“The app is very slow
Pros
I like the ability to automatically capture emails, calls, texts and messages and integrate them into the customers activity and profile.
Cons
It would be great if it could work in the background, as I cannot use other applications simultaneously. This is not a big problem but It would enhance my working efficiency.

I found file hosting and landing pages easy to set up and manage within a single system.
Cons
The initial set up was a bit hard. It took a bit of time for me to understand the software but it is ok as training was provided.

Pros
It is simple to use and offers the best user experience one could ask for. It is highly adaptable. Segmenting email lists and audiences is very easy with filters. Its an excellent choice for lead nurturing and drip campaigns. I can easily start A/B testing different email marketing campaigns. Personalization within HubSpot is exceptional, which helps us engage our audience and improve email open rates. The integration with HubSpot CRM is great, and the reporting features help me make informed decisions.
Cons
Creating exceptional plans and altering existing formats in HubSpot is not very easy and requires HTML/CSS knowledge. The most frustrating aspect is the cost when you hit the limit for adding contacts, you are charged a huge amount. I also do not want to say it, but the customer service is not great.

Cons
If I need additional features, I have to pay extra for them. Its something I don't really appreciate.

Everything I need for my marketing efforts is available in HubSpot marketing hub. Whether it's scheduling emails or managing social media posts, I can do it all from one location. And I don't even need to exit the platform to access my analytics. It's the comprehensive solution I've been looking for in marketing, and it makes my job a lot easier.
Cons
One drawback is the lack of a universal calendar for emails and social media. I believe It would be incredibly useful to view all communications in one place and be able to filter by campaign type, like evergreen or new products, as well as by format, such as social, email, or blog.
