Everything in one perfect place

Pros

With HubSpot, I get CRM, marketing, sales and customer service tools all consolidated into a single platform. I no longer had to juggle different apps for email blasts, tracking leads and handling support requests.

Cons

HubSpot Academy packed a ton of free courses and certifications, and I was able to learn and put inbound marketing and sales best practices into action. Still, I realized there were costs associated with the platform overall.

User-friendly with helpful automation

Pros

It is super easy to use, I really liked it and the interface stays uncluttered and organizing contacts or tracking deals is simple. Best part, the automation tools are fantastic since they free up a lot of my time.

Cons

I noticed some advanced capabilities are gated behind pricier tiers, so you miss them unless you upgrade, and I wish the analytics section provided more customization options to dig into deeper, detailed insights.

annoying pop-ups but great features

Pros

I've appreciated HubSpot's call features, the ability to sequence emails and the way it integrates with other software.

Cons

Being relatively new to HubSpot, I'm finding the University reminders and helpful hints distracting and a bit annoying , sorry about that.

managing leads made smooth

Pros

My experience with the client intake and how it links to our website has been fantastic. All of my leads are easy to access and the search function is a lifesaver given that many clients share similar names. I also really appreciate being able to tag colleagues in the notes and tasks I create for both potential leads and ongoing clients. The email tracking tool has been especially helpful for catching up on details when I'm looped into a thread at a later stage.

Cons

I like the idea of the HubSpot Academy being available, but I wish it offered more content and deeper guidance. The platform is capable of a lot, yet you often have to put in the effort to discover and configure its full range of features. It would be great if the academy provided more hands-on resources or clearer walkthroughs so I didn't have to figure out so much on my own.

Powerful tool but messy

Pros

It offers a lot with numerous ways to pull all that data together into useful insights, but it's surprisingly simple to confuse things and end up with tangled setups. I found their support team underwhelming when we reached out. For the price paid, though, I thought the overall value was pretty reasonable in our experience.

Cons

We ran into duplicate leads and messy lead buckets, the inherited system we had caused a lot of issues with routing and attribution. Ultimately, I believe it would have been better to start a fresh account rather than modify the existing one.

simple to filter but often outdated

Pros

I am able to organize clients by category, geography and even by their job titles. It's really easy to narrow down by regions and teams so I can pinpoint exactly who I should reach out to.

Cons

There are plenty of occasions when the listed details are old or just wrong, and I find it annoying to dial businesses only to discover the person I'm looking for no longer works there.

great value and strong support

Pros

It has been a fantastic platform. We rely heavily on the email marketing tools and I've consistently found they cover everything we need. Whenever questions or issues pop up, support has been very helpful , both through ticket responses and the chat feature. Overall, I feel this product gives us better value for the money than the other platforms we evaluated and it's become central to our marketing operations.

Cons

After we migrated from another SMS provider to HubSpot's SMS offering not long after it launched, I noticed it still lags behind more established SMS solutions in a few areas. We're seeing steady improvements, though, and HubSpot continues to add features and close the gap. For now it's usable, but I'd like to see it catch up faster to the more mature competitors.

top crm with a great app

Pros

The mobile app works wonderfully for making entries while I'm out and about and it's really easy to use. Over the years I've tried a number of CRMs and this one ranks in my top two.

Cons

Sometimes the interface feels a bit clunky and the filters definitely need refinement, but I don't consider these problems serious enough to complain about. I personally don't use the deals tracker.

Information is smartly displayed

Pros

I love how the contact screen lays everything out , payment details all lined up on one side and personal info on the opposite side because it lets me pick up snippets of data at a glance without hunting around. When I open the full contact details I also value that I can hide any empty fields, that keeps the view clean and saves me from scrolling past useless blank properties when I'm trying to find something quickly.

Cons

the default activity feed in the center can feel overcrowded and noisy, making it tricky for me to spot the most important updates quickly. I often have to sift through a lot of less relevant entries before finding what I need.

An easy and powerful system

Pros

I like the clear layout, the smooth usability, the way it connects smoothly with all the other tools I use, the available courses and HubSpot's AI.

Cons

Overall, I'm a big fan of HubSpot, but what occasionally frustrates me is that the interface has been changing more frequently than I'd like lately.

I'm disappointed in customer support

Pros

Using a flexible, all-in-one platform that covers marketing and sales, I find it packed with features and genuinely useful for running a small business.

Cons

My experience with customer support has been terrible, the booking feature is unreliable and their aggressive sales approach makes me feel like they don't value new customers.

Keeps customers perfectly organized

Pros

It helped me keep my customers well organized and it made reaching out to them simple. I also plugged the APIs into my product workflow which made syncing my SaaS with my CRM incredibly easy.

Cons

Honestly, I found the sheer number of features a bit much, and navigating everything could get frustrating at times. The schema felt especially intimidating, and I wished there was a stripped-down option with only a few properties per object.

Simple layout but costly and has limitations

Pros

This platform is great for getting started. The interface is simple and intuitive and having a solid free tier is a huge plus because it lets you really learn the ropes without any financial commitment

Cons

The main limitations become clear as you get more serious. Many of the most powerful and useful tools are locked behind a paywall, which feels steep after using the free version. The system can also struggle with performance, noticeably slowing down when you try to import larger sets of data.

organized and user-friendly CRM

Pros

HubSpot CRM stands out as the most organized and feature-rich platform I've used, yet it's remarkably simple to get up and running. What truly sets it apart is its intuitive design, it's powerful enough for complex needs but remains incredibly user-friendly

Cons

It would be fantastic if they included a built-in system for sending emails and text messages. As I feel like that would make the entire workflow feel more unified and smooth.

powerful and integrated tool

Pros

In my experience this tool offers good value if it is configured properly. It connects with many other services which is great for the insurance field. Their support team was also quite helpful, depending on your plan. However I would not call it easy to use as it feels like you need a degree just to set it up. But it works well for lead managemen includes email marketing tools and the interface is clean.

Cons

Getting this system set up in our office was a real challenge. Unless you have a team that's very tech-savvy, you might also find it difficult to integrate into your own workflow.

Impressive and user-friendly feature set

Pros

The software's capabilities are quite impressive. Also it is user friendly, offers a broad set of features that are simple to locate and use.

Cons

It can be a bit slow at times. Other than that I do not have any major complaints though it would be nice to have more advanced filtering options.

A complete tool

Pros

With HubSpot CRM I can handle my contacts and finalize sales quickly from one central dashboard. Its email marketing tools are also great for drawing in new customers.

Cons

There is not anything in particular that bothers me while using it. It is the top-rated tool in its category, in my opinion.

inflexible and terribly supported platform

Pros

It connects with other tools and lets us set up automations using workflow sequences.

Cons

The pricing for its features is far too expensive and rigid, failing to adapt to a client's actual needs. The high cost does not align with the value we receive and we cannot even customize the products despite paying a premium. The company is completely inflexible and their customer service is terrible as they never actually solve our problem.

Excellent for ad integration

Pros

The best part is that it connects easily with our ads. This lets us see exactly how much money our ads are making. It also automatically sends new customer leads to our HubSpot system. Plus the program itself is simple and easy to use.

Cons

Well the cost goes up as you grow and it can get pricey compared to other options I come across in the market. Thats the only downside for me.

highly personalized platform with AI

Pros

It is a very powerful and comprehensive platform that allows for a lot of personalization. The new AI tools are also incredibly useful.

Cons

There is a significant learning curve to overcome and getting outside help can be expensive. Though its own support is knowledgeable but can sometimes be hard to follow.
