CRM with full-suite features

Pros

Whether the business is small or large, this CRM is a really strong option for bringing more structure to customer management. The base CRM being free is a big advantage and the higher-tier plans add a complete set of tools covering marketing, sales and service desk functions.

Cons

Upgraded plans are definitely on the expensive side but the value you get from them makes the cost feel justified.

Lead management toolkit

Pros

Lead management is a core part of any marketing or sales team and this platform really delivers there. It lets you get very detailed when categorizing users and adding information about them which opens up a lot of possibilities for engagement later on. You can handle everything from landing pages and newsletters to workflows and forms.

Cons

It is somewhat expensive and it takes a little time to fully understand how it works. The UX is not very simple at first but after a full onboarding, you can take advantage of everything the platform has to offer.

Clean CRM with useful tools

Pros

Right away, this platform felt very user-friendly. I mostly rely on it for email management, A/B testing for CTAs, the social calendar and some of the analytics features. It delivers on what it promises and the whole interface looks polished and simple even for someone completely new to it. Compared with other CRM systems I've worked with, the design, range of features and overall usability are the biggest reasons I see it as a strong tool. It's also helpful that they offer "lectures" to guide users which makes getting started or onboarding new team members much easier.

Cons

Because it's built to suit a broad audience, there are naturally a few limitations in certain areas. The social calendar is very useful but it's still missing some functions, like being unable to publish and track Instagram reels. Also while the simplicity is one of its biggest strengths, that same approach doesn't always work as well in parts of the platform that seem newer or still in beta. The SEO tool is the clearest example of that for me. I think SEO is something every company should be exploring but the interface there feels quite confusing.

Friendly CRM interface

Pros

This is one of the best CRM tools I've worked with and easily one of the most user-friendly. I'm really happy with both the product overall and the interface as well.

Cons

A few features are tucked away and not very obvious which can make them hard to find for someone using the tool for the first time.

Gmail tracking for leads

Pros

One of the best parts is how well it connects with my Gmail. I can tell when someone has opened my email and the moment a lead comes in through my website form, I'm able to add them straight to my CRM list.

Cons

The part I'm not happy with is the pricing. It feels too expensive for what it offers.

complex to use

Pros

There are plenty of CRM features packed into it. It keeps customer interaction history and data organized, helps track sales targets and performance and also includes automation tools for things like email marketing and follow-up tasks. Another plus is how customizable it is so users can adapt the software to match their specific workflow and business needs.

Cons

Using it can be challenging and integrating it with other plugins like Shopify is not always easy. That said, it's still a powerful tool that can boost your website's performance and when it's used properly, it can become a valuable asset for the business.

All-in-one but complex

Pros

It packs a lot of products and software into a single platform which is definitely convenient.

Cons

I'd describe it as a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none type of CRM. There are frequent updates and they tend to shift features and settings around so just when you start getting comfortable, it's easy to lose track of where everything went.

Lead flows that work

Pros

Honestly, the lead and deal pipelines were the only parts that felt truly worth paying for. As for the full database management, it didn't offer much more than an Excel sheet in my case since my client information stayed unchanged for months or even years at a time.

Cons

It feels like the most expensive "free" product you'll ever try. The platform keeps expanding in ways that drive up the cost right along with it. They've perfected the formula, want to build something? Sure, that part is free. But the moment you actually want to use what you created, it's basically time to hand over your wallet so they can burn through it for you... at no additional charge, of course.

All-in-one CRM tabs

Pros

Right from the start, it helps to understand what this tool actually is. CRM means Customer Relationship Management and this one works as an all-in-one platform built to keep a company's customers organized in one place and ultimately help drive more sales. A few things really stand out in daily use, the interface is very navigation-friendly, with tabs that are clearly separated and simple to move through in an simple way. The Contacts tab is especially essential because that's where all customer details are stored and honestly, every CRM I've seen is centered around contact management. The database is really built around client information and it lets us filter exactly what we want to see, whether that's by first name, last name or even emails exchanged during a specific time frame. For instance, if we only want to pull up contacts we communicated with a month ago, that's completely possible. The Conversations tab is also very useful since it gathers discussions with clients from multiple platforms in one inbox, whether messages come from the website, Facebook or any other connected source. Having everything collected in one place makes monitoring and managing communication much more convenient.

Cons

One thing that could still be improved is the mobile version because it doesn't feel as simple or as fluid as the PC version yet.

More than just CRM

Pros

This goes well beyond a basic CRM. You can tell a lot of creative, out-of-the-box thinking went into building it because it covers needs I didn't even expect it to handle.

Cons

Using an all-in-one platform can become pretty complicated even if having everything in one place is a big advantage. It can also get pricey once you start adding all the features you'd ideally want.

big savings

Pros

This web-based business software is built with small to mid-sized companies in mind. It's user-friendly and dependable but the biggest advantage is how much money it helps save while letting you manage customer relationships from one central database.

Cons

Integration with other platforms could be improved and it would be even better with more integration options.

Clean and scalable

Pros

One of the best parts is how clean and polished the interface feels. The support team has also been amazing and as the business grows, the platform gives you access to strong account-based tools and better automations. Scaling with it is pretty easy and having a free tier available for almost every hub makes it even more appealing.

Cons

At the beginning, it can feel a bit pricey if you need some of the more advanced features early on.

Content strategy toolkit

Pros

It comes packed with built-in capabilities and feels very complete, covering all the key tasks and sections needed to build a strong content strategy.

Cons

Pricing puts it more within reach for mid-sized businesses than smaller ones although the free plan is generous enough before you need to think about upgrading.

User-friendly with alerts

Pros

Using this every day has been a really positive experience because it combines strong functionality with a very user-friendly design. The notifications are especially helpful and I also appreciate that it keeps a complete log of all communication with new prospects.

Cons

There are times when it sends more email notifications than I really need although that's not the worst issue to deal with. If anything, it means nothing catches me off guard and I stay informed about problems and upcoming invoices.

Pros

It has been easy to use and the CRM along with the customer query platform really feels best-in-class.

Flexible lead pipelines

Pros

Being able to set up separate pipelines for different lead types has been really useful for keeping everything organized. It helps my team and me see what should be handled first and makes prioritizing much clearer. The filtering options especially by create date and owner, also make day-to-day work a lot more manageable.

Cons

At times, certain workflows stop working for no clear reason, then start working again, only to fail later. There are definitely bugs that need to be fixed to prevent this from happening repeatedly.
