“Integrations and easy setup”
Pros
Getting started was quick, there are plenty of integrations available and the knowledge base is very comprehensive. I've worked with it across several companies, both internally and while consulting for clients and it has consistently been a reliable solution.
Cons
Support can be inconsistent. They're generally decent overall but when it comes to investigating tracking-related issues, they're usually not very helpful. It's also frustrating that some fairly standard features aren't part of the already pricey Pro plan and are locked behind Enterprise instead.

“Reporting options that help”
Pros
There are a lot of reporting tools available for digging into data and I can arrange a huge number of data points in just about any way I need.
Cons
The app still needs some improvement. With so many options packed in, it can feel a bit awkward at times.

“Flexible territory setup”
Pros
Setting custom content for each campaign and tying it to our sales team territories works really well and the workflow to do it is easy.
Cons
A few of the usage limits can't be undone once they're applied which makes seasonal or time-sensitive campaigns feel a bit risky.

“Useful CRM but poor support”
Pros
I think the CRM tools especially contacts and deals, are useful features of the platform.
Cons
Support is really disappointing and feels oversold. You're led to believe that upgrading to a paid plan gives you 24/7 live chat support but that's not actually the case when no one is available. They can be unavailable for basic reasons like weekends, holidays or simply because there are too many incoming requests.

“Works well after setup”

Once all the correct permissions are in place, the software is easy to use.

It was frustrating to keep having to request permissions repeatedly just to use the program.

“Misleading plan and broken editor”
Pros
Honestly, there was nothing positive about it at all.
Cons
From the start, the whole service felt deceptive. I signed up for the $20/month Starter plan mainly to create a website for my business and their promises about it being simple to use were completely false. The AI put together a generic template from the little information I entered and my company name and logo ended up looking terrible. On top of that, the so-called editor was barely usable. My plan was also supposed to include live chat support but when I clicked on it, I was redirected to an irrelevant article promoting the platform's features instead of getting actual help. They charged me the $20 upfront for the starter package and offered no refunds which says a lot. After turning off auto-renewal, I filed a claim with my bank over the charge mostly out of principle, not because I needed the money back. To make it worse, they do not even allow you to delete your account even though their help section claims that you can.

“Clean Kanban workflow”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and the kanban-style layout keeps everything organized and within quick reach.
Cons
One drawback is the pickup window for the discount, along with the limited visibility into client details before each party connects to the APIs. There are times when that information needs to be available for clients who are not using the platform.

“Feature-packed CRM value”
Pros
This CRM covers pretty much every feature you'd normally expect and does the job really well.

For a startup, the Sales Pro plan feels a little expensive although in our case it was still worth paying for.

“All-in-one sales visibility”
Pros
Having my sales and marketing work together in one system has been a big plus. The interface feels simple to use and the reporting tools are really strong and helpful.
Cons
Getting started took more time than I expected because the learning curve was a little steeper and a few of the features felt overwhelming in the beginning.

“Client engagement done right”
Pros
Between the chat and meeting tools built into it, communicating with clients has become much more efficient for us. The reporting feature gives us access to detailed metrics and accurate performance insights which really helps when measuring and improving our client relationships. On top of that, the visual boards are very clear and give us a full view of all client engagement activities.
Cons
It has been performing really well and has covered everything we need without any issues. I honestly don't have any complaints about it.

“All-in-one team control”
Pros
Running everything through one platform has been a big win for us. It connects with pretty much all the programs and apps we already use and it can be customized to fit almost any business setup. On top of that, it's easy to work with and has brought real structure across our whole company, from marketing and sales to customer support.
Cons
Getting started was a little tricky especially when moving everything over from our previous CRM. We had to manually map some fields and a few customer notes were lost during the migration. That said, the support team was very patient and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

“Communication and insights”
Pros
The conversation features work really efficiently and keep communication and information sharing with customers and clients flowing without issues. Its analytics tool also delivers accurate performance insights that help us improve customer engagement and build better relationships. On top of that, the customization options gave us the flexibility to tailor it into exactly the kind of solution we needed for managing relationships.
Cons
Up to this point, we haven't run into any problems with it at all. It has been consistently reliable and there's honestly nothing we dislike.

“Excellent for team training”
Pros
Using it during training has been a really positive experience because everything feels very easy and user-friendly. It also connected well with our other products so integration was simple and hassle-free.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't offer the functionality needed to support larger companies. As our business expanded, we ended up moving to Salesforce because we needed stronger tools to handle that growth.

“Powerful features and easy setup”
Pros
There's an unmatched range of features here and the whole system feels very simple even for people who are completely new to using CRMs.
Cons
Pricing feels far too expensive for most small businesses right now. The free plan is okay but it comes with so many upsells and branded elements all over the place that it ends up feeling less professional than it should.

“Top CRM for marketing”
Pros
This still feels like the leading CRM and marketing automation platform available. It makes storing and organizing contacts really easy, lets you segment your database into lists for more targeted email campaigns and does a lot beyond that as well.
Cons
My only real complaint is the navigation change. I've been using it for close to 10 years and the updated nav completely threw me off. Even after a few months, I'm still adjusting to where everything is.

The customer engagement features are outstanding, chat, meetings and similar tools give us a very effective way to stay connected with customers. It also provides detailed reports that help us review those interactions and make better decisions to strengthen customer relationships. “All contacts in one place”
Pros
Having one system that captures contact details and keeps every record together in a single place has been really valuable.
