback.

Cons

There have been a couple of instances where it caused Outlook to crash but it hasn't been anything major. Overall, I've run into very few issues while using this software.

Unlimited users and CRM tools

Pros

One of the biggest advantages here has been the unlimited free users. We work with quite a few freelancers on a part-time basis and being able to give all of them CRM access at no extra cost has been incredibly valuable. That alone gives it a real advantage over competitors that charge per license. The platform is also fairly basic which makes it practical to keep sales, marketing and service information together in one place and the interface is very easy and simple to understand. On the marketing side, the email builder is basic in the best way, simple to use but still powerful enough to create effective emails for our customer base. On the sales side, the Outlook add-in has been very useful for making sure activity from all team members is properly tracked and logged in the CRM which helps us monitor performance and customer interactions quickly. The service tools have also given us the ability to build a fully functional help center for our customers.

Cons

At the same time some parts of the software still feel a bit unfinished or missing functionality for no clear reason. It hasn't fully moved beyond its roots as a marketing automation platform and that shows in a few frustrating ways. The whole system seems heavily centered around the contact record object type which creates quirks elsewhere. For instance, workflow functionality changes depending on the object being used, contact-based workflows can use future dates as triggers, such as running something a certain number of days before a date while company- and deal-based workflows cannot. There are also several core features locked behind the Professional tier, including calculated fields, multiple currencies, lead rotation automation and A/B testing for emails. I understand the idea that higher tiers come with more features but these feel like essential CRM functions which makes the Starter tier feel too limited and almost forces you into the more expensive plan. I do appreciate that calculated fields are now included in Professional instead of being restricted to Enterprise. Another limitation that has been frustrating is that you can't mix user tiers within the same Hub. I would really like the option to assign Starter licenses to some of my free users so they can access a bit more functionality but instead the only upgrade path is buying additional Pro licenses which just isn't affordable for us.

Customer channels that work

Pros

Having multiple channels to connect with customers has created a really positive setup for my work. It also comes with helpful features for keeping my control system organized especially by tracking all of my deals consistently on a regular basis.

Cons

To me, this product has been absolutely flawless and I have not noticed any drawbacks at all. I have not run into a single hurdle while using this excellent tool and honestly, I do not think it has any cons.

Training and learning resources

Pros

What I really appreciated was the training classes on how to use the software. They were very simple to follow and I ended up learning quite a lot along the way.

Cons

Using it to sell soap, I noticed it can be a little tough to get going if you do not already have an existing customer database. That said, it is definitely not impossible to make it work and I would still recommend it.

Free CRM that works

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that this CRM is free and very simple to use. It handles everything I needed it to do especially for managing contacts and keeping other information organized.

Cons

It obviously doesn't include every feature you'd get with a paid service but that honestly hasn't been an issue for me. The contacts, layout and user-friendly design work well so I really don't have any complaints.

Reporting and tracking

Pros

This has become our go-to platform because it delivers one of the best user experiences we've come across. Its usability, along with the user tracking capabilities, makes it feel like an unbeatable product that's now hard to imagine running our business without. The detailed reports we can generate have been incredibly valuable and we're really happy we chose it.

Cons

A nice addition would be simple white-labeling similar to what's available on the meetings portal though we were able to work around that limitation by using embedding.

Reporting and customization

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how much depth there is when it comes to customization and reporting. It also feels dependable which makes it something I can trust to use regularly.

Cons

There's still room for improvement with customization especially around the dashboard. The categories can be a bit tricky to navigate at times and the UI feels like it could use another refresh.

Basic tool but weak support

Pros

It covers the core CRM tasks you'd expect and there are extra add-ons available too. That said, the limited training and support from the company make it hard for new users especially teams without IT specialists, to really get full value from the platform.

Cons

A number of smaller details still need improvement, from the way search works to which properties are available in certain view modes. The most irritating part is contacting support, only to be told to post the suggestion on their community page and hope they eventually notice it and make the change.

Great support and dashboards

Pros

One thing that really stands out is the customer support. Whenever I raise a ticket through the web chat, I usually get a call back within about 10 minutes which has been excellent. Updating and editing website content is fairly easy and the reporting dashboards come in handy too especially with the option to pull in stats from Google Ads, LinkedIn and similar platforms.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that the more technical side of it feels harder to work with than WordPress especially when it comes to making coding-related changes.
