“Powerful once you learn it”
Pros
Once you understand the full feature set and what each tool can do, it becomes a very efficient solution with a lot of potential.
Cons
I can't really comment on many downsides since I only use it for a limited set of tasks.

“Well-organized and flexible CRM”
Pros
The CRM is laid out really well and offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to enabling and using different tools.

“Smart automation for teams”
Pros
It feels like having a virtual assistant that keeps everything organized and makes working together much more effortless. Features such as automated marketing and personalized customer engagement give it the feel of a marketing expert working for you 24/7. On top of that, the user-friendly interface makes it approachable for both small companies and larger businesses.
Cons
A downside is the price which can be a bit steep for smaller businesses. Also because it offers so many features some users may need time to get used to everything.

“Customer segmentation tools”
Pros
One of the best parts is how customizable it is and it also lets you assign different access levels to multiple staff members. I really value being able to segment our customers in such a detailed way because it gives us better reporting and helps shape our next steps.
Cons
The weak point for me has been customer support. Nearly everything points you toward the IT academy to learn on your own which is useful in theory but it feels like we probably haven't made the most of all the features because we weren't guided through each stage by an actual person. The setup process also had less support than I expected.

“Prospect and quote tracking”
Pros
There are plenty of features available to keep track of prospects, customers and the quotes that have been sent out and signed.
Cons
It offers a lot of functionality but a more detailed step-by-step guide during login or onboarding would really help.

“Flexible tool with many integrations”
Pros
Our whole team was able to get comfortable with it quickly which made adoption much easier. It also comes with plenty of connectors, including Aircall and the option to add extensions to the UI gives us useful flexibility.
Cons
One downside is the API rate limit which can be restrictive at times. There are also some limitations in reporting and dashboards, such as date range restrictions and custom objects have limits as well.

“Delayed implementation and billing concerns”
Pros
Even though we signed the contract in November, we still have not been able to use the platform, despite being billed for two months of service. At this point, I honestly do not have anything positive to add.
Cons
From the beginning, the sales process felt a lot like a timeshare pitch, very high pressure, with big promises that were never matched by the actual experience. They pushed hard to get the contract signed right before the holidays and failed to mention that we would be charged for the service even though onboarding had not happened yet. We were also told we could start using it immediately but no one properly showed us something as basic as how to add contacts. Now they are trying to shift the blame to a third party yet no one from their side contacted us after the contract was signed until more than 10 days had passed.

“simple system that delivers”
Pros
The software is simple and fairly simple but it handles the core tasks I need without any trouble.
Cons
Getting help has been really frustrating. I keep being transferred from one person to another and support coverage for the APAC region is very limited because there aren't enough staff available.

“simple UI and onboarding”
Pros
Compared with options like Salesforce, this has been incredible. The interface is far more simple and the sales rep was actually able to answer our questions clearly. The biggest highlight though, was the implementation process. We were given access to someone extremely capable, with deep product knowledge, who genuinely helped get us fully up and running. At this point, we rely on it for a lot of our work.
Cons
After six months of using it, we still feel it's a very basic tool in terms of usability especially considering its scale and overall complexity. Alongside the community-based support, it would have been nice to have a second-level, ticket-based support team included as well. That is available on the paid plans but its absence here is what keeps this from being a full five-star rating.

“A delight to use”
Pros
Everything works the way it should and the platform feels very simple to pick up and use. After spending time with Salesforce and a few other CRMs, this one is noticeably more pleasant and much less of a hassle to work in.
Cons
They do a very effective job of teasing features from the higher-tier plans and to really unlock everything those tools can do, you have to upgrade. It's a little frustrating even if I understand why they structure it that way.

“Email campaigns and personalization”
Pros
This has been a really capable email marketing platform for building emails, segmenting lists, personalizing messages and putting together landing pages. It's especially helpful when you're sending hundreds of emails each month since the campaign tools organization features and reporting make it much easier to view performance and marketing results in one place. The drag-and-drop email builder is easy to work with and doesn't take long to pick up. Since we don't use it for CRM, lead generation, support or operations, my feedback is only based on the email marketing side and the related marketing tools like landing pages, forms and CTAs.
Cons
Support has been inconsistent which has been frustrating. I've received different answers from different support reps and at times the help documentation hasn't matched what an agent told me. The filtering options can be confusing and workflows are not always simple either. It's also a very expensive platform and if you only need it for email marketing, there are other tools out there that offer more for a lower price. On top of that some reporting features aren't very user-friendly and making most visual changes to landing pages still requires some CSS knowledge.

“CRM and integrations I love”
Pros
Using this platform has been a blast. I really love the CRM, the wide range of integrations and how it turns marketing into something genuinely enjoyable. The it Academy is fantastic too and it's updated all the time which makes learning the tools actually fun.
Cons
Pricing does climb as you add more contacts although the upside is that your business should ideally be growing at the same time too so it feels somewhat understandable.

“Friendly interface with free plan”
Pros
There's a really good free version available and the interface is user-friendly and easy to work with.
