User friendly and organizes contacts well

Pros

I really like how user-friendly HubSpot CRM is. Plus ts user friendly interface makes it simple for me to organize contacts and keep track of customers in a clear, efficient way that fits my workflow.

Cons

One of the biggest downside is that some of the advanced settings can feel complicated at first and I need to invest time learning them to make full use of all the features.

locked into costly surprises

Pros

Honestly I find it way too complicated and it takes me many hours to get anything done. What's really frustrating is that I cannot cancel the automatically enrolled one-year contract that charges 120 EUR per month.

Cons

Be careful when signing up because I discovered that the subscription binds me for a full year with no way to terminate it early, meaning I am stuck paying 120 EUR per month for 12 months which comes to 1440 EUR in total. I called them several times and they wouldn't budge from that policy. Since the fee is charged directly to my credit card, I found there's effectively no way to stop the payments unless I cancel the card itself.

free plan works well

Pros

The Gmail synchronization is something I like most. It's handy because I can instantly view the full exchange history with a prospect. Even the free plan works extremely well.

Cons

To be honest I cannot say I have had a truly bad experience with the app. My first few attempts weren't very smooth but now it runs fine for me.

Teams share design work together

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to bring Deals, companies and support tickets together and also to collaborate with our design team inside HubSpot so we can share and discuss design work in one centralized spot.

Cons

Sometimes my HubSpot connection to Gmail drops which makes it difficult for me to capture customer emails and automatically log them when I am trying to create new deals.

Free tier fits small businesses

Pros

Signing up and getting started was incredibly easy for me. The free tier's cost fits my small business perfectly. Also I find monitoring sales and customer interactions extremely simple and effortless.

Cons

I find the AI integration pretty frustrating because it doesn't seem to function reliably. To me, it feels more like a tacked-on feature they included mainly to match what other tech firms are offering.

All-in-one with a strong design

Pros

I have come to really like HubSpot's wide range of features and how well it connects with other tools. It honestly feels like an all in one solution. When set up properly, it is easy to use and can handle a lot like organizing contacts, collaborating with teammates, building automations and more. The overall user experience is the best too especially when strong UX design is applied.

Cons

Cost is the biggest problem as it is pretty pricey though you do get a premium product and the flexibility to buy individual Hubs a la carte.

Sales and marketing under one roof

Pros

What really stands out to me about HubSpot is how it brings everything together in one platform. Having my sales, marketing and customer success tools all housed under a single roof gives our team a unified source of truth for every lead and interaction. The interface feels extremely user-friendly. It is honestly one of the strongest in the CRM arena. I also get a lot of value from the automated email tracking and the drag-and-drop deal pipeline since they instantly show me how healthy our sales cycle is.

Cons

I have seen the HubSpot trap myself. Like the free and Starter plans are great for trying it out but costs shoot up once you need more advanced features. Things like advanced automation and custom reports are only in the Professional and Enterprise plans which can be a huge cost jump for a growing business. Plus, the required onboarding fees for those higher tiers are an annoying upfront cost that's hard to justify.

Clean CRM with integrations

Pros

Getting up and running is quick and the platform feels simple even if you are not especially technical. The interface is tidy, the navigation is logical and everyday CRM work like managing contacts, tracking deals and logging activities is simple to handle. It also supports marketing, sales and customer-facing teams well which keeps everyone aligned without so much manual follow-up. Reporting is easy to read, the integrations are great and the free plan gives enough access to properly test the system before making a commitment.

Cons

As time goes on, more features that a lot of teams would see as standard are being pushed into additional paid tiers. Once usage starts increasing, staying on the lower-priced plans becomes more difficult because the limitations show up faster and costs can climb sooner than expected. For teams that are growing, it is something to budget for carefully since functionality you might assume is already included often ends up requiring an upgrade.

Good for teams but hard to connect

Pros

We find it really easy to share and keep track of our lead pipeline across the team using HubSpot and the follow-up reminder feature has proven to be especially helpful for our group's workflow.

Cons

Personally, I struggle with getting it to work smoothly with other platforms and I also find the navigation a bit clunky, the interface doesn't feel as interactive to me compared with other CRMs we've used.

Fits our needs, could use better charts

Pros

For our sales and marketing crew, it's quite adaptable and easily configurable and it meets the majority of our team's daily needs pretty well in everyday use.

