Flexible CRM with automation

Pros

Using it gives me a lot of freedom to tailor the entire CRM experience to fit exactly what I need. The automations and workflows are fairly easy to create once you get a great grasp of the properties and functions. It also helps that the platform includes modules and learning resources so whenever I want to dig deeper and understand the system better, the materials are already there.

Cons

Coming into it without any CRM background can feel a bit overwhelming at first and getting around the platform may be challenging in the beginning. Still, the more time you spend exploring and learning how it works, the more it becomes clear that this is actually one of the more user-friendly CRM tools available.

limited sales reporting

Pros

It's easy to use and the mobile app is great.

Cons

Sales reporting is much more limited than in other platforms like Salesforce. Dealing with duplicates is frustrating and requires a lot of manual effort. Workflow setup can be a bit tricky as well. The tools for building sales account plans and stakeholder maps feel awkward and inconvenient. It also doesn't offer as many ready-made integrations as Salesforce and isn't nearly as customizable. Overall, I'd say it works better for smaller teams or marketing-focused teams.

Stable and simple integration

Pros

Its stability really stands out and the integration with email and calendar tracking works very well. The navigation is simple which makes the platform pleasant to use day to day.

Cons

Getting the full value from the investment is still quite complex and proper use usually requires support from a specialized company to handle the initial integration correctly. On top of that, the cost is very high.

Daily work made simpler

Pros

This tool takes a lot of the hassle out of everyday work tasks and helps simplify many parts of the daily routine.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints though it may not feel very simple for every kind of user at first.

All-in-one platform

Pros

One of the best parts for me is having sales, marketing and customer service all handled in one place. The platform feels simple to use and comes with a broad set of tools, including email tracking, lead scoring and in-depth analytics. It also connects easily with other IT systems and third-party apps which makes it a flexible option for businesses of any size.

Cons

The weakest part is definitely the documentation. Finding detailed, current instructions or best practices for some of the more advanced features can be frustrating. It would really help if a dedicated team regularly reviewed and updated the documentation.

Reliable platform with strong value

Pros

One thing that really stood out was how rarely users needed to contact support which says a lot about how dependable the platform was.

Cons

Cost was definitely on the expensive side but the quality and value made it feel worth the price.

All-in-one sales powerhouse

Pros

Having everything in one place is a big plus. It really does work as an all-in-one sales and marketing platform and it's easy to use.

Cons

Because it comes packed with so many features, it can feel a little confusing or take some time to locate everything that's available. That said, once you've spent some time with it, it starts to feel quite simple.

Dashboard and integrations

Pros

Getting started with it was easy, the dashboard reports are great and it works flexibly with third-party integrations.

Cons

It's not especially helpful when it comes to generating Journeys and there are still some reports that can't really be laid out properly on the dashboard.

Professional feel with fast access

Pros

Using it gives off a very professional vibe. It really makes you feel like someone who knows how to manage resources well and get better results. I also really appreciate how fast it is to find interactions.

Cons

It didn't feel all that simple at first. It's the kind of tool you need to spend some time practicing with before it starts to feel natural.

CRM-linked email but rough onboarding

Pros

One thing that works well is having the email marketing tied directly into the CRM.

Cons

Getting started took quite a while and support is only available through chat or email which means replies can be delayed. That becomes especially frustrating during onboarding when problems keep coming up at different steps. I ran into issues while trying to import the CSV file and finishing a mass email campaign was also much harder than it should have been.

Automation and chat sync

Pros

Over the past few years, the platform has added a ton of features and we believe AI will make it even more valuable. For our team, the biggest benefit is how it helps move leads through the pipeline using different automations while also assigning self-qualified leads to the right team members so they can book calls directly through the calendar. Beyond the automation side, we're also really pleased with how the chat tools connect with other social networks which is essential for linking leads to sales and customers to support.

Cons

Lead capture feature still isn't as flexible as form builders like Typeform. It would be better if there were an option that didn't overwhelm visitors right away with too many input fields.

Workflow automation powerhouse

Pros

From contact, company and deal creation to associations, email marketing and automation, it does a lot exceptionally well. It really comes into its own once the Workflow features are turned on. You can build automations that are honestly limited only by your imagination. For instance, a form submission on your website can automatically trigger emails, add a contact to a list, move them into a sales pipeline or kick off hundreds of other actions.

Cons

The biggest challenge is usability. Employees need a fair amount of onboarding before they can use it confidently and as the database gets larger, it can feel overwhelming and confusing for new team members. With so many features and small details to manage, companies without great documentation may find that new employees make data mistakes pretty easily.

Pipeline visibility that delivers

Pros

One part I especially value is the section where I can see all of my deals in one place. It's really useful that I can track exactly how long it has been since I last worked on a deal and whether I've already planned next steps, either with or without the customer. That gives my manager a much clearer view of my pipeline while also saving me from constantly having to explain what I've been doing all day. On top of that, account management is very easy and I can quickly build a cadence and send it out to potential customers.

Cons

At first, I had a few doubts about it especially because I moved over from Salesforce. I assumed in the beginning that it probably wouldn't be as capable as Salesforce. In the end though, I was wrong. For our organization, it fully meets our needs and makes sense for the cost.

Most of my time with this tool is spent logging leads and it also helps a lot that all the customer information is kept in one place. It's very easy to navigate and staying on top of everything is simple.

Automation and integrations

Pros

Using it day to day has been a big plus for my business. It's easy to work with, connects with a wide range of other tools and the flexibility to customize things the way I need has been really valuable. The automation features have also made a noticeable difference by aligning my workflow and saving time.

Cons

Free plan covers the basics but the cost of unlocking the more advanced features can feel pretty high for a small business. On top of that, the reporting tools could be stronger and offer more customization options.
