“Great UX and lead management”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform delivers top-tier service to its clients and has one of the best UX/UI designs out there. Managing leads based on their activity is very easy and the lead scoring model does a really good job of moving prospects into the right stage of the sales lifecycle. It works really well across sales, marketing, customer service and operations and it's very user-friendly overall. Another big plus is the number of free tutorials available through the academy which makes learning the platform much easier.
Cons
One issue is the limitation on custom fields which becomes a serious challenge as the company grows. Pricing is another weak point since every upgrade adds extra cost. Customer support also leaves room for improvement and isn't as strong as it should be.

“Pricing transparency and sales concerns”
Pros
Interface is clean and user-friendly and getting around the platform is quick.
Cons
On the downside, the sales approach feels overly assertive and with the company now under pressure to turn a profit, the unclear pricing is something to watch out for very carefully. If you are not getting at least 50% off the listed price, you are probably paying too much. I would also never rely on anything the sales or support teams say unless it is clearly documented in writing.

“All-in-one sales platform”
Pros
It handles the full sales process from end to end, from marketing tasks like social media and cold outreach to following an inbound lead through the pipeline until the deal is either won or lost.
Cons
Since it covers so much, it takes some time to learn everything it can do and to get comfortable managing deals effectively.

“Packed with tools”
Pros
There's a huge amount built into this platform and I end up using most of the tools every day. They take a lot of basic tasks and make them much quicker to handle and in some cases they even automate the work completely which is a big plus.
Cons
A few of the strongest features are locked behind the highest-priced plan although that's somewhat understandable since the premium functionality is reserved for the top subscription tier.

“Reliable lead tracking”
Pros
Lead management has become much more organized with this tool. Missing leads used to be a real headache for us but now tracking leads and following the sales funnel is far more manageable. The productivity report filters by project are also a really useful feature.
Cons
Reports section still feels somewhat limited.

“Real-time dashboards”
Pros
The platform gives us real-time visual dashboards with dynamic, relevant graphics which makes it much easier to understand how the market is responding to our campaigns as they happen.
Cons
One issue is that some platform changes happen without any notice. Besides that, I ran into a few problems while using it and after seeing other reviews mention the same things, it seems those issues are recurring.

“Handy day planner”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it does a nice job helping me keep my day organized.
Cons
It still isn't as powerful as I'd like, the interface can look a bit cluttered and it doesn't offer the same capabilities as Salesforce.

“Free CRM that grows”
Pros
We first went with it because the free plan gave us enough features to actually run a small business. Compared with other vendors, the free offering really stands out and what makes it even better is that it can scale with you as your company gets bigger. It also comes with a lot of supporting products that fit well together and integrate nicely with the CRM.
Cons
One thing that was difficult for us was the email sync. It wasn't possible to fully sync emails into the system so it couldn't completely serve as a single source of truth where anyone could look up every email sent to a contact across the company.

“Time-saving sequences”
Pros
Setting up sequences really makes day-to-day work much more manageable and having tasks built into those sequences saves a lot of time because it's always clear what needs to be done next.
Cons
One frustrating part is when I email a contact directly from their profile and the system still asks for permissions even though that contact has already given consent.

Pros
The task management tools have been excellent and the management charts are especially useful for keeping everything organized and visible. The user interface also feels well designed and pleasant to work with.

Pros
Packed with features, it covers everything I need. The support team has also been excellent and is genuinely open to feedback and suggestions.
Cons
The only downside is the lack of color. The platform feels a bit plain and there isn't really a proper option for color coding.

“CRM for email marketing”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and the setup doesn't take much effort. Compared with options like Salesforce, it feels far more approachable as a CRM especially if email marketing is a big part of what you need.
Cons
It's really built with email marketing as the primary focus. If you're looking for broader CRM capabilities, it doesn't offer as much. Things like project management and keeping track of contact notes across teams, for example, aren't as well handled here as they are with some competitors.

“Free social tools”
Pros
The free version is a nice plus and the social integration works well. I also appreciate that it runs across multiple platforms which makes it convenient to use on different devices.
Cons
On the downside, the free version feels limited when it comes to customization. The graphics can be confusing and there's often too much information on screen at once.

Pros
The way it handles data management has been really valuable for the overall operation of my company. It supports a more complete and organized way to manage the business as a whole.

Pros
Lead management setup has been very helpful especially with the different properties that make it easier to identify and track each lead stage. The self-learning resources and training sessions are also valuable and it works really well as a marketing tool too.

“excellent contact tracking”
Pros
Contact tracking is really great and gives you a reliable way to keep all of your contacts organized.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the search. It would also help if contacts could be managed more like a database, with tags or custom attributes that make organizing and finding people a lot easier.
