Pros
While it's challenging to think of anything to dislike about HubSpot if I had to mention something it would be the wish for more certifications available outside of HubSpot enhancing its learning platform into a more globally accessible education experience.
Cons
I don't have anything I dislike about HubSpot. My absolute favorite aspect is the people. The service team is effective attentive and genuinely invested in seeing users succeed. I also love the HubSpot Academy courses making it more than just a platform but an overall experience.

Currently there are no dislikes the software performs as promised.
Cons
HubSpot's support and training team is consistently available and responsive. Having a team member who knows the answer when I have a question is appreciated unlike experiences with other software where the person couldn't provide a solution.

HubSpot lacks the ability to post Reels for Instagram and post on LinkedIn accounts directly requiring manual intervention.
Cons
Managing all our social media tools except LinkedIn and executing automated mail campaigns are easy and efficient with HubSpot. The preview screens for social media posts help identify potential mistakes and receiving notifications for content downloads or signups is valuable. The customer support team is quick and helpful.
