“CRM lifecycle hub”
Pros
When it comes to scaling CRM management, this platform really feels essential. It gives you the ability to handle the entire customer lifecycle in one place which makes the overall process much more structured and efficient.
Cons
You do need a fairly powerful machine to run it comfortably especially when working with the dashboard section.

“Conversion boosting automation”
Pros
One thing that really makes this stand out is how simple the automation features are. The marketing automation tools connect with our sales pipeline easily so the leads coming in from marketing move straight into the next stage without extra work. That has made our lead nurturing process much more efficient, cut down a lot of the manual handoffs and improved our conversion rates overall.
Cons
Getting everything set up was probably the toughest part. It definitely took a lot of effort to get started but in the end it was absolutely worth it and the support team was there to help us work through the most challenging integrations.

“Email marketing boost”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and it does a good job of capturing forms directly from our website. We also use the email marketing tools to stay in touch with customers and keep them updated on the deals and promotions we're running.
Cons
In the beginning, our plan didn't include automated email workflows but later on they added that feature to the level we were using.

Pros
As a CFO, I naturally pay close attention to KPI reporting especially around the sales funnel and conversion rates for planning and forecasting. From an efficiency standpoint, the sales automation is a very helpful support.

Stakeholder management and the interfaces to additional systems still need improvement.

“Fast campaigns with better reach”
Pros
Being able to count on it for launching campaigns quickly is something I really appreciate and it helps me connect with consumers in a much more effective way.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that some of the advanced features don't always work the way they did in older legacy tools and that part hasn't been very good.

“Reliable updates”
Pros
We use it regularly to stay in touch and share updates about our infrastructure and it has been working really well for us.
Cons
One thing I'm not happy with is the built-in templates. They feel too basic and don't really help especially when we need something practical ready to use.

Pros
Connecting it with third-party tools and marketing platforms like Meta, Google and LinkedIn has been very easy. Building dashboards and updating reports is also simple and efficient which makes day-to-day work much easier.

“Great value for teams”
Pros
Using it day to day has been really easy. It makes team collaboration much better, automates a big part of the data entry work and integrates extremely well with the wider IT ecosystem which gives you even more useful tools to help grow the business. On top of that, the pricing is excellent for what it offers.
Cons
As with any CRM, there is a lot to learn at first and it can take some time to fully understand. That said, the help from the account managers and the online training resources is outstanding and makes the learning curve much easier to manage.

Pros
Free version is really helpful for getting started quickly. It has some limitations but the overall quality is still very good.

“CRM for business growth”
Pros
Using this CRM has been an awesome experience overall. It includes all the features you need from a great CRM and the customer support team is excellent. When combined with other IT modules and integrations, it becomes an essential tool for understanding what's going on in the business, spotting areas to improve and helping accelerate growth.
Cons
Analytics and dashboard section could use more customization options and support deeper analysis and insights. Adding AI integrations would make the platform even better.

“Quick setup and free plan”
Pros
Getting started and deploying it was easy so we were up and running quickly. The free tier also gives enough access to a lot of the standard SFA and CRM features which makes it genuinely useful before having to commit to a paid plan.
Cons
Reporting in the free version feels awkward and pretty limited. The dashboards also don't look as polished or refined as Salesforce's.

“Helpful client tracking”
Pros
I think this tool is very user-friendly and does an excellent job of keeping track of clients, purchases and license renewals. It also gives us a quick way to check whether other reps have already registered and are actively working with a prospect.
Cons
One issue is that it sometimes creates duplicate contacts especially when the contact uses a Gmail account.
