Pros

HubSpot is incredibly user-friendly catering to marketers and non-marketers alike. We have team members from various backgrounds using it and it hasn't caused any confusion.

Cons

Pros

It is a multifunctional service with an extensive range of features. It may take some time to connect and set up everything including business automation but once established it becomes indispensable.

Cons

I attempted to post on social networks using this service but found that it was sometimes easier to directly access the social network and create a post there.

Cons

Pros

I appreciate the ability to track the entire process from contact to proposal and conversion. While the marketing features are impressive the sales tools for tracking customer interactions are particularly valuable. Keeping tabs on customer touchpoints phone calls and emails is seamless.

Cons

I'm not fond of how many marketing features are restricted to the highest tier level which comes with a hefty price tag.

Pros

Cons

It doesn't adapt to landscape mode only portrait which can be frustrating. Additionally it doesn't work well in the browser when in PC mode.

Having worked extensively with various marketing automation tools I can confidently say that HubSpot Marketing Hub is the best. Its speed user-friendly interface exceptional UX comprehensive features for inbound marketing robust reporting capabilities and superior automation capabilities make it stand out from the competition. It also integrates seamlessly with a wide range of tools. In summary it's an amazing tool.

Cons

The cost is a significant factor to consider. When recommending a marketing automation tool I advise choosing HubSpot Marketing for well-established companies with strong fundamentals that can ensure a positive return on investment. Alternatively startups eligible for the HubSpot for Startups program can take advantage of a two-year discount. However it excels in automations but may not be the ideal choice for other features which may go unused. Campaigns managed directly from platforms like Facebook Ads or Google Ads hubs blogs managed on the company's domain and social media managers using specialized tools for planning are common scenarios.

Every time I've reached out to them I've received actionable advice.

Cons

I believe there is room for improvement in HubSpot's design team. At times customizing templates can be frustrating due to limited options. For instance email templates would benefit from an overhaul to allow for more extensive personal design work.
