“App integrations in one place”
Pros
It brings together a lot of different and complementary applications, all in one place.
Cons
Price is far too high especially since some of the simpler features can be replicated much more cheaply on other platforms.

“CRM for growing teams”
Pros
When we launched our side business, this was an excellent free CRM to start with. As our needs expanded, we were able to add new features through the paid plans it offers which made it a really flexible option.
Cons
There was a slight learning curve in the beginning but overall it didn't take long to get comfortable with it.

“Great free CRM features”
Pros
After looking at a few options, I can honestly say the free version offers excellent value for the price of... nothing. It comes with impressive features and a really well-designed interface which makes it a strong starting point for digital marketing. Contact and lead management work very well and the deal handling is also simple and well put together.
Cons
Since it's a free tool, there really aren't many downsides to point out. The biggest issue is that once your needs expand and you start needing something more advanced or feature-rich, the upgrade can get pretty expensive. By that stage, you may already be so comfortable with the platform that moving to a different solution feels difficult.

“Perfect for B2B teams”
Pros
As a Marketing Manager at a B2B SaaS company, my team and I have been really happy with it because it handles thousands of contacts without a problem. It also supports email marketing very well especially when it comes to tracking performance efficiently and it helps us keep an eye on the sales pipeline while also building landing pages. Overall, it suits B2B companies extremely well.
Cons
One part that feels disappointing is the limitation around landing page creation and email marketing. In my view, it lacks flexibility when it comes to structuring pages the way I want and adding more creative elements.

Pros
Getting started with it felt very natural and I really enjoyed being able to learn more and more as I used it. It's something I can see myself continuing to use all the time.

Honestly, there wasn't really anything about it that I disliked.

“CRM with endless integrations”
Pros
This CRM brings a huge range of features that a business actually needs. It's honestly one of the most advanced CRM platforms I've used for my business and the nearly unlimited integrations with third-party apps and plugins make it even more useful.
Cons
Interface is very confusing and the overall user experience definitely needs improvement.

It's easy to use, simple to understand and makes it easy to pull useful insights from the data.

Feature I wasn't a fan of was the overall look and feel of the product especially with so many features and side panels added on.

“All-in-one business hub”
Pros
I'm usually pretty cautious about all-in-one platforms but this one really does pull everything together into a single hub. Email social media, customer management, it covers just about everything. It also does a great job of helping you make sense of your data.
Cons
A few processes are a bit more involved than what we were used to on other platforms. For instance, with a previous tool we used for email list management and promotions, it was very easy to resend a message to people who hadn't opened the first email after a set amount of time. That option is available here too but it takes a few extra steps.

“Clear sales tracking”
Pros
The platform is easy, simple and clear to work with. Everyone on the sales team can use it effectively for daily operations and opportunity management.
Cons
It isn't really designed for handling more complex deals. It would be helpful to have mandatory or default fields and objects that need to be completed during prospect qualification and the same applies to negotiation stages. That way, the system could also be smart enough to better assess the health of the company's pipeline and commitments.

“Free certification and support”
Pros
A big plus is that there isn't much to build from scratch. If setting everything up isn't your strong suit, you can pay for implementation and if you want to learn the platform better or even get certified, that training is available at no extra cost.
Cons
The pricing is the downside. Marketing is charged per record and each package comes with its own cost. You also can't really mix and match features so you may end up paying for parts of the package that you won't actually use.

“Flexible setup and support”
Pros
The platform feels simple to work with and offers plenty of customization. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent whenever help was needed.
Cons
A downside is that many of the most useful features are locked behind a plan that requires paying for 5 users even if only one person is actually using it.

“Best free contact manager”
Pros
Having a free tool for managing databases and contacts is a big plus. It lets you keep contacts and leads in one centralized place so the whole team can track progress, stay updated and plan upcoming tasks more effectively.
Cons
Paid plans feel a little too expensive for startups and smaller organizations. Aside from the pricing though, there really isn't much to dislike feature-wise, it's still one of the best options out there.

“Reliable workflow support”
Pros
We use it for contract management as well as email marketing automation and it has been working well for both. One of the best parts is the support team. They respond quickly and I've had several really positive experiences with them. Whenever we've had calls, their explanations were clear, detailed and genuinely helpful.
Cons
One downside is that the platform doesn't offer much UI customization and from time to time we run into glitches in the system.

Pros
It is easy to use and the tracking system works really well. It also does a great job with data sharing and filtering which makes day-to-day use much more convenient.
Cons
