For me it's simple, comprehensive and simple to use.

“Lead nurturing automation”
Pros
From capturing leads through landing pages and surveys all the way to nurturing them and closing the sale, the automated workflows handle the whole process really well.
Cons
There's so much detail and functionality built in that it can be easy to lose your way at first though the tutorials and support resources do help a lot.

“Helpful support with poor lead lists”
Pros
Customer support has been excellent. When I had a question, the web chat sent me a link to a workaround within two minutes which made handling it myself much more time-efficient.
Cons
On the downside, the process for building a marketing email contact lead list is incredibly frustrating and ends up making that feature basically unusable.

“Ideal CRM for SMEs”
Pros
Running a small business, this CRM has been exactly what I needed. It's fantastic for SMEs and the marketing automation, integrations and pipeline management are all standout features. I really can't praise it enough, it's the perfect solution for automating sales tasks in my business.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues. The support and available resources have been really good as well.

“Best CRM and Marketing Automation ever.”
Pros
HubSpot is almost free for lead capturing importing contacts and bulk emailing.
Cons
Not applicable but I suggest HubSpot increase the monthly limit as we share our data with them and they likely benefit from it.

“Functional tools with good customer service”
Pros
The major selling point of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its aggregation of reliable tools on one wellserviced platform eliminating the need for complex integrations for core marketing functions.
Cons
A significant advantage of HubSpot Marketing Hub is its consolidation of reliable tools on a wellmaintained platform eliminating the need to struggle with integrating various systems for core marketing functions. It accomplishes this task effectively.

“Free plan for testing”
Pros
Being able to begin with the free version before committing to a purchase is a big advantage. It gives us enough time to actually use the platform and see whether it fits our needs, unlike most other CRMs that only offer a 7-day trial which usually isn't long enough to make a proper decision.
Cons
As the business continues to expand, the cost of adding more users and unlocking extra features to support that growth gets quite expensive.

“Startup marketing hub”
Pros
A great choice for startups especially for marketing teams since it covers a lot of smaller use cases too. It also connects with 1,000+ apps and it even feels like they have their own app marketplace, hahaha.
Cons
A few parts of the automation workflow still feel limited although that seems like something they can definitely improve over time.

“Quick to learn”
Pros
Right from the start, it was very easy to use. The simple interface worked in its favor and also felt like a limitation at the same time. People could get comfortable with it quickly and that's really the most important part.
Cons
Interface feels quite basic and there are moments when it's not as simple as it should be. I'd really like to see an updated, more modern UI that feels more in line with what users are used to now.

“Customer management hub”
Pros
Having everything in one place is a big plus. It goes beyond sales and also covers marketing automation, customer support and service tools. That all-in-one setup makes it much easier for businesses to handle the full customer lifecycle from a single platform.
Cons
One downside is that the more advanced capabilities are limited. The free version includes the basics but features like deeper reporting, more customization and workflow automation may require a paid upgrade or extra tools.

“Valuable post-sale automation”
Pros
The automation of post-sales (Customer Success) processes is highly beneficial. It helps the team work more efficiently and with greater agility.
Cons
For the sales team it does not work as well because the platform tends to duplicate multiple cards which makes the process more complicated for some sales representatives.

“Email marketing powerhouse”
Pros
Plenty of experienced people in my network use this platform so whenever I run into a problem, it's usually not hard to find answers or get help. It works really well for my email marketing projects and fits that purpose perfectly.
Cons
The paid plan costs a lot and I wouldn't really recommend this platform to someone who's just getting started.

Pros
Interface feels very user-friendly and the training is great enough that just about anyone can get comfortable with it. It also connects easily with the other tools we already use which has been a big plus.
Cons

“Affordable for SMEs”
Pros
Even on an enterprise plan where pricing isn't usually the biggest concern, it's clear to me that this tool is very budget-friendly especially for small and midsize businesses.

“Clear data visibility”
Pros
This is a highly flexible platform with a wide range of integrations, plenty of configuration options and a whole ecosystem of ways to manage and visualize data.
Cons
A downside is that some of the most essential integrations are locked behind paid plans which can get quite expensive for an early-stage company. Setting everything up on your own can also feel overwhelming and that makes consistent use harder since there's a lot to manually update and maintain before the platform really delivers value.

“Marketing tool that can integrate well with other products”
Pros
The inability to deduplicate or merge data when the sync to Salesforce is enabled is a drawback leading to messy data.

While HubSpot encompasses marketing at its core linking and syncing to Salesforce our primary use revolves around managing our website and conducting email marketing.
