“Contact tracking that clicks”
Pros
Keeping up with all my contacts is really convenient and the customizable fields are a big plus. The workflows that tie everything together make staying connected with multiple students much more manageable.
Cons
There are still plenty of features included that I don't fully understand.

“Flexible for any team”
Pros
It's simple to tailor and adjust to our company's specific needs and it scales really well whether you have one salesperson or hundreds on the team.

One area that still feels a bit behind is integration with newer tools especially GenAI-related ones.

“Built for scaling”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well it scales with your business. You can begin with the free version and as your needs expand, it gives you everything in one place, from CRM and CMS tools to a very complete marketing and sales platform.
Cons
It does lean a bit expensive and the initial setup takes a great understanding of how the system works. Once everything is properly configured though, it's a pleasure to use.

“Lead tracking that keeps up”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy. It pulls together your leads' activity across emails, texts, phone calls and landing pages without making you learn complicated code or technical workflows. It also helps keep every contact record current by reminding you to add notes after each conversation. Because of that, it's much easier to stay on top of follow-ups and move leads toward becoming clients without missing important details.
Cons
The downside is that teams who haven't used a system like this before will need some time and effort to really understand how to use it well. Proper training is important if you want your staff to apply the platform correctly and get the best results from it.

“Integrations and data control”

Its strongest advantage is the wide range of integrations already available, along with excellent data management.

Toughest part is the initial integration stage, before the tool is fully set up and tailored to the company's specific needs.

“Best all-in-one CRM”
Pros
Among CRM platforms, this one feels like the most user-friendly option available. The pricing is competitive too, sitting in a nice middle ground where it's neither too expensive nor suspiciously cheap. If you pay for support, the 24/7 service is a big plus. It also avoids being overly complicated which makes it a strong fit for most businesses looking to manage sales, marketing and customer success all in one place.
Cons
Every now and then, newer members of the support team don't have the right answers when more complicated support issues come up.

“Marketing automation toolkit”
Pros
This tool is easy to use and includes the core marketing automation and reporting tools our agency needs to attract and engage the right audience.
Cons
Because the platform packs in so many features, getting around it can feel a bit challenging at times. That said, the layout is still fairly simple and the Help database is very comprehensive.

Pros
It's a prospecting tool that's simple to use, with very strong integration options and excellent automation features. It also gives a clear view of the sales pipeline and the unlimited free version is a real bonus.

“Powerful features and support”
Pros
Right away, the platform offers a lot to appreciate, plenty of useful features, strong customization options and dependable performance without any obvious bugs. It's also reassuring that their team provides support even to smaller customers like us and the startup discounts in the first and second year were a nice bonus. On top of that, it's a well-known tool which adds confidence. Overall, there's a long list of positives.
Cons
It's not flawless and we've had to make quite a few compromises because some things, including fairly basic ones, don't work the way we expected. In a lot of situations, this ends up hurting productivity and leaves the impression that we're using a sledgehammer when all we really need is a screwdriver.

“Versatile CRM for sales teams”
Pros
This CRM adjusts really well to what your company needs. It's fast, works well across all kinds of business environments and for sales it feels like one of the most suitable options out there. The way lead information is organized and presented is well designed, it makes it simple to share details with the team, stay on top of follow-ups and manage the sales process through to closing.
Cons
Feature I liked least was that the recommendations on how to get the most out of the tool feel too vague. Since it's a CRM that can be adapted to almost any industry, I think they could do a better job segmenting their guidance, for example by creating groups or recommendations based on different types of companies.

“Great for 1:1 meetings”
Pros
Once you get used to the UX, it becomes a very agile tool. It's a great ally for 1,1 meetings, offers strong connectivity with other platforms and works well for tracking KPIs.
Cons
Some features feel more designed for B2B than B2C. There are also functions you'd expect to work without code but in the end, you have to build them yourself.

Pros
After trade shows, it's been really helpful to enter every lead into one system. It gives us a single place to keep all their details and lets us track the communication history with each contact.
Cons
