“Helpful client management”
Pros
Handling technical accounts as a NOC engineer has been much more manageable thanks to the client management features. It makes dealing with accounts a lot easier overall.
Cons
Interface could still be simplified a bit more especially when introducing the platform to someone who is just getting started.

“Strong CRM support”
Pros
Compared with heavier enterprise platforms like Salesforce, this product feels much more approachable for non-technical users while still being very powerful. It includes all the features and functionality our sales and business development teams need to capture and track important data effectively.
Cons
One area that falls behind is the marketing suite which feels a lot less user-friendly than the sales side. There are also a handful of features across the platform that are nearly impossible to navigate without reaching out to support. Still, their customer support has been phenomenal and I've always been able to accomplish what I was trying to get done.

“Lead management hub”
Pros
This platform is very user-friendly and packed with features. It works as a one-stop solution for managing leads and clients, with calling, scanning, list management, integrations with other tools, visual analytics and lead activity tracking all readily available.
Cons
At times, the web page feels overcrowded because there is so much happening at once. The training process is also fairly lengthy and while the mobile app looks polished, it is not always the most practical to use.

“Custom dialing insights”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels very simple to use and almost explains itself as you go. It makes calling much more enjoyable compared to typical auto-dialers and the feedback it provides is really helpful. I also appreciate being able to arrange the page the way I want, plus I can dig deeper into each number to see the business name and even connect it to LinkedIn to learn more about the company and the person behind it. Being able to customize the layout to fit my preferences is a big plus and whenever I need assistance, help is only a button away.
Cons
There was a small learning curve when we first set up lead magnets but that ended up being user error on my side. Honestly, I do not really have any major complaints about the service itself. I came across a few wrong numbers and some no-answers but overall it has been excellent and still far better than the auto-dialer systems I used before.

“Quick setup and free plan”
Pros
Installation and deployment were really easy. Having prior CRM experience definitely helps but even with that aside, we were able to get everything up and running in under 10 minutes. The free version already offers a lot of value and the paid version adds even more on top of that.
Cons
A few of the function names could be clearer. For example, "Conversations" is actually the section you need to use to open emails. It's not a big issue once you get familiar with the layout but it can feel a bit tough for first-time users.

“Reporting and custom fields”
Pros
There's room to capture a huge amount of information in the database and the option to add your own custom fields makes it even more flexible. The reporting is also very extensive and gives a clear picture of the sales pipeline.
Cons
It's not the most simple tool at first. While it offers a lot of functionality some of the more advanced features definitely come with a learning curve.

Pros
Managing contacts and sales pipelines feels very simple and easy. The customer support team is excellent and the platform is regularly improved with frequent updates and new features.
Cons
A few workflow actions still aren't built in so you have to rely on integrated third-party apps for those parts.

“Sales-focused design with high costs”
Pros
There are several useful and interesting ideas here around sales, lead tracking and task management. My business relies more on the contact management side of a CRM but even so, I could still notice and appreciate the effort put into the sales features. Companies that are heavily focused on that part of the software would likely get great value from it.
Cons
Although it is promoted as a solution for all kinds of businesses, it really feels more tailored to certain companies especially those centered around sales management. It is also fairly expensive compared with other software options. On top of that, customer support is not very good and customization takes a lot of time and is difficult to work through.

“Winning all-in-one platform”
Pros
Having everything connected in one place, from CRM and email marketing to analytics, CMS and the service hub, has been the most valuable part for us.
Cons
Every now and then, there are a few rough spots when older small-business-focused tools get folded into broader features, like the landing page and blog editor becoming part of the CMS. That said, those issues usually get ironed out within a release or two.

“Confusing and overpriced”
Pros
We went with a paid plan but the automation side is more complicated to set up than expected even after roughly 12 hours of training.
Cons
Menus are poorly designed and finding information in the CRM takes far too much digging. It quickly turns into a bloated, overcomplicated system. We ended up scaling back to a plan under EUR400 per month and it still feels too expensive.
