“Lead landing pages”
Pros
Built-in landing pages were really useful for capturing contact details from people visiting online.
Cons
It felt overloaded with features and I ended up paying for more tools than I actually needed.

“All-in-one CRM suite”
Pros
It's a complete end-to-end CRM platform that brings together sales, marketing, accounting and even social media management in one place.
Cons
Support isn't very strong although the large open-source community helps fill that gap.

“Affordable donor tracking”
Pros
Having a free version has been a huge plus for us as a nonprofit since we need something affordable and easy to use. We use it more for managing donations and relationships than for sales and it fits that purpose really well. The interface feels user-friendly, training new people is quick and the dropdowns and tick boxes help keep records accurate. It's also helpful that required fields can be set so important information doesn't get missed. On top of that, entering names manually is simple and finding specific people is fast with the filters and search bar.
Cons
We really haven't run into any actual downsides yet. The only thing is that we haven't had the time to explore the email marketing side of the platform.

“Mass emailing tools”
Pros
It's been really useful for sending bulk emails and I can tailor things based on specific requirements. The contact management feature is also a big plus since it lets you keep contact email lists stored in Excel or CSV files.
Cons
At the beginning some users may run into a bit of difficulty when creating emails and saving contacts in Excel files but once you get used to it, it becomes very simple to handle.

“Valuable client insights”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how much information it pulls from contacts added to the CRM. It helps uncover useful insights for high-value clients and being able to track the last time someone was contacted is really helpful as well.
Cons
Free tools are great but a lot of the premium features are too expensive for a small agency. The paid plans feel over the top and make it harder for smaller players to compete.

“Wasted time and promises”
Pros
There honestly isn't much to mention on the positive side, aside from the fact that the customer service team is good.
Cons
They brought me into a contract by saying they could deliver something, then ended up wasting my time and money only to come back with the conclusion that it couldn't be done.

“CRM with strong results”
Pros
Everything from the sales pipeline, database, tracking, workflow, service, customization and lead generation works well and delivers really great results. The product is very user-friendly and connecting it with an existing database is easy since it supports all kinds of file conversions.
Cons
A few parts of the sales pipeline feel overly complex and could be simplified. The CRM would also be more effective with more timely feature updates.

“Automation and real-time insights”
Pros
Right away, the workflow automation stood out because the interface for setting it up feels simple and works accurately. The real-time data is also very valuable and the custom integrations with the rest of our sales enablement tools have been excellent.
Cons
One issue that still comes up is the IT integration with our software, PipeCandy since it tends to run into occasional glitches. Field mapping has also been a concern for us.

“simple from day one”
Pros
Interface feels very simple and I was able to get around without watching any tutorials until much later.
Cons
One thing that stands out is how big the jump is between the Starter bundle and the Professional bundle. Since I'm only just getting ready to become a paying user after two years of using it, that probably won't affect me much yet.

“Quick to learn”
Pros
When I was asked to try Salesforce as our new CRM, it didn't take long at all to get comfortable with it. Within just a few minutes, I was already moving around the software, checking out different features and getting a great feel for how it works. After less than an hour of training, I was honestly surprised by how many features it offers and how simple the CRM is to navigate, including adding custom properties. Uploading contacts, editing them and creating custom fields was very easy especially compared with SF.
Cons
Only real limitation I noticed is that contacts can only have up to 10 custom fields added.

“Free startup support”
Pros
Ever since I was introduced to this brand a couple of years ago, I've been genuinely impressed by what they offer. As someone who's always been into tech, I really appreciate their free services for startups and the strong thought leadership behind the platform. They come across as a truly disruptive technology brand.
Cons

“Free CRM with everything”
Pros
Getting the CRM at no cost is hard to beat. It covers all the core features you'd want in a customer management system and you can expand it with add-ons for marketing, service desk, sales and more.
Cons
Marketing add-on is extremely expensive and there's no real option for a solo user. The platform is clearly aimed at larger enterprises which is unfortunate. It would be nice to have some entry-level marketing features available.

“Startup-friendly and simple”
Pros
Getting this up and running was easy and we don't need to hire an outside agency to handle it. The pricing is more affordable, the startup plans are really great, there are lots of built-in integrations ready to go, the mobile app is useful and the whole team understands how to use it right away. Compared with Salesforce, it's unbelievably simpler to work with.
Cons
One thing that really hurts is the absurd cost of Marketing Contacts and once you cross the limit, downgrading just isn't an option. That's by far the most frustrating part of the platform and it feels like a massive money trap on their side. It comes across as very anti-customer because it pushes us to split our data across other email tools simply because keeping everything here becomes far too expensive.

“Perfect for sales tracking”
Pros
It fit right into our sales workflow from the start, covering everything from the first live chat interaction through to tracking sales progress. That end-to-end setup checks every box we need and the Outlook integration is a huge added benefit for our team.
