Pros
The major pro for me was to have a contact log. It keeps track of all the contacts and the interactions. All contacts are stored in an organized manner which makes searching and looking for them easier and saves a lot of our time.
Cons
It’s a complicated tool when you initially use it and figuring how it works takes a little while. Once you’re through the learning and figuring part, it gets all good.

Pros
The plus point about it is that we’re gaining customers. Whenever we put in the URL, it automatically adds all the information, which is something I like. The layout is pretty great, and it is easy to use as well. The integrations are great.
Cons
There are sections in this system that do not interact with each other the way I would want them to. The deals do not connect with the contacts of a certain company on its own.

Pros
This has been a great experience for me. I got to learn a lot about marketing. I literally enjoyed managing and tracking all my clients. Sending out emails was a great experience itself. It provides you with all the statistics, which helped us know what to do and keep on improving our strategies and tactics.
Cons
They need to improve their tracking of duplicate clients. They could also improve the visual appearance of the software.

It is overwhelming. It has a lot of features that you might want to use, but before that you’ve got to learn how to use it, and the process of learning it requires a lot of reading through.

Cons
The monthly price of this product seems to be a bit high and doesn’t really justify, although it has made my life a lot easier, so I would continue using this product.

Their cloud-based platform is really great, make things easily accessible through any device and from anywhere. It incorporates each and every device that I’ve come across. It is a very useful tool. You can test things and make changes to fix them. It is great for a business that ever growing and changing. The client involvement seems really amazing.

I found an issue with the format refreshing, frequently it keeps refreshing and pushes through.

“Great tool!
Pros
The interface is quite user-friendly. It is simple and easy to use. They do offer a 7-day trial period which I think is enough for anyone to test out its functionalities and make a decision whether to go with it or not.
Cons
They have a 12-month contract to get started with it, and the monthly fee doesn’t seem quite reasonable to me. For technical support you have to pay an extra fee to them, these are a few reasons why I decided not to continue with this product.
