“CRM that delivers”
Pros
This tool has been the most practical by far compared to other tools that I have used. It's a powerful, user-friendly option that works well for organizations of different sizes. One of the biggest challenges with most CRM systems is getting quality data into them but this platform makes that part quick and easy. It helps capture all the important details efficiently, whether it's emails, calls or meetings and that has made it much more useful than other CRMs I've worked with.
Cons
Since I run a small business, the pricing is manageable in my case. That said, for larger teams that need more user seats or access to more advanced functionality, the subscription fees can become quite expensive.

“Lead tracking that saves time”
Pros
Right from the start, the user-friendly layout and automation tools really stood out. It makes lead management much simpler, keeps track of customer interactions well and takes care of follow-up tasks automatically. The integration with email and marketing platforms also helps save a lot of time.
Cons
Some of the more advanced tools are restricted in the free version and you need a paid plan to unlock everything. Because of that, it may not be the best fit for small businesses working with a limited budget.

“Quick setup and efficient workflows”
Pros
Getting started was easy and the setup didn't take long at all. The automations and workflows really help improve efficiency and make day-to-day tasks more manageable.
Cons
A few parts of the UX could still use some work since certain sections feel a bit limited and not as customizable as they could be.

“Reliable support and tips”
Pros
Customer support has been excellent and the product works the way it's supposed to. The support blogs and tips are also really useful and add a lot of value.
Cons
There are still a few things we want to do that aren't possible right now and some features get locked into our system in a grandfathered way which makes them hard to adjust or change later.

“Organized client management hub”
Pros
It has really helped our firm keep client information and related business matters much more organized. Everything important is brought together into one efficient system which has made day-to-day work feel much more connected and manageable.
Cons
Our team has been very pleased with what the platform provides overall. There has not been anything significant we would want to change although in a few situations we did wish phone support had been available since speaking with someone directly was not an option at the time.

Everything has been excellent, very accessible and it's been especially convenient for building new relationships all within the same space.

“simple and flexible modules”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the interface feels very simple. I also appreciate the modular setup since it lets you use only the services that fit your needs.
Cons
One downside is that there's an added charge when you need a higher number of contacts.

“Clean UI and responsive support”
Pros
The platform feels simple to use and it keeps getting better with regular feature updates. Support has been excellent and the interface is clean and well designed.
Cons
One challenge was that many sales teams were much more familiar with Salesforce so adopting this took a bit more training and adjustment. Customization is also more limited and structured which can be helpful in some cases but restrictive in others.

“Centralized lead tracking”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of its CRM is how it keeps all contact information in one place making it simple to follow communication history, add notes and see the complete journey and interactions of every lead.

The free version comes with very limited customization options.

Pros
Right away, the user-friendly interface and powerful automation tools make a difference. It helps a lot with managing leads and keeping track of interactions without feeling complicated.
Cons
One downside is that the free version comes with limited features so some useful tools are only available if you upgrade.

“Dashboards and filters”
Pros
Dashboard has been the standout feature for me. Both the contact and company views come with advanced filtering and they're very user-friendly to work with.
Cons
Sequences still need work especially when it comes to reporting. It mostly gives a high-level view of sequences and templates but you don't get detailed A/B testing insights unless you go into each sequence manually. On top of that, if an email in a sequence needs updating, you have to rebuild it from the beginning and there's no way to automatically re-enroll contacts who were already in the old version. Those contacts have to be added back manually to the revised sequence.

“Great email tools and UX”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the built-in email feature. It makes reaching several customer contacts at once really simple and efficient. Task management and completion work very well too and keeping client-related files organized is convenient. Overall, the user experience feels polished and enjoyable to use.
Cons
On the Customer Success side, it does feel somewhat limited when it comes to monitoring health scores and managing client relationships. There is no clear way to spot when a client is becoming unhealthy which makes it harder to know who needs extra attention. Following email conversations can be a bit frustrating as well since the same message often appears multiple times instead of staying within a single thread.

“Versatile sales tools”
Pros
Having both on-premise and cloud applications is a big plus and it really helps simplify sales workflows and contact management.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into any real issues with it since using it in my previous role as a Sales Manager. If anything, the pricing feels a little high but that's the only drawback.

“Better for sales”
Pros
It works well for managing sales processes and serves as a great CRM for sales-related work.
Cons
When it comes to customer success activities, it falls short and there are better tools out there that are more focused on CS needs.

“Custom fields with flexibility”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this platform is how visible and customizable everything is. Being able to build unique fields that fit your business makes it much easier to find the right data and make better decisions.
Cons
Lately, it feels like they're stretching into too many areas where they don't really excel. Instead of being outstanding in a few specific categories, they seem to be becoming just decent across a lot of them.

“All-in-one customer journey platform”
Pros
I really appreciate that this software covers the full customer journey, from lead generation all the way to customer support so there's no need to jump back and forth between different apps.
Cons
Because of the way our business works, creating quotations in the system is inconvenient since every offer we make is different. Pricing varies by country and includes custom product design (images), the product itself software, after-sales service and installation which makes quoting harder to manage here.

“simple sales pipeline”
Pros
Its biggest strength is how simple it feels while still offering plenty of powerful features. Getting started takes very little time so even colleagues with little or no technical background can begin using it right away. The visual sales pipeline is clear and simple making it easy to manage deals, follow progress and keep a great overview of sales activity at a glance. Booking meetings, sending pre-set emails and creating tasks for others are all very convenient as well. It's incredibly useful overall and I especially love how smart and effortless contact creation is through the phone app.
Cons
Although it lets you create quote templates and set up deals, it still lacks the ability to build a multi-step quotation workflow. For example, it would be helpful to move through steps like choosing a language, selecting a product, picking subscription levels, adding service budget details and then having a finished quote ready to send at the end.

“Disjointed for small teams”
Pros
The centralized communication features and sales journey tools are definitely useful.
Cons
It keeps changing without any notice and it feels like the platform is built more for large businesses. As a small business, that leaves the overall experience and support feeling pretty disjointed.

“Lead tracking and marketing hub”
Pros
Using this has been incredibly simple when it comes to managing leads, opportunities and sales. The built-in marketing tools are a big plus too, I can create lists, generate emails and drip campaigns, add website forms and keep an eye on open rates all in one place.
Cons
One thing that could be better is tracking where a lead originally came from since that part can be difficult to follow and isn't always accurate.
