“All-in-one marketing toolkit”
Pros
Having landing pages, the contact database and workflows all built into one platform is the biggest advantage. I don't need to rely on extra tools because everything is included and ready to use from the start.
Cons
One downside is that the landing page templates aren't very flexible when it comes to customization. I also wish the landing pages were better optimized.

“CRM with plenty built in”
Pros
As an all-around CRM, this one covers just about everything a business could need and then some. They clearly know the platform's value and the pricing reflects that. Even so, when it comes to functionality, it really delivers across the board.
Cons
The biggest downsides are the cost and the website builder. It relies on a mix of templates and manual coding which made it less simple for me since I'm more used to working in WordPress. That definitely added a bit of a learning curve.

“Flexible fields and Outlook sync”
Pros
Being able to customize the fields and choose exactly what data we want to capture is a big plus. We can also adjust which details are shown which makes it fit our workflow better. Another feature I really appreciate is the Outlook add-on that syncs emails so messages can be saved directly under the right project.
Cons
Using different platforms or accessing certain features requires buying separate subscriptions which can add up.

“Friendly for work and personal use”
Pros
The interface feels friendly and I can use it more often in my day-to-day work. It also ends up helping with my personal tasks so it's useful beyond just work-related stuff.
Cons
At times it can be a bit confusing and sometimes I end up mixing things up while using it.

“All-in-one CRM platform”
Pros
Getting started with it was very easy and pulling data, building reports and setting up workflows and automations all feel very user-friendly. On top of that, their customer support has been outstanding.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints. The only downside is that it costs more than some of the other CRM options we considered but we ended up using it as a one-stop platform for Sales, Marketing and Support.

“CRM with campaign testing”
Pros
CRM features are really strong, with excellent tools for tracking and managing customer interactions. On the email marketing side, it works especially well for quick testing and fast iteration which makes campaign optimisation much more effective.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side and smaller teams or startups may have a hard time justifying the cost.

“Top automation for everyone”
Pros
From the moment I started using it, pretty much everything has been excellent. It's very user-friendly for all kinds of users and the automations are truly top tier.
Cons
The only downside is that it's a bit expensive but with everything it offers each individual user, it still feels completely worth the price.

“CRM with simple automation”
Pros
Using this platform has been a really positive experience. It's very user-friendly, communication between the sales team and prospects flows easily and the automation features are excellent. Out of all the CRMs I've used throughout my sales career, this is definitely one of the best.
Cons
One area that took a little more effort was the reporting. It was somewhat difficult to understand at first and required a deeper look to fully make sense of it.

“Easy setup and migration”
Pros
Getting started with the system was very easy and using it day to day feels simple as well. Populating the cards is simple and moving our data over from a previous provider was incredibly hassle-free.
Cons
One frustrating part came after the sales demos. We were led to believe we could build reports around nearly anything but once we signed up it became clear that report customization is very limited. The reporting relies on pre-set metrics and in the end there's really no way to tailor them to what we actually need. That's a big issue for us because we need visibility into things like our sales funnel. Instead, we end up with duplicate figures since the same deal gets counted again in each stage it passes through.

“All contacts in one place”
Pros
Having my contacts, leads and everything related to them stored in one place has been really useful. I can keep track of how we connected and leave myself notes which helps me pick things back up later without losing the context of the relationship.
Cons
A few of the fields feel outdated, like having twitter@ as an option when these days most people are more likely to share an Instagram account, if anything.

Pros
This CRM includes pretty much all the features you'd expect to need. It can be a really useful tool for managing and supporting your client base.

“Workflows and support”
Pros
Getting started with it was very easy and putting together new standard procedures for Sales and Marketing didn't take much effort. Building custom reports is fairly uncomplicated and the customer support team has been consistently very helpful.
Cons
It took some time to really understand how to create reports that fit our business needs. It was also almost impossible to find integration support that could genuinely help us drive results. The product is updated often with improvements which is a good thing but keeping up with all the changes and making sure we're fully using the tool can be challenging.

Pros
It's very user-friendly and the layout feels really clear instead of cluttered. Overall, it has a fresh, modern feel that makes using it enjoyable.
Cons
I haven't run into any real downsides and I genuinely love the CRM. The only thing worth mentioning is that pricing could feel a bit sensitive for smaller companies but there are plenty of other CRM options out there for businesses with different needs.

“simple CRM with reporting”
Pros
We picked it at first because the UX/UI felt very user-friendly. After more than 6 years of using it, it's been incredible to see them consistently add features that support our growth. The CRM is still very simple and the reporting and dashboard tools are fantastic. There are a lot of positives but its simple design and overall usability are still the hardest things to beat.
Cons
One ongoing frustration has been how critical features are spread across different pricing plans. We keep running into situations where important functionality is locked behind separate pricing tiers.
