Leveraging Sequences significantly reduces the time spent on lead followups allowing the establishment of automated sequences with personalized emails for unresponsive customers. This not only enhances our sales success and potential but also saves valuable time through automation.
Cons
They discontinued support for API key authentication which may have disappointed many users. Fortunately creating a Private app and validation through an access token is not overly challenging.

I began my role less than a year ago and despite having no prior experience with HubSpot I found the system easy to learn. Anytime I had a question the Customer Success Team provided answers that were easy to comprehend. The primary marketing tools I use such as email and lead capture forms and CTAs are easy to deploy and I've witnessed positive results. The recent updates for the CTAs have been particularly beneficial. The stepbystep instructions for performing actions simplify the process and scheduling marketing and business tasks helps track progress and identify areas needing more focus.
Cons
Figuring out how to craft the correct rules for active lists and workflows can be challenging at times but the Customer Success Team has been helpful when I have questions.

For myself the issue is that I already have an email provider that I'm quite happy with and feel like the most benefit from the platform is if it is used for all aspects of the business.

Initially attracted by HubSpot's marketing material it was used for social media and email list management. However the cost for having everything in one place became unaffordable.
Cons
Really it was just the price. When we needed to cut fluff from our budget we cut here. Not because it's a bad product but because we could get the same functions with other software. Not as integrated of course but also not as expensive.
