“Custom dashboards and automation”
Pros
Customizability was the biggest reason I chose it since I can decide exactly which data is needed and displayed on the dashboard. The automation features are another big plus because they can improve productivity across the entire team.
Cons
The free tier is helpful for any business but if you need more functionality, the pricing can climb pretty quickly.

“simple platform with flexible plans”
Pros
Getting started with this platform feels very easy because it is simple to get a handle on. There's also a free version and you can add only the features you need by picking a plan that fits your budget and requirements. It also integrates easily with your email infrastructure and similar tools.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty quickly if you start adding more functionality than you actually need.

“feasible interface and automation”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface felt simple which made the platform very simple to use even for colleagues who are not very technical. Another thing we really appreciate is the automation capabilities, along with how well it integrates with other IT services.
Cons
We haven't run into any drawbacks worth mentioning here.

“Gmail sync keeps me organized”
Pros
Having it connected with Google email is a big help because customer emails get logged into the system automatically so I don't have to waste time dragging and dropping them manually. The task features are also really useful for keeping my daily work and follow-ups organized.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't support several phone numbers for a single customer and only lets you store up to two email addresses per contact. Some customers have multiple ways to be reached and I wish there were a better way to keep all of that integrated under one customer instead of splitting up the contact information.

“simple CRM for onboarding”
Pros
Getting this up and running was very easy and it includes the features my team actually needs. We've been able to bring several account managers on board and get them productive quickly. The CRM feels very simple and it makes handoffs simple since one account manager can leave notes and details for another, helping keep deals moving toward closure.
Cons
Monthly cost can feel a bit high but considering how much value we get from using it, it still feels worth it.

“Overpriced billing trap”
Pros
It works well for sequencing and that's really the primary reason to use it. Outside of that, it feels like a very basic CRM.
Cons
Pricing is extremely high and the billing policy is frustrating. They automatically move you to a higher plan and then won't let you downgrade until your annual renewal comes around.

“All prospect details together”
Pros
Having all the information in one place is really helpful. I don't have to dig through Google Contacts anymore just to find details for a prospect.
Cons
Learning curve feels too steep though. Spending that much time figuring out the app starts to take away from the actual value of using it.

“Useful features and quick adoption”
Pros
It is fairly easy to use and it comes with quite a few features that are genuinely useful.
Cons
There may actually be a few too many features which can make it harder to keep the whole team aligned on using the right ones to stay as efficient and effective as possible.

“Client management done right”
Pros
Keeping client contacts and details organized is one of the biggest benefits of this software and it helps us give each person a more personalized experience. The information-sharing and conversation tools are excellent so staying in touch with clients throughout the entire business relationship is very effective. Its reporting features are also very useful, giving us resourceful reports that help track how our client interactions are performing and how well the services we provide are doing.
Cons
One challenge for us was needing access to the premium features while dealing with budget limitations. It would be better if the lower-cost plans included more capable features.

“Helpful proposal tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with open proposals and each client's communication history is very convenient with this software.

“Feature-packed and integration-friendly”
Pros
Running our small team on the free version has worked out really well because it comes loaded with great features like contact management, email tracking and a customizable sales pipeline. That makes the platform very accessible for a team our size. The integrations are also a big plus, we've connected it without issues to Google Workspace, AWeber, our WordPress website and other tools which keeps everything working together efficiently.
Cons
Even though the free tier is quite capable, a lot of the more advanced functionality, like in-depth reporting and automation workflows, is locked behind the higher-priced plans. For a small team, moving up to a paid tier feels costly compared with other alternatives. On top of that, there are so many features and customization options that it can be difficult to figure out which ones are actually the most useful for a smaller team.

“simple CRM with free tools”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels simple and the platform is quick to learn. Contact management and client interaction tracking are especially well designed and the built-in marketing and sales features work really well together. Even the free version already includes a lot of genuinely useful functionality.
Cons
A few of the more advanced features are locked behind paid plans and the pricing can climb pretty fast for small businesses. On top of that, report and dashboard customization can feel somewhat restricted unless you upgrade to a paid version.

Pros
Sales sequences, deal journeys, reporting and dashboards and Slack alerts have all been really valuable parts of the platform for us.
