“Awesome automation for small firms
Pros
It's user-friendly, tracks leads well, has automated workflows and integrates with email. The free plan covers basic CRM features and the paid plans grow with your business.
Cons
It's difficult to use and some bugs pop up and the free plan's customization is limited. Advanced features are pricey and costs add up as your needs grow.

“Very smooth onboarding experience
Pros
The interface is clear and modern, so it's easy to get the hang of even if you're new to this stuff. I was able to figure it out pretty fast with no issue.
Cons
The free version is generous but advanced features like marketing automation, detailed reporting and A/B testing get very expensive as your needs increase.

“Good long-term option
Pros
I like that it holds tons of info on contacts all in one place and super useful.
Cons
It gets complicated super fast and can be hard to use. There's definitely a learning curve and I never felt like I totally got it.

“Ideal CRM for SMBs
Pros
It does what I need and costs less than SalesForce. I also use it as a dialer and outbound calling works great.
Cons
Taking inbound calls through HubSpot isn't great. I've run into bugs that slowed me down but I guess every software has its rough patches.

“Potential, but could use some improvements
Pros
It's kind of a one-stop CRM. Even the basic plans give you a lot to work with. It's easy to move contacts into marketing workflows and you can integrate HubSpot with our website.
Cons
It's tough to use and the UI can be buggy. There's so much data inside, so that's understandable but the UI isn't consistent everywhere. You need to put in a lot of work upfront before it really pays off.

“The top CRM out there
Pros
It's one of the most popular sales CRMs out there and really handy if you want something that just works.
Cons
The free plan covers a lot but once you upgrade, costs get pretty high. You might also hit feature limits sooner than you expect.

“Flexible lead nurturing software
Pros
The amount of customization for automating lead nurturing is amazing. The developers have covered so much! It also gives great insight into how leads interact with our business, helping us stay on top of nurturing. Support is great too and I usually get replies almost immediately when I reach out through the Support inbox.
Cons
It can get complex sometimes but usually I find what I need by checking online articles or asking support.

“Best CRM for any sales team
Pros
It lets me customize the page to show exactly what I want. They make the workflows easy, and the milestones help me move through leads smoothly.
Cons
I wish I could make more changes myself but maybe that's because of permission restrictions.

“Number one tool in the market
Pros
I had a picture in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to add another step to my sales process. But it took me just minutes of exploring Hubspot to realize how crazy it was to stick with spreadsheets. The email tracking is a total game changer, plus the detailed process tracking. It's flexible and automation at key points makes sure we don't miss anything or do duplicate work.
Cons
Nothing major is wrong but I wish the tool would keep me logged in longer. I have to sign in daily and if I forget, I might miss logging some emails.

“Bug-free, simple & effective tool
Pros
Overall, it's a great CRM for most businesses. The free version offers a lot and the paid plans add even more.
Cons
There are upsells popping up all the time even if you're on a paid plan. You can't turn off those upsell prompts in the admin.

“Excellent market tool, if you can afford it
Pros
HubSpot has everything I could want from top to bottom, it's literally a marketer's dream. The platform covers all aspects of marketing, from campaign creation to lead tracking, making it easy to manage everything in one place. The extensive toolkit includes email marketing, SEO tools, social media management, and analytics, allowing me to execute and monitor campaigns smoothly. Its integrated features help me handle every step of the customer journey, so I never feel like I'm missing a crucial tool. It really is a comprehensive marketing app that covers everything.
Cons
It was very, very expensive and integrating and syncing the database took a long time, involving several outside vendors and team members.

“An amazing software but a bit overpriced
Pros
I see it like an all in one marketing solution for me. It offers both automation and personalization, which really makes marketing very easy.
Cons
The cost is not friendly for a young business. For new users, I think they should offer some basic training included with the subscription for free.
