“Free CRM for startups”
Pros
Having a free CRM option is a big advantage for startups that are expanding quickly but still working with limited budgets. It also connects with a broad range of other software which makes it really useful for linking CRM data with marketing, sales and customer support tools.
Cons
Free version comes with a lot of restrictions and does not include the more advanced features smaller organizations may need which can end up affecting parts of their business operations.

“Versatile plugins and Zapier support”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the Zapier hooks make it really useful for triggering actions in other apps. The core product is already very great and the optional upgrades add even more value. On top of that, there are plenty of compatible plugins available which makes it even more flexible.
Cons
A few limitations have appeared over the past 7 or 8 years but to be fair, for a free entry-level service it still does an excellent job.

“Clean design and integrations”
Pros
Right away, the biggest plus is how simple and user-friendly it feels. The interface is clean, modern and visually appealing so it never comes across as cluttered or overwhelming the way some CRM platforms do. Even though it includes a lot of powerful functionality, it still manages to keep everything simple and approachable. Another big advantage is the broad set of tools and integrations included. From email marketing to meeting scheduling, it covers everything needed to manage the full customer lifecycle. On top of that, the hundreds of app integrations make it simple to connect with other essential business systems and that level of connectivity is excellent.
Cons
Minor drawback is that the free version comes with quite a few limitations that may not seem important at first but end up being essential. That said, the free plan is still fairly feature-rich for smaller businesses overall. The paid premium plans open up more advanced capabilities but they also come with a noticeably higher cost.

“Helpful notes and call tracking”
Pros
It's really useful that the system lets me add my own notes to both emails and calls which helps keep everything documented in one place.
Cons
Automation is a nice feature but it can take a few minutes to finish. By then, I've often already created the company manually in the system which ends up causing a duplicate.

“All-in-one customer management”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes this tool really convenient to use. Coming from both Marketing and Client Success roles, I really appreciate having those functions combined in a single system. The contact management and overall customer management are excellent and there's plenty of room to keep detailed, useful information organized.
Cons
Its integrations are decent but they're not quite where they could be. On top of that, we still have a huge amount of historical data sitting in our old CRM (Salesforce) so that has led to a lot of complaints internally. This platform is definitely the better and more modern option but a lot of the information we still need lives somewhere else. We've connected the two systems and even that still doesn't fully solve the problem.

“Best CRM Lead management tool ever”
Pros
HubSpot is efficiently utilized to monitor numerous stakeholder relationships across various teams in our organization. Its effectiveness is evident in fulfilling this purpose. The Outlook plugin adequately logs conversations with its effectiveness hinging on keeping data updated. Leveraging Sequences significantly reduces the time spent on lead followups allowing the establishment of automated sequences with personalized emails for unresponsive customers. This not only enhances our sales success and potential but also saves valuable time through automation.
Cons
They discontinued support for API key authentication which may have disappointed many users. Fortunately creating a Private app and validation through an access token is not overly challenging.
