“Workflows and integrations”
Pros
The workflow tools are excellent and being able to automatically enroll contacts into a workflow adds a lot of value. On top of that, the wide range of integrations available makes CRM management much more manageable.
Cons
One thing that still feels limited is the social insights and interaction tracking. It would be much better if interactions with contacts across different social platforms could also be logged.

“Wholesale account management”
Pros
Running our wholesale accounts without this software would be tough at this point. It plays a central role in our day-to-day work especially since we have more than five different programs connected to it and depend on it constantly. The email customization options are especially strong and overall it has been a very valuable tool for our company even though there are still a few areas that could be better.
Cons
One ongoing frustration is that there's no good way to send bulk outreach through direct one-to-one emails. We don't always want those messages going out as marketing emails because a lot of the time we're simply communicating with existing accounts, not marketing to them and we'd rather not give them such a simple option to unsubscribe from that type of communication. It's also inconvenient that deals can't be tied to both the contact and the company at the same time. Since we handle a high volume of orders every day, manually linking a company to each deal takes a lot of extra time. Another issue is the lack of automatic currency conversion updates which can throw off our reporting by month-end when USD to CAD rates shift daily. I'd also like to see more flexibility in reporting especially the ability to build a PDF report for automated daily reporting. On top of that, reports can't be sent in a clean, digestible format to an email address unless that address belongs to a user in the system.

“Campaign tools”
Pros
Marketing Hub comes with a wide range of tools that are really important for running successful campaigns. It's also very convenient to access all the resources available in the platform. Another thing I really appreciate is that every campaign connection is tracked automatically.
Cons
Overall, everything works very well but the pricing can be too high for small businesses.

“Smooth setup and CRM tools”
Pros
Getting started with this felt very fluid and it didn't take much time to begin using it effectively. Even so, it still includes a lot of the extra features I usually expect after working with much larger, more advanced and more expensive CRM platforms.
Cons
Downside is that the price climbs as you need stronger integration options so until my income picked up, I really couldn't build the full system I had in mind within the limits of the more affordable starter plan.

“Lead tracking and sequences”
Pros
Keeping track of thousands of leads is much more manageable with this tool. It lets me save email templates and reuse them later which cuts down a lot of repetitive work. I can also set up email sequences for prospecting and the multi-stage lead funnel helps organize contacts clearly through different steps of the pipeline.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price since it is definitely on the expensive side. Also, when sending emails to large numbers of people every day, Gmail can sometimes flag that activity and block the emails.

“Excellent training resources”
Pros
We've been using this as a sales tool for both training and sharing information and it has worked really well for that.
Cons

“CRM for engagement”
Pros
This is a full-service CRM that lets you connect with contacts, keep track of every communication sent and received organize leads and segment audiences by stakeholder type, pretty much everything you'd want is there.
Cons
Getting started can be tough for beginners and with so many features available, plenty of team members can end up feeling overwhelmed. It really makes sense to train people only on the tools they actually need and limit their access to editing or viewing other areas. On top of that, it's expensive. The free tools are great and the Starter plan works really well for newer companies but once you need to grow beyond that level, the pricing jumps significantly and can become very costly.

“CRM with broad integrations”
Pros
Right out of the box, it connects with all the major SaaS platforms and has become a standard tool in the industry. Pretty much anything you'd want or need from a CRM, it's capable of handling.
Cons
Unless you pay for the more expensive plans, a lot of basic features you'd expect for core email marketing and digital campaign work aren't available. Even simple tasks can end up pushing costs beyond budget pretty quickly.

“Automatic contact import”
Pros
It does an excellent job of automatically importing contacts from email which saves time and keeps our records up to date without extra manual work.
Cons
One limitation is that account owners can't set up our rules of engagement the way we need which makes that process less convenient.

“Excellent lead tracking”
Pros
This software covers lead tracking really well and gives you a complete set of tools for managing everything in one place. Deployment was quick and getting comfortable with how to use it didn't take much time.
Cons
One downside is the cap on how many custom fields you can create.

“Ideal CRM for SMEs”
Pros
After working with several CRM platforms, this one is by far the best fit for a small or medium-sized business. It's simple, easy to use and the reporting is excellent with plenty of customization options.
Cons
A few features are still only available in beta which feels limiting at times. It also seems odd to offer such strong reporting tools without letting teams set monthly targets for the full year instead of only assigning individual targets.

“World-class CRM support”
Pros
Having used this software for the past two and a half years, I really haven't run into any issues with it. The biggest wins for me have been in customer relationship management and social media marketing, both of which have worked out very well. Another standout part of this software/company is the quality of the service. The support feels world-class and they really do respond to any questions you have. Because of that, I consider it a very good software. It's also nice that you can create your own free account.
Cons
The pricing feels a little expensive. It would be better if they could lower the software price somewhat.

“Great integrations but awkward interface”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this software especially when it comes to features and integration options. Connecting it with my website was particularly powerful and gave me a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes quite a bit of time because the learning curve is pretty steep. On top of that, it feels slow and awkward during regular use. The pricing is also a concern since it can become very expensive and I'd hesitate to build my business around it only to get hit with huge fees as I grow.

“Sales pipeline in one place”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it supports the entire sales cycle from beginning to end. Lead selection, deal tracking, status updates and more can all be handled in one place which makes things much more convenient when it's time to review overall performance.
Cons
At times, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features packed into it. Someone new to the software may need a little time to get comfortable with the workflow and understand how everything fits together.

“All-in-one service hub”
Pros
Between the knowledge base, customer portal, ticket surveys and feedback tools, Service Hub gives us a lot of ways to improve the customer journey and create more meaningful communication channels with our customers. It also lets us build the logic and automation behind the different self-service options we provide while still functioning as our CRM. The analytics for the virtual service side are excellent too. We're really looking forward to having everything we need in one place. We're currently moving our help articles into it and we absolutely love the clean layout and the callouts that do a great job of drawing attention to key information. On top of that, the data flows straight into our CRM which makes the whole experience feel completely convenient.
Cons
Since we use the Service Center in so many different ways, I honestly don't have many complaints. It's flexible enough that we can use it beyond just our service department and apply it across other areas of the business as well. The only real issue I've run into is that when I create a task, it doesn't automatically send me an email reminder. That behavior is different from how it worked when we first started using it.
