“Reliable updates and stability”
Pros
Bugs have been very rare which is something I've really appreciated. The product quality also makes contact and email updates happen quickly so keeping information current doesn't take much effort.
Cons
One recent issue I ran into was not being able to figure out how to get to the meeting scheduler on the desktop version even though I was able to access it on the mobile app without any trouble.

“Keeps sales teams focused”
Pros
This tool helped us get our sales team organized so they could stay focused on what matters most.
Cons
None at all. This has been the best experience I've had. I've used it across several companies and the experience has been consistently the same every time.

“Clean data and organization”
Pros
Managing multiple people across the platform feels very easy and it helps keep everything organized, clean and accessible for a range of different needs.

Creating organizational charts isn't very simple which becomes frustrating when you need to review them.

“Overpriced and losing value”
Pros
It works as an all-in-one platform for marketing and sales. The interface is user-friendly, non-technical staff can manage it on their own and the knowledge base is great.
Cons
Pricing is too high and the yearly increases feel arbitrary. Compared with different external tools that are easy to integrate nowadays, the value feels low. The AI features also come across as lacking in effectiveness and efficiency.

“Built for scaling”
Pros
As an SMB growing toward the enterprise space, this has been a really valuable tool. Having marketing, sales and customer success all connected in one platform makes a big difference. Their inbound marketing is widely recognized and it feels like they deliver a lot of value even to people who haven't actually bought into the product yet.
Cons
The CRM can feel a little awkward and there's definitely a learning curve even with some of the more basic features. To get the most out of it, you really need to move up to a higher-tier plan and the pricing setup is fairly complicated.

“Great CRM that justifies the price tag”
Pros
I mainly use it to keep track of customer details and it really helps when we want to do more targeted marketing. It's made our outreach a lot more effective, and I honestly appreciate all the support I get along the way.
Cons
Setting it up and managing everything can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The support team is brilliant, but keeping all the data systems working smoothly is probably the hardest bit. I do feel like more of it should be automated to make life easier.

“Best CRM tool”
Pros
Setting up an account was very simple for me even for a beginner. Importing data from old systems like Excel was also equally easy. You can map the columns and add new ones as needed.
Cons
I am yet to come across something that I dislike about Hubspot. Its free and super easy to use. Plus you can upload as many contacts as you want without any issues.

“Helps us follow up with clients”
Pros
HubSpot CRM is incredibly helpful for keeping track of every customer interaction and monitoring where each lead stands in the sales process. Its also been great for following up with clients after the service is completed.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features like lead scoring and detailed reports are locked behind a paywall. I want them to offer more of those features without forcing an upgrade.

“User-friendly sales tracking”
Pros
Right away, this product felt very user friendly and the live data updates came through quickly. It handled sales task tracking really well for a company with more than 75 sales reps.
Cons
I didn't end up using the full range of the reporting features for upper management but I would have appreciated clearer reports for sales staff who need to track their own metrics.

“Lead tracking made fun”
Pros
Keeping up with leads actually feels a bit like a game with this tool which makes the whole process more engaging. The interface is very simple, visually clean and it connects well with pretty much everything I need.
Cons
One downside is that a few of the more important features are locked behind the paywall. The free plan gives you a decent amount to work with but costs can climb pretty quickly once you start scaling. I'd also like to see more flexibility in the reporting customization.

“Clear pipeline and automation”
Pros
It felt very clear and creating as well as tracking deals was simple to manage. The automations especially follow-ups and notifications, save a valuable amount of time day to day. Lead scoring is also a real advantage because it helps focus attention on the opportunities with the highest potential.
Cons
There are still some limits when it comes to advanced customization of reports or workflows unless you move to paid options. On top of that, when handling a large volume of data, the interface can sometimes feel less responsive or not flexible enough in certain customized views.

“Flexible free plan”
Pros
Having a free version with the choice to upgrade for extra features is a big plus. Even without paying, there are plenty of tools available and I can adjust and customize certain functions to better fit my company's needs.
Cons
Performance can be a bit sluggish at times and it occasionally freezes or glitches. One frustrating issue is that when I enter a customer's phone number, email and address while creating a contact, that information doesn't always carry over into the contact record so I end up typing it again. It also doesn't include its own built-in calendar or scheduling view that I can quickly check at a glance. It does sync with Google or Microsoft which helps but I'd still prefer a CRM with its own calendar. Another problem came up during sign-up when it required my company website before letting me continue. My business is small and doesn't have a website right now and there isn't really a need for one yet. If that changes later, I can always connect it then.

“simple CRM and automation”
Pros
I really appreciated the simple interface, the way customer data is centralized and the task automation, all of which make it much easier to track and manage opportunities.

“Great pipeline visibility”
Pros
Getting up and running was easy even for teams that don't have a lot of technical know-how. Real-time pipeline visibility, automatic activity tracking and convenient marketing tool integrations make it really effective for keeping sales and marketing aligned.
Cons
The part I liked least is that some of the more advanced capabilities, like custom reporting, detailed permissions and more complex automation, are only available on the higher-tier plans.

“All-in-one customer view”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been a big plus. I can see the full correspondence our sales team has had with every customer and that kind of visibility across all the features is really valuable.
Cons
Hardest part for me has been learning how to sort, filter and run reports since that didn't feel very simple at first. I've also noticed that some emails appear multiple times in the activity feeds which can be frustrating.

“Newsletter tools that save time”
Pros
Marketing side of the platform especially creating and sending newsletters, has been a big help for saving time while also helping me build up my skills. It can also be very effective for client follow-up and makes collaboration possible not only with teammates but with outside companies as well.
Cons
Once you reach a more advanced professional level, a solution like Salesforce is probably a better fit. Some of the workflows can also feel confusing at times and are not always easy to understand.

“Flexible cloud teamwork”
Pros
Running this as a self-service cloud application has been really convenient and the flexibility is one of its biggest strengths. It helps us stay on top of customer service by offering a simple way to keep engagement going. Scheduling is easy, follow-up reminders are useful and it also does a great job with team project management and tracking progress.
Cons
For the basic way I use it, I'm completely satisfied. I haven't needed anything too advanced and overall the features and usability have worked well for my needs.

“Useful Tool, But Pricey”
Pros
Its very easy to use and the variety of available integrations is a huge plus. Segmenting lists for follow ups has become much simpler.
Cons
It's been quite hard for us to really measure the return on investment. And to make things a bit more difficult, they've increased their prices a few times, which doesn't help.

Pros

“Extremely adaptable CRM”
Pros
I've seen HubSpot used in both small and large companies, and it's clear how flexible it is. No matter the size of the team or the situation, it stays consistent and easy to use. I can see why it's become so popular.
Cons
As someone who isn't an admin, I've found parts of the experience a bit frustrating at times. I'm not blaming the company, but it does show that even a good system like this still needs regular attention and upkeep.
