Pros
With its extensive array of add-ons the platform's functionality is greatly enhanced. It empowers us to create personalized and automated marketing campaigns while tracking all marketing activities and managing multiple social accounts from a single platform.
Cons
The professional and enterprise subscriptions are costly. The custom reporting feature occasionally doesn't respond and the customer support is lacking. However it is still superior to its competitors.

Pros
HubSpot's wide range of features allows us to seamlessly integrate everything minimizing errors and data inconsistencies. The email and workflow management as well as form management are excellent and easily integrated with Salesforce and Webflow.
Cons
The main challenges I've observed with HubSpot are the cumbersome dashboards and data visualizations. Limited functionality and confusing dashboard setup make it unnecessarily complex. Additionally the social media scheduling tool is average as we encountered technical bugs and ultimately switched to another tool.

Marketing Hub's partitioning feature proves to be immensely beneficial for our team. Given that multiple internal organizations and teams across 34 different countries share the same HubSpot account we needed a system that could segregate marketing operations including contacts assets and teams. Marketing Hub allows each group to log in with a unique experience ensuring they only see resources relevant to their specific goals. The partitioning process was effectively managed by parent and child teams.
Cons
One frustrating aspect in my opinion is the cap on dashboards and their reports. With Marketing Hub Enterprise only 50 dashboards are allowed. In our current instance we had to merge and delete dashboards and reports to stay within this limit. It is not the most scalable feature of Marketing Hub Enterprise.

Cons
If your organization has a large client base or requires access to a comprehensive suite of features the cost of using HubSpot can be a significant obstacle. While the basic version provides useful functionalities for free affording the full range of capabilities HubSpot offers may be challenging. We had to overcome a steep learning curve and invest considerable time and effort to understand the system's intricacies.

Pros
We seamlessly integrated this platform into our CRM using one of their pre-built integrations and we were able to get our first automation up and running on the same day. The interface makes it incredibly easy to set up and edit email campaigns.
Cons
The paid ad sections work effectively for integrated networks but it would be great if they could include the entire Google network and other social platforms.

If I had to summarize in one word what I love most about HubSpot marketing it would be its integration capabilities. It seamlessly integrates with various software apps and other solutions from the same suite. It's an excellent platform for customer follow-up interaction and storing information for personalized attention. HubSpot's ability to track and analyze website traffic individual page performance and form performance is a huge advantage. Setting up drip workflow automation is simple and well-thought-out. Drip marketing campaigns can be quickly and easily established.
Cons
Recently the price of HubSpot has increased significantly which may be too expensive for small businesses. Additionally their customer service lacks timely responses. Instead of providing direct solutions they often offer guides. Based on my experience their representatives would benefit from further training to provide faster and more precise assistance.

I recently made the switch to HubSpot Marketing Hub and I couldn't be happier. It's an excellent CRM that has greatly improved my lead management. The tracking feature in particular is invaluable as it allows me to monitor lead activity create customized lead segments and analyze lead data.
Cons
I am highly impressed with the extensive features HubSpot offers. It is user-friendly and integrates well with various tools simplifying my work. The only drawback I've encountered is the lack of integration with specific tools or services that are currently unavailable. Aside from that it is an exceptional product!
