Sales hub visibility

Pros

Pairing it with Sales Hub brings everything together in one connected system, keeping customer and prospect details in a single central database. Because of that, our sales team gets full visibility into contacts, communication history, deals and every interaction. From a sales rep perspective, that connection helps me create more personalized experiences for both prospects and customers which improves the overall quality of our conversations and outreach.

Cons

One downside is that there can be some limits around customizing unique sales pipeline stages or building more complex workflows. If you need more advanced customization, it may require technical know-how or upgrading to a higher-tier subscription plan.

Clean and simple CRM

Pros

Right from the start, the interface feels incredibly clean and simple so getting up to speed takes almost no time. If Steve Jobs had ever designed a CRM, it would probably look and feel something very close to this.

Cons

Price is definitely high. That said, you really are paying for a top-tier product so if it fits your budget, it's absolutely worth considering.

Hubspot User Through and Through

Pros

The platform is robust yet remarkably userfriendly. HubSpot encompasses many functions and capabilities of larger more expensive platforms while maintaining userfriendliness.

The audience segmentation and manipulation although slightly clunky are manageable. Improved visibility restrictions between different departments would be beneficial.

Great tool but quite pricey.

Pros

The Marketing Hub serves as a fantastic tool providing a centralized place to manage and monitor various marketing aspects.

Cons

The Starter version of the Marketing Hub is restrictive and the cost jump to the Professional level is significant making it more suitable for enterprises than SMBs.

Scalable and affordable

Pros

It scales really well and is easy to implement even when you're working with a limited budget.

Cons

One downside is the pricing structure since some basic features stay locked until you move up to a higher plan. That setup tends to push users toward the next tier all the time and the sales approach feels a bit too aggressive to me.
