“Automation and targeting tools”
Pros
Interface feels very simple and the automation features are a big plus. Segmenting audiences and sending personalized messages is convenient which has really helped strengthen our strategy and improve ROI.
Cons
Pricing is the only issue I noticed. It can get quite expensive as your contact list grows and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

“simple workflows and features”
Pros
We used it for more than three years overall and the user experience has been really strong. It's quick to get familiar with, the workflows are easy to pick up and the feature set is very extensive. Whether it's marketing automation or email marketing, it covers a lot.
Cons
The pricing for upgrading is extremely limited. If you need additional features that are only included in Professional, you end up having to pay almost ten times more than the Starter version.

“simple CRM with automation”
Pros
This has been an excellent tool for handling customer relationships and automating tasks especially because the interface is easy and simple to use.
Cons
The downside is that it can be pricey for small businesses and the free version comes with limited features.

“User-friendly CRM with integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM feels very user-friendly. The interface is simple so tracking leads and managing contacts is pretty convenient. Even the free plan includes a surprisingly great set of features, like pipeline management and email tracking. The integrations with tools such as Gmail and Slack are also really helpful and make day-to-day workflows more efficient.
Cons
Reporting in the free version can come across as fairly basic and moving up to get more advanced analytics becomes expensive pretty fast. On top of that, the options for customizing workflows and fields could definitely be more flexible.

“Best-value CRM that scales”
Pros
Compared with other CRMs in this price range, this one stands out for how easy it is to use. Getting started was genuinely simple and it has been just as easy to expand it as our business needs have grown.
Cons
After using it for a year and a half, I honestly haven't run into anything negative to point out.

“Centralized customer tracking”
Pros
Having all customer information in one central place is really useful and the level of detail available for each customer is what really sets it apart. You can keep track of every opportunity, shared documents, meetings held and current status all in one system.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve at the beginning and it takes a bit of time to understand how to make the most of all the different features. It also requires some ongoing effort to keep everything organized and prevent duplicate customer records.

“Unexpected fees and removed features”
Pros
It works as a great CRM and keeping track of interactions with prospective customers is very useful.
Cons
A big downside is that email automation for customers is locked behind the marketing add-on which costs an extra $1k per month. On top of that, features we had been relying on since the beginning were removed without any notice and without any price reduction. Definitely something to watch out for.

“Feature-packed free plan”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the free plan includes features that many other CRMs only offer in their paid versions which is a big advantage.
Cons
Paid tier is a bit expensive compared to other CRMs. Bigger companies tend to get more value from the higher-priced plans while smaller SMEs are more likely to stick with the free option.

Pros
Keeping up with a lot of moving parts is much easier with these tools. I've been using them to stay organized with clients, prospects and projects and they handle all those details really well.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything to add here. I haven't run into any issues at all.

“Great workflows and integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface felt very easy and the workflows and available integrations have been excellent. It also makes tracking client activity simple and the task management tools are very user-friendly.
Cons
We did run into a few issues with the pricing of certain add-on features across the different license models especially since there wasn't much flexibility to enable some of them. Still, it didn't really affect our overall use of the platform.

“Marketing and sales hub”
Pros
It handles pretty much our entire marketing operation, from outbound campaigns and prospect/customer databases to reporting and website form submissions. On the sales side, we also rely on it for lead scoring, pipeline tracking, forecasting and managing the full funnel end to end.
Cons
The price is the toughest part ,) It's definitely a costly platform and whenever we need extra features, it almost always means moving up to a more expensive package.

“All-in-one toolkit”
Pros
Having CRM, email marketing and automation all in one platform is a huge plus. I really appreciate the all-in-one setup because it keeps everything connected and saves us from juggling multiple tools.
Cons
The downside is that the premium features feel fairly expensive especially for a smaller business like ours so the pricing can be a bit hard to justify.

Pros
The interface is simple and easy which makes it much easier to use than other CRMs I've worked with. Having a free version is also a big advantage.

“Handy daily scheduling”
Pros
It's very user-friendly and didn't take long to learn so fitting it into my daily routine was pretty convenient. One of the best parts is that clients can book calls directly on my calendar without having to reach out first and I get the alerts right on my phone.
Cons
I'm on the free plan right now and it doesn't come with the automation features I'd really like to use. At this stage, my business is still growing so paying for the upgraded version just isn't something I can afford yet.
