“A Jack of all trades”
Pros
What I like most is that it's an allinone solution for all marketing needs easy to implement and most importantly offers a free option for evaluation before upgrading to access full features.
Cons
The learning curve may take time but with training sessions and examples understanding the main idea becomes easier.

“Awesome whether your a single person or huge company”
Pros
Despite having numerous features HubSpot is not intimidating due to excellent tutorials and guidance. While not the cheapest it is one of the most complete platforms.
Cons
Although the price isn't the cheapest the value for money is justified as long as users are willing to learn the product.

“Great Tool for Email Marketing”
Pros
I appreciate how complete HubSpot is with many different features that work seamlessly. It's a great tool to start with for email campaigns.
Cons
I don't have many negative things to say about HubSpot. Occasionally I wish they would answer my questions faster but that's the only concern I can think of.

“CRM Review”
Pros
Its effectiveness is what I like the most.
Cons
Clients of the free variant have access to the webbased information base and HubSpot community. However there are times when talking to a human is necessary. It's unfortunate that HubSpot doesn't offer live chat even for those on the free plan which could showcase their awardwinning customer service.

“Overpriced and restrictive”
Pros
At least it's accessible when you can get in and it used to be very easy to log in and use.
Cons
Getting locked out has been incredibly frustrating. It charges far more than what it actually delivers and the support is basically nonexistent. Enabling 2FA that I can't even authenticate with was the final straw for me. We can put the thousands we spend each month toward something much more worthwhile.

“Client management anywhere”
Pros
Being able to manage my clients is easily the standout part of this app. It has some of the strongest customer management features I've come across and since I use it on both my phone and desktop, I can keep an eye on my business from just about anywhere.
Cons
Only thing I really wish it had is a way to email clients directly from the app because that would make everything a lot more convenient.

“Centralized workflow but confusing reports”
Pros
Having everything in one central place is a big plus, whether it's contact management, pipeline tracking or tasks for the sales team. It lets you manage the entire process in one system and fine-tune it based on what works best for your business.
Cons
Analytics and reporting area is fairly confusing and definitely needs work. We still have a lot of unanswered questions about our data and it's not very easy to dig into because there are so many layers that make the whole thing more complicated.

“CRM with smart lead tracking”
Pros
One thing that really helps is the lead capture feature since it cuts down a lot of manual work and saves plenty of time. It's a strong CRM option, costs less than some competing tools and still comes with a broad set of features.
Cons
Interface could be more simple overall. There are also features that end up going unused because it's not always clear how to use the product effectively or get the most out of everything it offers.

“Great onboarding and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy. Even team members with no previous CRM background can understand the onboarding and training without much trouble. It also connects really well with other apps like Calendly, 3CX and SMS. On top of that, the knowledge base is excellent and the support team has been outstanding.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price especially for startups or mid-sized businesses trying to move up to the PRO account level, particularly when additional IT features are included.
