“Too limited for our needs”
Pros
If you're looking for a basic, standard CRM that comes with little to no cost, this product does a great job.
Cons
It really doesn't work well for the level of volume and capacity my company needs so it hasn't been the right fit for us personally.

“great CRM for daily work”
Pros
Once this CRM is in place, it really becomes the software you rely on for practically all of your day-to-day tasks. For companies that depend on a CRM system, this product can easily become the central tool that keeps everything moving.
Cons
There were moments when the color scheme bothered my eyes and even gave me headaches but adjusting the settings fixed the issue pretty quickly.

“Shared records keep teams aligned”
Pros
Everything stored in one place has been really helpful for our business records. All of our customer information is available there and everyone on the team can access it when needed. It saves me from having to cc my boss on every email like we used to because they can already see what's going on and even step in to handle things when I'm off. The system is very user-friendly and comes with really strong features.
Cons
The only part I don't really like is that the system won't load without an internet connection. There was a time I was in an area with no signal and needed to look up a customer's phone number so I could call them but I couldn't access it because the internet wasn't working. Still, I understand that this is pretty normal since most systems nowadays depend on internet access to function fully.

“Helpful setup and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with this as my first CRM was pretty easy as an individual user. The knowledge base articles are useful and the support team has been very responsive whenever I run into issues. It also connects with a wide range of other apps so linking it to my website and the other services I use has been simple. On top of that, I can create contact and lead lists to send out marketing communications.
Cons
The way features are separated into different parts of the platform makes the cost add up quickly. Their object list structure also makes it difficult to filter across multiple objects when building more advanced workflows. Because of that, setting up a workflow that actually does exactly what I need can take a lot of effort and mental juggling.

“Easy contact import and scheduling”
Pros
Moving my contacts over from another system was simple and easy. I also really appreciate how well the calendar works with appointment scheduling and note tracking.
Cons
It offers far more features than I actually need and that can feel a bit confusing at times.

“great for automation and integrations”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate here especially the wide range of features, the automation tools and the many integrations it supports.
Cons
Every now and then some integrations have to be re-authorized but aside from that, there really aren't many drawbacks that come to mind.

“great prospecting dashboard”
Pros
It does a decent job of tracking leads and the pipeline and the Sales Prospecting dashboard is a nice feature.
Cons
The Ring Central Dialer doesn't even let you transfer a call and a lot of calls don't go through. Name searches have to be typed with 100% accuracy, with no support for nicknames or suggested matches. If a last name is Mann, Manne or Man, it should still return something relevant. On top of that, the process for placing an order or creating a quote is tough and we've lost quite a few sales because of it. The workflow is also too slow when you need to reach multiple people quickly. Notes and activity moving between contacts, companies and deals are hard to follow which makes it difficult to find the right information fast. Even

“Declining value and bugs”
Pros
Back when I started using it two years ago, it felt worth the high price because the return justified the cost. At that time even though it was expensive, the results made it feel like a great investment.
Cons
Now it just keeps getting more expensive while offering less in return. I'm not sure what changed but it no longer feels like good value for the money and on top of that there are too many bugs with no real fixes. Support is also extremely limited and chat support is basically unavailable almost all the time.

“GDPR-ready and quick to launch”
Pros
The GDPR-compliant database management is a strong point and the built-in boolean tool is genuinely useful. Setup was easy so it didn't take much time to get everything up and running.
Cons
Interface feels a bit average and could use some polish. It's also not very mobile-friendly and the API integration leaves a lot of room for improvement.

“CRM with broad integrations”
Pros
Compared with other CRMs I've used, I haven't run into anything they offer that this platform can't handle itself or connect to through an integration although that may partly reflect the limits of what I've needed it to do.
Cons
Pricing is really the only thing that gives me pause. There's not much else that would make me hesitate to use it but it definitely sits at the premium end of the market and to be fair, you may be getting what you pay for.
