Pros
I am highly impressed with the multitude of user-friendly features offered by HubSpot. If ever I encountered any issues the community support provided excellent guidance addressing almost all of my problems. I want to specifically highlight the well-managed and easily accessible contact management feature which greatly enhances the user experience.
Cons
Regarding the deprecation of API authentication I would like to mention that HubSpot recently made changes by moving it to private apps. However finding appropriate guidance for different technologies to use with these private apps can be a challenging task and may require significant efforts.

I quickly and effortlessly learned how to use HubSpot. Within a day I became proficient and found everything exactly where I expected it to be. One of our clients even has their entire website blog and landing pages built using HubSpot and we have started implementing changes to their site.

Honestly I haven't encountered any issues that couldn't be resolved. I have no complaints so far.

The ease of use along with its diverse functionalities makes HubSpot an excellent choice. The customer service provided to paid plan users is exceptional.
Cons
Lack of texting automations and color coding is a drawback. Additionally the inability to add features individually is inconvenient. If you only require a small feature from either the marketing or sales packages you are forced to purchase the entire package which can be costly.
