“Clear tracking with timestamps”
Pros
Keeping track of reports and activities is very easy especially with the time stamps included. It also helps the team clearly see who handled each insurance task or took a specific action which makes accountability much better.
Cons
One issue is that if I forget to save or there's a network problem, all the work I've done can end up being lost.

“Locked into a costly mess”
Pros
One useful part is that it syncs with your email which helps keep the flow of information organized and manageable.
Cons
Beyond that, pretty much everything has been a disappointment. First, they trap you in a sketchy year-long contract with no real option to go month to month. Second, the CRM feels like it was built strictly for sales teams and not with customers in mind so it's missing a lot of important functionality. Third, if you want to do anything actually practical, like charging a customer or calling them, you're looking at at least $2,000 per month. The basic plan definitely does not include what you'll probably need. Honestly, I regret signing up.

“Custom lead fields but rising costs”
Pros
To keep all of our lead information in one place and add custom properties based on what we need has been really useful.
Cons
The pricing is the frustrating part because it keeps going up every year and at this point it feels ridiculous.

“Sales and marketing aligned”
Pros
Having one centralized place for leads, task automation and performance tracking has made a big difference in keeping our sales and marketing teams aligned. The integration with other tools like Marketing Hub and Sales Hub works easily which has helped us build more targeted campaigns and guide prospects through the full customer journey more effectively.
Cons
One thing to watch is the pricing since it can go up as you add more features. It's worth carefully reviewing what you actually need before upgrading.

“All customer info together”
Pros
All customer credit information gathered in a single place makes management much more convenient. The interface is well designed and user-friendly so navigating the system feels very easy. I also appreciate the customer engagement features especially the live chat because it allows real-time updates to be shared with customers without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across anything to dislike. It has been performing exceptionally well.

“Lead capture toolkit”
Pros
Being able to do more than just track sales and contacts has been a big plus for us. We've also used it to create forms, embed them on our website, capture additional leads and even handle calendar bookings which makes it a very versatile tool.
Cons
It's an incredibly feature-rich platform and that can feel overwhelming. With so much packed into one product, it can definitely be intimidating at first.

“Flexible and practical setup”
Pros
The one-click setup and pragmatic approach to implementation and development make this software really appealing. It also offers an interesting profiling model and gives you almost unlimited possibilities when it comes to further development.
Cons
If it isn't managed properly, the amount of configuration freedom can become a bit too much. There are also some limits on the number of calls especially when they increase significantly.

“Strong tools for growing teams”
Pros
It covers a lot of ground across both sales and marketing and the resources it offers are especially helpful for small businesses.
Cons
Cost starts to climb as your business grows and it is not as focused on sales pipeline management as something like Pipedrive.

“Helpful case tracking”
Pros
Keeping customer-requested work and cases organized is where this software really shines. It makes it much easier to track requests and stay on top of ongoing work.
Cons

“Promising from the start”
Pros
We're still in the adaptation phase after about five months of using it but the sales team has already seen some very positive early results by taking advantage of the platform's features. We still need a bit more time and maturity with the tool to give a more complete review but up to this point I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
Implementation has been somewhat complex, probably because of the large number of features available. Because of that, it feels like it may take a little longer for the operation to be running at 100%.

“Overpriced and restrictive”
Pros
The CRM itself is decent but the price is unbelievably high compared with other platforms like GHL. The biggest issue was getting stuck in a 12-month subscription and they would not even let us out for the final month. Once I signed up, it felt like they were trying to squeeze every possible dollar out of me.
Cons
It is far too expensive and I realized I could get the same features, plus more, for about 20% of what this costs.

“Custom reporting for visibility”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths for me is how customizable the reporting and analytics are. It gives our team much better visibility into our client portfolio, ARR and the overall value of our accounts.
Cons
One limitation is the lack of customizable sequences in the system. Other tools in this space offer more dynamic, condition-based actions so this part feels less flexible by comparison.

Pros
It handles nearly any marketing or sales task a business might need which makes it a very capable all-in-one platform.
Cons
Since it's built more as a full suite, a few features feel fairly basic and don't offer the depth you'd get from more specialized tools. Reporting especially could be much better.
