“Una herramienta excepcional”
Pros
HubSpot Marketing Hub is an exceptional tool for managing marketing strategies. Its impressive feature set from marketing automation to lead tracking coupled with ease of use and customization facilitates smooth and effective campaign creation. It helps me achieve my goals efficiently.
Cons
A potential downside is the cost for small businesses or teams with limited budgets. Fees can increase rapidly with additional features or users posing a financial challenge for some users.

“Affordable CRM that stays organized”
Pros
Using this CRM has been a really positive experience. The interface feels polished and very simple to navigate and the cost of acquisition, implementation and maintenance is affordable even for startups. Its features make it an ideal CRM tool for our work especially because I can track all my rotations and the farmers I've attended to in one place. When enquiries come in, I'm also able to follow up on each one and respond on time. Having all the rotation data stored centrally makes it much easier to review drug usage and identify other veterinary supplies that need restocking. For us, it has become the ultimate solution because it helps us stay focused on the most important part of the business, our customers.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't run into any issues. Whenever I need help, the support team is always accessible and they respond to my questions very clearly which makes it possible for me to sort things out from my end without any trouble.

“Powerful features and accuracy”
Pros
Using this has been really easy and the feature set is extensive without feeling overwhelming because everything is pretty simple. It also works with a wide range of plugins which adds a lot of flexibility and the accuracy has been consistently impressive.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price. Since it's considered a top-tier tool, the cost ends up being top-tier as well especially once you start adding the marketing and sales extras.

“Support and growth that deliver”
Pros
Starting out, we could use it for free which made it a practical choice for a small team. The pricing stayed fair and as we expanded and needed more features, the support team kept up with us and provided the level of service we expected. At first, paying for something that had been free took some getting used to but the added attention and extra options made it worth it and we ended up very pleased with the outcome.
Cons
There was an adjustment period because of the American-style approach but once we adapted to it, our sales team became much more efficient and management gained far better visibility into what was going on.

“Reliable free CRM favorite”
Pros
Being free and very simple to use is a huge plus and it's been the CRM I keep coming back to for years. I've tested other options but they started acting buggy over time and one of them even removed my account without any warning just because I hadn't signed up again soon enough.
Cons
The app can handle a ton of different tasks and honestly, I've probably only explored a small part of what it's capable of. Maybe at some point I'll have enough time to really dive into it. It can also feel a bit complicated whenever you move outside your usual workflow.

“Time-saving toolkit for small teams”
Pros
The number of tools it offers for free is really impressive. They all work well together and for a small organization, they save us a huge amount of time.
Cons
It does take some training at the beginning to really understand how it works especially the connections between contacts, lists and the rest. It can be a long process but it ends up being worth it.

“Outstanding CRM value”
Pros
This platform has been a fantastic fit for me. It's thoughtfully designed, simple to navigate and a highly effective CRM tool. Compared to the other business software I use, it delivers the best value for the money by far.
Cons
Honestly, there aren't any major downsides with this service for me. The only small thing I'd mention is that I occasionally have to log back in but that's a very minor inconvenience.

“Useful automation and integrations”
Pros
For nearly two years, we've used it across different marketing activities and a few things really stand out in day-to-day use. The interface is user-friendly so getting around the platform doesn't take much effort. It also connects with a wide range of integrations which has been really helpful for keeping our workflow aligned. Another big plus is the automation and workflow functionality. Being able to automate email sequences, lead nurturing, notifications and task assignments has saved us a lot of time and made our processes more efficient. On top of that, contact management is easy which makes it simple to organize and manage contact lists and related information.
Cons
Even with those strengths, there are still some downsides. The free version feels restricted because advanced features such as sales automation, deeper integrations and custom reporting are locked behind the paid plans. Customization is also fairly limited. Customer support has been another frustration especially for free users since responses can be delayed or not very helpful. That part doesn't sit right with me because most customers start out on the free version before deciding whether to pay and it doesn't seem like the company fully values that stage of the user journey. On top of that, moving data out of the platform when switching to another CRM is quite difficult and I've had to deal with that myself.

Pros
From lead to customer, it's very easy to use and keep track of everything. It also connects well with many of the other systems we rely on which makes it our single source of truth.

Pros
As a CRM, it comes with a wide range of really useful features. The integration with other platforms, like Intercom, is also a big plus and makes it even more helpful.

“Overpriced and sent to collections”
Pros
Feature set is great but plenty of other companies offer better service and don't end up costing you thousands upon thousands.
Cons
Our experience with Hub was awful. Their sales rep pushed us hard into buying around 30 user seats even though we never needed anywhere near that number and it left us with a $9,000 quarterly bill. After the business shut down, they still sent the account to collections for nearly $9,000 USD. On top of that, it was almost impossible to reach anyone and not a single person even called us before sending the company to collections which I believe is illegal.
