“Sales and marketing toolkit”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with it, from handling sales and marketing to building landing pages and more.
Cons
The analytics and team performance tracking are pretty difficult to understand. We still haven't been able to set up dashboards and graphs that properly show the team's performance.

“Pricey tool”
Pros
I'm not a fan of this CRM overall but we still use it because all of our prospects are stored there.
Cons
It's not very user-friendly, the price feels too high and the notifications are often inaccurate.

“Company and deal tracking”
Pros
Across our digital marketing work, we've been using it to monitor prospects, build growth programs and set up lead generation forms. We've also developed custom applications and interfaces around it. The Company page and the Deals page are the parts I enjoy the most.
Cons
Support has been disappointing and completely unhelpful even though the user community is large and answers are easy to find through Google. It also can't be loaded inside iFrames which is frustrating.

“Beginner-friendly CRM”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM is really easy. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone new to the CRM space especially since the free plan gives beginners a great place to begin. It's very simple so there's not much guessing involved when learning how to use it. The training academy is also excellent and adds a lot of value for newcomers. Honestly, the free version is the best place to start.
Cons
The free plan does leave out reporting which I really miss. On top of that, once you want to unlock a few extra features, the pricing feels a bit high compared with other competing tools.

“Complete free CRM”
Pros
A fully featured CRM that's free to use, with ticket-based customer support management and easy tracking for each request.
Cons
If you want to add more capabilities like marketing social media, form management and sales tracking, you'll need to pay and the cost can get pretty steep with it.

“simple defaults”
Pros
After working with quite a few CRMs before, including Siebel and Salesforce.com, this one feels very simple to use. A lot of the functionality is already configured by default which saves time and one issue it used to have with Greek language exports has now been fixed and is working properly.
Cons
Certain tasks can still feel a little complicated especially when I want to test how users will view something I designed as an administrator. Right now I need to maintain multiple accounts and log in separately so having a simpler way to switch roles would be a welcome improvement.

“perfect sales funnel tracking”
Pros
Being able to click through the different stages for each contact is something I really appreciate since it makes it clear where everyone sits in the sales funnel. It also helps that you can add notes and enter dates which makes staying organized much easier.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that it can be glitchy at times sometimes freezing while I'm typing and causing me to lose track of what I was doing.

“User-friendly with automation”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform felt very user-friendly and any employee can quickly understand how it works without needing any technical background. The email marketing automation has also been a really valuable feature and it's one of the things that helped support our business growth.
Cons
Only minor improvement I'd suggest is offering more pricing options, such as lower-cost plans with fewer features included. That would make it easier for small businesses to get started and then move up to higher-tier plans as they grow.

“Practical client tracking”
Pros
It's very practical and functional for managing large customer databases and incoming records which makes it possible to keep much better track of the activities carried out each day.

The downside is that you have to create some additional tabs for very specific points that aren't available by default.

“All-in-one sales booster”
Pros
Every day, this product keeps our sales process on track and takes a lot of the pressure off follow-ups and conversions across the company. It sends reminders for follow-ups, tasks and even client payment reminders which helps us stay organized without missing important steps. It really works as a one-stop solution for most of what we need. The mobile app performs well, the ticketing system is reliable and the built-in custom forms make it simple to connect the platform with our website. On top of that, the data feels secure and syncs well across different devices.
Cons
Email marketing is where it feels a bit restricted since access is limited and the dashboard also has a few shortcomings. The free version doesn't offer much flexibility when it comes to customizing email templates which can be frustrating. It's also not the most budget-friendly option for smaller businesses.

“Strong support with missing features”
Pros
There's a great amount of articles available and plenty of third-party support around it. Because of that, a quick Google search usually goes a long way when you need help with integrations or run into issues.
Cons
Like a lot of IT marketing, the product is presented as a one-size-fits-all solution that can handle any industry's needs. Once you get deeper into it though, you start noticing that there's usually a feature or two missing or something it simply can't do. It's definitely worth testing the CRM yourself to make sure the lead and sales tracking are set up the way your business actually needs.

“All-in-one lead tracking”
Pros
Having leads, email workflows, prospects social post scheduling, campaigns, contacts, calls and more all in one place makes everything much easier to manage. I also really appreciate being able to build custom reports for different channels and share them with clients based on the KPIs they need.
Cons
Contact imports need to be handled very carefully if you want everything tracked properly in one place but aside from that, the dashboards and reporting are excellent.
