“My ideal all-in-one marketing automation tool”
Pros
Begin with nothing and gradually increase as you grow; this is easy. You may complete your task more quickly by not having to jump back and forth between multiple windows thanks to HubSpots sales tools, which are located in your inbox, such as Gmail, etc. You may send and receive emails to and from all of your contacts directly from their HubSpot contact records by linking your email account to HubSpot. This has been a great investment, and we dont regret purchasing this software. I have personally recommended this software to many people, and they all have nice things to say about it.
Cons
The fact that the product was created in the USA may very well be evident. In the unlikely event that leads are afterward transferred to Hubspot and the information is improved, for example, some names may change or the design of the phone numbers may not be done properly. We have essentially disabled this ability and have either physically created or structurally integrated the leads. This can seem like a lot of work, and it definitely tires you out when you keep going through all of this over and over. Other than that, it is not bad software to use.

“Forms and pipeline integration”
Pros
Connecting website forms with workflows and deal pipelines is easy and it adds real everyday value to how our business operates.
Cons
Support feels too dependent on community forums and feature requests or bug fixes often sit untouched for a long time. On top of that, account management has been disappointing, they raised our pricing by more than 50% and only sent an email to let us know.

“Lead engagement tracking”
Pros
Being able to keep track of how leads are engaging has been really useful.
Cons
Building lists for sequences is pretty difficult right now. It would help a lot to have a feature that lets us filter out leads who were already part of a specific sequence.

“Lead capture and contact tracking”
Pros
It really helps with capturing leads online and having all my contact information centralized in one place makes things much more manageable. I can also review every interaction without jumping between tools which is very useful. Another strong point is being able to create specific, targeted campaigns.
Cons
Downside is that it's expensive and some features are difficult to implement. It's also hard to get strong analytics and clearly view performance metrics.

“Sales tracking that works”
Pros
After using it for two years, I can say it has been excellent for sales and I was able to learn the software very quickly. The most useful part is how efficiently it keeps records and tracks contacts. I also really appreciated how effortlessly it integrates with Outlook.
Cons
Importing and exporting of files could definitely be improved.

“Marketing insights”
Pros
Having this in place really helps with tracking digital marketing campaign metrics, without it, you'd pretty much be operating in the dark.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at this point. I've been using it for over six months and it's been interactive and consistently helpful in making things clearer.

At this point, I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's been helpful for me overall.

“All customer data together”
Pros
Across different lead sources, it handles capture and management really well. HS CRM also helps keep deal tracking organized and gives a clear view of customer engagement. On top of that, having access to the marketing and service hub means all customer information can live in one place.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost because it's extremely expensive. You also need at least one IT-savvy person on the team if you want to take full advantage of everything the system can do.

“Workflows and integrations”
Pros
The biggest advantage for me is being able to build workflows and connect it with other tools which makes the software incredibly powerful.
Cons
There are a few downsides though, it's fairly expensive, importing and exporting contacts can be slow and sometimes not all contacts come through so the file has to be uploaded again. Also, when an agent leaves, conversations can't be reassigned automatically to another user and have to be moved manually. Reporting and analytics could also be better.

“Email integration I love”
Pros
One of the main reasons I usually stop using a CRM is when it doesn't connect with email. The moment I have to work with two separate tools, I end up abandoning it. With this one, email is built right into the platform so I can use it as the center of my daily workflow. I absolutely love that.
Cons
I still haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

“Campaign tools with potential”
Pros
Campaign feature is definitely a highlight although the downside on the online side was that many of my emails ended up in junk folders.

“limited features”
Pros
Setting up workflows is fairly easy in my opinion.
Cons
Analytics features are lacking. Even something as basic as counting how many proposals have been generated turns into an IT headache. Everything depends on properties and without reliable metrics, the CRM ends up feeling more like a system for logging opportunities than a truly useful tool.

“Gmail sync and client tracking”
Pros
There's plenty of room to document and store detailed information about prospects and clients which has been really useful for us. We also really appreciate the Gmail integration and the task list feature.
Cons
It isn't available in every language and you need to spend time studying and going through quite a few courses from the Academy before you can fully understand and appreciate how it works.
