“Top tech and support”
Pros
It really covers everything I need. The technology is excellent and the support team is easily among the best in the industry.
Cons
Interfaces aren't very simple even for someone used to industry-standard CRMs like SFDC.

It's an outstanding CRM with a lot to offer although the cost is quite high for startups.

“Helpful training and onboarding”
Pros
Getting started was easy and using it day to day feels very natural. The IT academy is also a big plus because it supports not just the software itself but also provides practical training for the activities around it.
Cons
The price is the biggest downside. Compared with other CRM options, it can feel pretty expensive for the level of automation power you actually need.

“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
Having worked with several CRM platforms throughout my career, I'd say this one is among the best. I'm currently using it at a small company and we're only on the free version. For the commercial side of things, customer management, reports, views and similar tasks, it works perfectly well. And if you want to take things further, there's always the option to upgrade and I can confidently say the paid version is one of the most complete out there.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any negative points to mention. That may also be because I'm already very used to working with it every day.

“Highly customizable tool”
Pros
Out of all the CRM tools I've used, this one stands out as the best. It's behd customizable and can be tailored to fit just about any company or industry.
Cons
Pricing runs a little high and the onboarding fees in particular can be difficult for smaller businesses to manage.

“Scalable tracking and integrations”
Pros
Keeping track of progress is easy, task assignments are always conveniently available and reports can be generated for all contacts. Installation was simple, there are plenty of free tools included and the wide range of SaaS integrations adds a lot of value. It also uses a scalable, modular approach that fits the problem really well.
Cons
One thing that could be better is sorting records by status after entering a phone number and the record history summary could be clearer. A few features take some time to figure out and some standard functions come at an extra cost.

“Sales funnel tracking”
Pros
For the past two years, this has been an excellent tool for tracking and managing my entire sales funnel in one place. On top of that, the team is very supportive and responds quickly whenever I run into questions or issues.
Cons
The software is more expensive than many other CRM options on the market. They also don't have a local office in India which makes it harder to reach support.

“Pre-call drips and lead flows”
Pros
Being able to set up pre-call drips for sales calls is a big plus and managing leads is easy once everything is in place.
Cons
Getting familiar with how the platform works and understanding all of its different features took some effort. Better tutorials or clearer explainer videos would make the learning process a lot easier.

“Strong system integrations”
Pros
Having great integrations on both the input and output side is a big deal for us. We have a lot of systems sending data back and forth so it's essential that our CRM connects well with everything and this one does that extremely well.
Cons
A few features can feel somewhat simplified compared with tools that are built to handle only that single function.

“Lead tracking automation”
Pros
From the moment a lead comes in all the way to closure, the tool keeps track of the entire flow really well. The interface feels quite simple and most of the process is automated so there's hardly any room to complain about managers being unfair or biased when assigning leads to employees.
Cons
It covers pretty much everything needed in a sales process. The only thing I'd still want is a few additional reports for renewal deals.

“Learning hub”
Pros
One of the best parts is how many courses and certifications are included. They don't just walk you through how to use each part of the platform, they also help build your knowledge in marketing, sales and customer support. The content gets updated regularly and there are lessons on all kinds of topics like inbound marketing, frictionless selling, customer journey mapping and more. Because of that, it's hard to feel lost or stuck while learning.
Cons
I think there still isn't a real option for solo users and the marketing add-on is extremely expensive. It clearly feels like the platform was built mainly for businesses. It would be much better if there were something more accessible for entry-level marketing roles as well.

Pros

“great free contact manager”
Pros
For businesses that need a way to keep track of contacts, this is a really strong entry-level option. It's free and easy to use which makes it especially appealing.
Cons
Feature set is fairly limited and you may need to buy extra IT licenses to expand what it can do. Still, that feels like a pretty small downside considering the software doesn't cost anything.
