“Great UI and deal tracking”
Pros
Standout part for me is how simple it feels to use and the interface looks fantastic. Managing deals is very easy and the clean, simple layout makes it much easier to stay organized and keep track of everything.
Cons
One area that can be unreliable is calling through the platform. At times it throws an error and in other cases the numbers get flagged as spam so I end up switching to the mobile version where the calls usually work fine. I understand that it's likely a network-related issue but having to move between the desktop and mobile apps just to make calls is still frustrating and hurts productivity.

“All-in-one business hub”
Pros
A big advantage is having the whole organization run from a single platform instead of piecing together four or five separate tools for sales, marketing and admin work.
Cons
The downside is that the cost gets pretty steep once you start adding different packages and features. It's definitely possible to put together a lower monthly expense by using several specialized services instead.

“CRM for fast deals”
Pros
This CRM stands out for bringing together sales packages, signatures and billing in one place which helps close deals very quickly. It also handles customer and lead interactions well, keeps track of opportunities and gives you a much stronger view of what to expect in the sales process.
Cons
Honestly, I have not run into any real drawbacks. It feels like a very capable platform and even the free plan works well for small startups. As far as I can tell, it is a standout system and hard to fault.

“CRM with standout integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this software is that it's free to use even without buying the CRM bundle which makes it very appealing. It comes with plenty of free tools, offers best-in-class SaaS integrations and has a lot of user support available when needed. Being such a well-known CRM brand also adds confidence. On top of that, it's one of the simplest CRM tools to work with and the sequential call and email logs are especially useful. The contact management, reporting, integrations and data storage are all excellent.
Cons
There are still a few gaps that hold it back. It doesn't include text-based updates and there's no organizer for meetings or a built-in task manager. Email templates are lacking and there's no content creation feature either. A native app marketplace is also missing. The mobile interface feels weak and there's no graphical view of key metrics which would make reporting more useful at a glance. It also doesn't have a schedule manager.

“time saving tool”
Pros
Before I started using this software, it was way too tedious having to copy each customer's information into an Excel sheet one entry at a time and it took up far too much time. With this CRM, I'm able to handle many of the tasks related to a client in the same amount of time I used to spend just transferring their data.
Cons
I don't have anything to complain about. Everything I've used so far has done exactly what I need it to do.

“Webhooks and tagging”
Pros
Using the webhook feature along with the new contact management and tagging has worked really well. I integrated it for my clients into their automation setup to handle email marketing and other tasks and the whole experience has been very convenient.
Cons
It still falls quite a bit behind platforms like ActiveCampaign when it comes to built-in automations and similar advanced features.

“Efficiency boost”
Pros
I honestly don't know how I went so long without using this. It brought a massive boost in efficiency and that really stood out right away. I genuinely wish I had started using it much earlier. On top of that, I wish everyone had access to it because it's surprisingly useful. I'm absolutely loving it.
Cons
It has a lot of strong points and also a few weaker ones but it could definitely be more simple.

“Strong free tool”
Pros
For anyone wanting a capable CRM without spending a fortune, this one really delivers. The free CRM tools take a lot of pressure off day-to-day work, whether you're in sales, managing a team or handling customer support. It makes it simple to keep track of contacts, deals, tasks and everything else in one place. On top of that, the free version includes plenty of useful features like automation, reporting and analytics and integrations with other widely used business tools. Overall, if you want a free CRM that helps you win more deals and deliver better customer service, this is absolutely the right pick.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have anything negative to point out. If you need a CRM that can help increase sales and strengthen your bottom line, this feels like the ideal option.

“Free trial with potential”
Pros
Since it was free, we decided to give it a try. We probably didn't take full advantage of all the CRM features and we also never got around to importing our contacts and leads.
Cons
After the free trial, we chose not to move our client database over from Salesforce. It just wasn't the right fit for what we needed and the import process felt too complicated.

“Sales tracking and insights”
Pros
Getting the sales cycle up and running was easy and handling leads and deals feels very convenient in day-to-day use. The analytics and reporting are quite powerful and the flexible user management is another strong point.
Cons
UI/UX feels dated and could really use a refresh. At times the platform comes across as awkward, the filtering feels old-fashioned and needs to be more responsive and the reporting design could be improved as well.

Pros
Keeping tabs on my team and all our leads has been really convenient. I use filters and saved filters to quickly see each person's status and leads and I can also get a fast overview of how the whole team is doing.
