“Analytics and integrations”
Pros
Detailed analytics and reporting make it really helpful for tracking performance and it connects well with other IT tools and third-party apps. The feature set is also very broad, with useful options like contact management, deal tracking and email marketing.
Cons
I personally have not run into any issues although I have heard that its customization options can be a bit more limited compared with some other CRM platforms.

“CRM insights and live chat”
Pros
What really works well for us is the platform's detailed reporting which gives us up-to-date insights we can use to strengthen customer relationships. The live visual dashboards are also very effective since they show real-time updates on our sales pipeline and customer interactions. Another useful feature is the live chat with auto-reply which helps us respond to customers quickly through instant messaging. On top of that, it's flexible enough to customize as our CRM and sales management needs continue to change.
Cons
Our experience with it has been entirely positive. We haven't run into any issues and there's nothing about it that feels out of place for what we need.

“All client details in one place”
Pros
One thing that really works well is having so much client information stored in a single place. It's really useful to be able to pull up almost everything you need at once and the way it connects with different integrations makes it even better.
Cons
I honestly don't have many complaints. The only real downside is that if you need more than the free version and want access to all the tools, the cost can start to climb pretty fast.

“Feature-packed for small teams”
Pros
Getting started doesn't take much effort and the platform comes with a very wide range of features. It handles just about everything you'd expect even if I wouldn't say it's the absolute best at any one thing. It really seems geared toward small businesses that have fairly easy needs.
Cons
At first glance, the pricing looks quite affordable but over time they've put more and more features behind extra paywalls so it ends up costing a lot more than it initially suggests.

“Automation and customization”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this CRM is its automation module and how customizable it is.
Cons
Biggest downside is clearly the pricing. Basically, you go from a free plan to $30, then straight to $1,500, with nothing in between. And if you really want to make the most of the automation features, you very quickly end up needing the $1,500 plan. Even at that price, not every feature is unlocked yet which is frustrating. Because of that, it's really not a good fit for small businesses.

“Custom views and flexible setup”
Pros
Getting started with the system is very easy and there's a wide range of customization available. Being able to create views tailored to exactly what you want to see, along with tracking the most recent interactions, is especially valuable.
Cons
One frustrating part is how the add-ons are structured. You start learning the system, realize there are extra ways to improve control and do a bit more and then discover those features require purchasing an add-on. I understand it's a tiered business model but it can still be annoying when you're just starting to get familiar with the platform.

“Integrations and pipeline visibility”
Pros
Being able to connect this with the other platforms our organization already uses has been a huge advantage. It cuts out the need to build extra spreadsheets or bounce between too many different tools just to keep communication, work and team efforts aligned. The pipeline features are also extremely valuable and the knowledge base has been an amazing resource for learning and building skills.
Cons
One thing that still feels off is the way monthly values are calculated in quotes or pipeline totals. It doesn't seem to account accurately for the 4.3 weeks in a month so the pipeline can end up looking lower by a few hundred or even a few thousand compared with what the actual pricing should be.

“aligned dashboard and reports”
Pros
After the recent dashboard changes, the platform feels much more aligned and a lot easier to navigate than the old legacy version. The tiled deal summary is one of the standout features and the customizable reports and dashboards add a lot of value. It's also really helpful to be able to assign tasks and tag other users directly within the interface and across contacts, tasks, deals and leads.
Cons
Outbound prospecting sequences still don't feel built for true sales professionals. There's no way to sort sequence activity by opens, clicks or emails and there's also no export option to reenroll or tag leads for deeper follow-up. When working with 100+ contacts in a sequence, manually checking who opened an email just to decide who to call or reenroll in a new campaign takes too much time. Adding that functionality would make prospecting far better integrated into the platform.

“Automation and integrations”
Pros
One thing that really worked for me was the user-friendly interface paired with strong automation tools. It makes lead management, interaction tracking and customer follow-ups feel much more organized and efficient. The integrations with marketing and sales platforms are another big advantage since they create a great all-in-one solution without the need to add extra software.
Cons
A downside is that some of the more advanced capabilities, such as custom reporting and deeper automation settings, are locked behind the higher-tier plans. That can be a drawback for smaller businesses or teams trying to stay within budget. On top of that, there's a bit of a learning curve when it comes to fully customizing workflows.

Pros
One of the best parts of using it is the task automation which saves us from spending too much time and energy on repetitive, tedious work. The communication tools are excellent as well making it simple to stay connected with our customers. On top of that, the analysis and reporting features give us reliable insights that help us track and improve our customer relationships.
