“Tracking with great support”
Pros
What really stands out is how well it strengthens the relationship between marketing and sales. The tracking across contacts, accounts, transactions and more gives both teams much better visibility. It also makes it possible to share analytics tied to both sales and marketing goals which helps make marketing efforts more effective. At the moment, support is free and genuinely very helpful and I really hope that stays the same.
Cons
Like with many CRMs, contact management can be tricky to deal with because there are several entry points for contacts and merging duplicates that already exist is not always easy. There is also a slight lack of simpleness in the marketing reports especially when trying to combine lead acquisition data with lifecycle information.

“Affordable CRM with segmentation”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of its CRM is how affordable it is. Even on the free plan, you can get a lot done. We create an account for all of our marketing clients so they can get a clearer view of their leads and keep track of them more effectively.
Cons
Being able to build segmented lists is a really valuable feature but the downside is that the free plan only lets you customize a limited number of fields.

“Easy setup and great value”
Pros
Getting everything set up and up and running was easy and the whole system feels very simple to use.
Cons
The price is definitely on the higher side. It's one of the more expensive systems out there but I still think it offers great value overall.

“great lead management”
Pros
Lead management and follow-up work really well and our team appreciates having all of those tools working together in one cohesive system.
Cons
It would be much better if the platform were clearer about how leads are generated and how to spend budget more effectively to get better lead volume for the money. The logistics side is still the weakest part of the software.

Pros
Being able to automate workflows and assign tasks to agents is a really valuable feature.
Cons
Be prepared to bring in an implementation team because a lot of the system doesn't work the way you'd expect and customer service is quite limited.

“Time-saving features”
Pros
Having this level of functionality without a steep learning curve has saved me a lot of time and effort. The built-in automations bring a lot of value to our team and we depend on them heavily in our day-to-day work.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many features, it can feel a bit heavy at times and I occasionally get lost moving between one module and another.

“Sales productivity boost”
Pros

Connecting the CRM with Outlook makes the system run very slowly and it also doesn't allow you to create or update a contact which can leave customer information outdated.

Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and getting new team members trained on it doesn't take much effort. The developers keep rolling out regular updates and the customer service and support team have been consistently excellent.
Cons

“Quick onboarding and setup”
Pros
Biggest advantage for me is how easy the software is to use. Getting new users up and running takes very little time which makes onboarding fast and hassle-free.
Cons
Email integration has been inconsistent. Bounce-back notifications don't always show up and some messages never make it through at all. Because of that, I still have to check Outlook several times a day to make sure I haven't missed important emails that failed to appear in the CRM.

“The most beloved software amongst salespeople.”
Pros
Hubspot has been an amazing platform to base our digital marketing on. My company uses Hubspot exclusively because it is simple and easy to train employees on.It has all of the features you could possibly require to effectively manage sales performance and the critical customer care. There is a free version that honestly offers a lot more than it needs to convince you that Hubspot is the solution you were looking for. I personally appreciate the tier-based subscription system the most. It has allowed us to stay within our budget and select the features that we needed the most. Lastly, the UI is simple, and the updates are timely.
Cons
The only con I can point is that there are certain features that force you to upgrade to the paid version. While it’s understandable (since they too are in the market to make profit), it isn’t very friendly for small organizations. If you truly need automation in your marketing processes, there’s no way to do that on the free version, so you have to invest and hope that it works out for you. And the reminder tool doesn’t allow setting up recurring job reminders, which would help our salespeople know when to follow up on a certain client, especially if the gap is longer than usual.

“Automation and tracking”
Pros
A big advantage of this software is how well it automates tasks which saves a lot of time in day-to-day work. It also does an excellent job with data integration support making it much easier to connect and manage information across systems. On top of that, the data tracking features are very strong and helpful for keeping everything organized and visible.
Cons
Things can get more complicated on the tracking side when several people are involved in the same chain and that can make follow-up harder to manage. The pricing also sits on the expensive side compared with other options. Another part that takes some getting used to is the notification setup since it can feel a bit complex.
