“Helpful contact tracking but contract issues”
Pros
Being able to organize contacts and track when recipients open emails has been useful.
Cons
A few features didn't work properly for us which was frustrating so I reached out to report the issues. The rep we dealt with was very helpful and ended up persuading us to upgrade but there was a lot of pressure to commit to a one-year contract a few months back. We're a very small agency and after taking a financial hit, we had to shift how we operate just to keep the business going. Now the account has been disabled even though we bought a phone number through it so we can't receive calls there anymore. We also can't return to our previous plan and the whole account feels stuck in limbo which is really damaging for our business.

“Reporting and lead organization”
Pros
Contact management, sales, automation and especially the reporting tools are the standout features for me. The platform is very simple to use and it does a really good job of keeping leads and contacts organized.
Cons
If I had to point out anything, it would probably be the software's price. That said, it's covered by the company in my case so it hasn't really been a problem for me.

“Contact tracking and reporting”
Pros
The contact tracking is incredibly detailed which lets me score leads and place them into automated workflows that feed performance and activity data directly into reports we can share.
Cons
A few workflow features can feel a little awkward when you're working with a highly customized tracking setup. Integrating it with other tools can also get somewhat messy although the support team is consistently available and as helpful as they can be.

“Great CRM for small teams”
Pros
Using this CRM has been a really positive experience especially for a small business that only needs the core features. It's very easy to work with and I can quickly see when someone opens an email, clicks a link or takes other actions once it's connected to the website. It's also really useful for keeping a large amount of customer information organized in one place.
Cons
The free starting point is excellent for small businesses but the more advanced tools can get pretty expensive over time. On top of that, those higher-level features do take some time and effort to fully learn and use well.

“simple CRM for any team”
Pros
Compared with a lot of CRMs, this one is very user-friendly, pretty simple and simple to navigate even for people who aren't technical.
Cons
Costs can escalate quickly if you're not paying attention. It's definitely a pay-to-play CRM and the more functionality you need, the more add-on modules you have to purchase which can become expensive.

“Bloated with endless upsells”
Pros
Their sales team is incredibly good at what they do and honestly that may be the only real strength here. They were exceptionally effective at upselling and convincing us to keep buying more and more. Sadly, that's also where the positives stop because the actual product is a complete mess.
Cons
Calling it buggy and unreliable barely covers it. The interface is unbelievably confusing and for a sales tool, it feels ineffective to the point of being unusable. On top of that, you keep getting pushed into more upsells just to unlock features that should have been included in the first place. The whole system feels bloated, broken and poorly thought out. We put more than $150,000 into this platform and the damage goes well beyond the money. The operational inefficiencies have cost us real opportunities and using the software is frustrating enough to make you want to pull your hair out. It's so unstable and problematic that my sales team refuses to use it altogether. After dealing with this for three years, I can say it has been a huge obstacle instead of a growth tool. It was supposed to support the business but it's done the opposite. I would not recommend it to any company especially one with more than a handful of employees. Even for a smaller business, I'd still question why anyone would put themselves through it. If your sanity and your company's growth matter, stay far away from this product.

“Flexible client workflows”
Pros
There are virtually endless possibilities for setting up the data structure and handling both prospective and current clients. The workflows also make it simple to keep things moving and get tasks done efficiently with a small team.
Cons
I do wish the reporting feature offered more flexibility, like the ability to build more advanced formulas or generate reports for a specific point in time.

“Best platform despite pricing”
Pros
Compared with other options, this platform still feels like the strongest one on the market to me. I really enjoy using it even though there are quite a few areas where it could be improved. Overall, I'm very happy with the platform and think it does a better job than the competition.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. It's expensive and when I tried to renegotiate the pricing, they just said no. It makes me wonder whether the company has grown so much that customer concerns are no longer a priority. Because of that, I'm now thinking about trying a different platform.

“Flexible setup and support”
Pros
Getting started was simple and there are plenty of features available before you ever need to move to a paid plan. The account managers are very supportive and integrating it with email or Gravity Forms capture was easy.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't really anything that worked perfectly right out of the box.

“Strong metrics and team integration”
Pros
It's a very powerful and complete platform, with a wide range of metrics and reports available inside it. It also connects marketing, sales and customer success really well which gives every team the ability to work with the data in the best possible way.
Cons
You do need to adapt to the way the platform is structured. This is especially true for sales, if you don't adjust to its commercial process model, managing and measuring your team becomes a lot more difficult. Sometimes the level of detail can also get in the way.

“Favorite CRM for sales”
Pros
Out of all the CRMs I've worked with, this one feels the most easy and user-friendly while still being powerful enough to handle everything I need. The pipeline management is excellent, the reporting is really strong and the customization options are very good without becoming overly complicated. As a sales rep, it's been my favorite CRM to work in.
Cons
One area that really needs serious improvement is the sequencing feature. It feels awkward, limited and behind what other tools on the market offer. There's no way to throttle emails so your domain can easily get hit with spam issues unless you send everything manually. I also can't have an email automatically populate right after a call which slows things down. On top of that, it's confusing because sequence tasks can be handled in multiple places, either in task view or in the sequencing tab. The sequencing section itself is messy and overly complex and even though completing tasks works best through the task view, that can still become unnecessarily complicated if your queues aren't set up properly. This whole part of the platform really needs a full overhaul if they want to compete with other strong, cost-effective alternatives.

Pros
It gives really deep insight into contacts, whether that's their information, marketing activities or the actions the contact takes themselves.

The downside is that it gets expensive very quickly especially if you want to keep everything inside the platform and don't want to rely on integrations like Zapier.

“Funnel tracking that delivers”
Pros
The way it handles funnel management was really great and it made it much simpler for the team to follow a customer from the lead stage all the way through to the final service provided.
Cons
Lead generation worked very well with this. We were also able to connect it with another platform called People Notion which made our lead generation process much more convenient.

“Great support and value”
Pros
For basic needs, the free and lower-cost plans offer really good value and the customer support was excellent. Once you need more advanced functionality though, the pricing increases very quickly and there isn't really a mid-tier option with extra features at a more reasonable cost.
Cons
Some of the features I needed were priced higher than I expected.