Cons

I'd really like stronger analytics and more flexible chart-creation features, plus additional built-in integrations with contract management tools overall.

good tool with bad connections

Pros

Its really powerful, offering easy features, adaptable automation and quick, helpful support that lets our team move at a fast pace.

Cons

In my experience, HubSpot's integration options come across as superficial and inflexible, frequently forcing me to rely on clumsy workarounds or paid extensions to get data syncing correctly.

Great for start but pricey to grow

Pros

It is a cost-effective and reliable solution for CRM and customer support. The tools are interactive to use and their support team has consistently been helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

In my experience, the marketing add-ons become pricey very fast, particularly once I scale up or need more advanced functionality.

easy and powerful start

Pros

Getting started was easy, I was able to add my contract details without any issue. I picked this platform because it isn't tied to a single industry and offers enough customization to fit how I work. I'm also a big fan of the integrations, linking other services and external accounts was easy and saved me a lot of setup time.

Cons

I do think the pricing tiers could use improvement , they jump from a Free plan to something around fifty dollars a month and then leap up to roughly $850 per month. It also took me a while to figure out which features would actually be useful for my workflow, and by the time I worked that out I found myself facing a much higher bill for capabilities I might never use.

Everything in one perfect place

Pros

With HubSpot, I get CRM, marketing, sales and customer service tools all consolidated into a single platform. I no longer had to juggle different apps for email blasts, tracking leads and handling support requests.

Cons

HubSpot Academy packed a ton of free courses and certifications, and I was able to learn and put inbound marketing and sales best practices into action. Still, I realized there were costs associated with the platform overall.

User-friendly with helpful automation

Pros

It is super easy to use, I really liked it and the interface stays uncluttered and organizing contacts or tracking deals is simple. Best part, the automation tools are fantastic since they free up a lot of my time.

Cons

I noticed some advanced capabilities are gated behind pricier tiers, so you miss them unless you upgrade, and I wish the analytics section provided more customization options to dig into deeper, detailed insights.

annoying pop-ups but great features

Pros

I've appreciated HubSpot's call features, the ability to sequence emails and the way it integrates with other software.

Cons

Being relatively new to HubSpot, I'm finding the University reminders and helpful hints distracting and a bit annoying , sorry about that.

managing leads made smooth

Pros

My experience with the client intake and how it links to our website has been fantastic. All of my leads are easy to access and the search function is a lifesaver given that many clients share similar names. I also really appreciate being able to tag colleagues in the notes and tasks I create for both potential leads and ongoing clients. The email tracking tool has been especially helpful for catching up on details when I'm looped into a thread at a later stage.

Cons

I like the idea of the HubSpot Academy being available, but I wish it offered more content and deeper guidance. The platform is capable of a lot, yet you often have to put in the effort to discover and configure its full range of features. It would be great if the academy provided more hands-on resources or clearer walkthroughs so I didn't have to figure out so much on my own.

Powerful tool but messy

Pros

It offers a lot with numerous ways to pull all that data together into useful insights, but it's surprisingly simple to confuse things and end up with tangled setups. I found their support team underwhelming when we reached out. For the price paid, though, I thought the overall value was pretty reasonable in our experience.

Cons

We ran into duplicate leads and messy lead buckets, the inherited system we had caused a lot of issues with routing and attribution. Ultimately, I believe it would have been better to start a fresh account rather than modify the existing one.

simple to filter but often outdated

Pros

I am able to organize clients by category, geography and even by their job titles. It's really easy to narrow down by regions and teams so I can pinpoint exactly who I should reach out to.

Cons

There are plenty of occasions when the listed details are old or just wrong, and I find it annoying to dial businesses only to discover the person I'm looking for no longer works there.

great value and strong support

Pros

It has been a fantastic platform. We rely heavily on the email marketing tools and I've consistently found they cover everything we need. Whenever questions or issues pop up, support has been very helpful , both through ticket responses and the chat feature. Overall, I feel this product gives us better value for the money than the other platforms we evaluated and it's become central to our marketing operations.

Cons

After we migrated from another SMS provider to HubSpot's SMS offering not long after it launched, I noticed it still lags behind more established SMS solutions in a few areas. We're seeing steady improvements, though, and HubSpot continues to add features and close the gap. For now it's usable, but I'd like to see it catch up faster to the more mature competitors.
