“Go-to-market hub”
Pros
Across our entire go-to-market process, this platform helps us run sales, marketing and customer success in one place. It really acts as the foundation for how we operate and gives clear visibility into what's happening across the business.
Cons
Appointment calendar still falls short in two important ways, it can't send SMS reminders and prospects don't have a way to cancel or reschedule appointments on their own.

“Ready to switch”
Pros
Honestly, the only positive thing I can say is the idea of replacing it with a different software system.
Cons
Pretty much everything about it is a problem. There isn't a single part of this software that I enjoy or even like.

“Broken integrations”
Pros
The interface was really the only part that felt decent. If the rest of the product had actually worked, it might have been a much better experience.
Cons
We picked this product specifically because they strongly sold us on the integrations and that was absolutely critical for us. The integration worked for about the first month, then it completely stopped. For months after that, we went back and forth trying to troubleshoot it but nothing ever got resolved. We even spoke with their Customer Resource Manager and she promised they would have one more chance to fix it. If they couldn't solve it with the new information we provided, then we would move toward cancellation. We sent over more information but that still wasn't enough. They kept coming back asking for yet another chance. When we pushed the manager on it, we reminded her that she had already said this would be the last attempt and that she understood how long this had already dragged on. Instead of honoring that, she just said they needed different information than what had been previously submitted. After months of the system not working properly, we finally stopped payment because we were paying top dollar for a product that did not work the way it was promised. Now they are trying to send us to collections. Be careful, what they sold us was not what we received and the same thing could happen to others.

“All-in-one marketing hub”
Pros
Running marketing and sales from one platform has completely changed how businesses attract, engage and retain customers. Its all-in-one setup brings together a broad set of tools that are valuable for companies of any size. One of the biggest benefits is how it unites marketing and sales teams in a single system making collaboration much better and giving everyone a shared view of customer interactions so processes stay aligned and goals are easier to reach. It also really shines when it comes to inbound marketing, helping businesses attract people through useful content and more personalized experiences. The platform includes tools to create, optimize and distribute content effectively which helps turn leads into customers. On top of that, the CRM is a major strength making it easier to organize customer information, track deals and sales activity and maintain a full picture of every interaction. The marketing automation features are another strong point since they reduce repetitive work and help nurture leads throughout the entire buyer journey with tools such as email marketing, lead scoring and workflows.
Cons
Even with all its strengths, there are a few drawbacks worth keeping in mind. The biggest one is that the platform can feel very complex because it includes so many features and that can be intimidating for some users. Getting comfortable with everything takes time and the learning curve is definitely steep if you want to use the tools to their full potential. Pricing is another concern since it tends to be higher than many other marketing automation options and the cost can rise quickly as a business expands, needs more advanced functionality or adds more contacts. Customization can also feel somewhat limited in certain cases. Although there are options to personalize things, the templates and modules may still feel restrictive for businesses that want highly unique or fully tailored designs. Integrations can be another challenge especially for companies working with older systems or specialized tools since connecting everything may require extra technical knowledge or third-party solutions. On top of that, the SEO features are helpful at a basic level but they may fall short for businesses that rely heavily on advanced SEO strategies and stronger organic search performance.
