“Email tracking features”
Pros
Email tracking has been really useful since I can see when a contact opens an email and even how many other people have opened it. It's also very easy to use which lets me add a prospect quickly without slowing down my workflow.
Cons
I've tried using the future task feature but it just hasn't worked well for me.

“Kanban account tracking”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very simple. The Kanban board for tracking tickets is especially helpful because it lets you clearly see all of your accounts and exactly where each one sits in the process which makes it much easier to stay organized and keep up with everything.
Cons
Getting fully up to speed does take some time. There are a lot of features so having more structured onboarding, either internally or through a CSM walking you through the training, would really help clarify which parts are most relevant for managing accounts.

“Simple sales tracking”
Pros
Its simplicity and effectiveness are what we appreciate most. It keeps our sales process and key metrics organized which lets us stay focused on bringing in more customers.
Cons
There can be a bit of a learning curve at first but once it clicks, the platform feels very simple and seems to cover just about everything a sales team could need.

“shared lead history”
Pros
Being able to pull up past emails, calls and contact details is something I really value in this tool. It makes it much easier to understand how a lead has already been handled especially when a new person needs to take over. Another big benefit is that the information is visible to the entire team so everyone stays on the same page.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the email template since it feels a bit outdated and could use a more modern refresh. I've also run into a few cases where my notes didn't save properly in the log which can be frustrating.

“Email templates and tracking”
Pros
It's been really helpful for building email templates, handling both internal and external communications and keeping an eye on engagement metrics like open rates and click-throughs.
Cons
One area that needs more caution is the unsubscribe feature. When several people or teams in the same organization use the same account, there's a risk that recipients may end up unsubscribing from every communication instead of just one type.

“easy call tracking and lead sorting”
Pros
Working with this as a booker was a really positive experience. It did a great job of helping me keep track of calls and organize leads by area which made everything much more manageable.
Cons
Switching back and forth wasn't very convenient. If someone called back, I usually had to keep multiple lead tabs open and then search through them again to find the right one.

“Useful search but dated design”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how simple it is to locate information and search for exactly what you need. The integration with other programs and software is also very useful and generally works without any issues.
Cons
Software feels a bit old-fashioned in its design and overall comes across as somewhat dull. Small problems, like the email integration randomly cutting out and causing missed messages, were especially frustrating. It's something that can be fixed but by the time it is, important communication has already been missed. I've since moved on to a newer, faster, more flexible and more all-in-one platform that I absolutely love though this one still has some great strengths.

“Closed-loop analytics”
Pros
Having marketing, admissions, data and even student services all in one platform has been really valuable. After getting familiar with how it works, it becomes much easier to take full advantage of it. The closed-loop analytics are especially useful because they clearly show how marketing efforts affect enrollment. That visibility helps us refine every campaign and keep building on our growth.
Cons
Because there are so many features packed into the system, I felt a bit overwhelmed at times and had to go back to the introductory video more than once. That has really been the only downside for me so far. I also wish there were more options for customizing data fields.

“CRM for SMBs”
Pros
If you're a small or mid-sized business, you may not need something as complex as Salesforce. As a standalone CRM, this covers everything needed from a customer management standpoint.
Cons
The calling feature can be a bit unreliable at times and there's no way to track which numbers your connected calls were made from.

“Workflows and custom properties”
Pros
With the right plugins and a few workarounds, this platform can handle an impressively wide variety of tasks. The flexibility to create and select properties, along with the workflow and list features, makes it a very powerful CRM.
Cons
Getting the team fully up to speed takes quite a bit of training although that's probably fairly common with many CRM systems.

“smooth pipeline tracking”
Pros
This platform is very great and keeps track of every touchpoint throughout the sales pipeline. It's also flexible enough to be tailored to match a company's specific needs.
Cons
Even though it comes with strong tools and plenty of content, there's still a bit of a learning curve when getting started. That said, it's user-friendly overall.

“Lead tracking tools”
Pros
This has been an amazing platform for managing leads and sales. Creating contacts is easy, the Gmail integration works really well and tracking sales is very convenient.
Cons
There are a lot of features here and they're genuinely useful for our business. At the same time, having so much packed in can make it pretty easy to lose your way between different options. We're still coming across features that had been there all along but were difficult to spot.

“Marketing toolkit”
Pros
Running my business has been much better with this software because it gives me a easy yet powerful system to work with. It has served as a great digital marketing solution and gives me a full set of tools I can rely on for sales and customer service. I also appreciate that there is a basic but capable free starter plan which is perfect for anyone who wants to test it first and understand how it works before committing. The tiered subscription model is another plus since it lets users choose a plan that matches their budget while still getting the features included in that level. The interface is simple and both setup and ongoing maintenance are hassle-free. Since I began using it, bringing in prospects has become much less difficult and I have also been able to explore business growth strategies through different marketing approaches. The lead management feature makes it simple to capture and organize potential customers or clients. On top of that, it allows me to schedule appointments and assign clients to an advisor when needed. The email management tools let me send, reply, track and organize emails in one place which saves time and helps improve customer service. With all of these features working together, I feel very satisfied with the software overall.
Cons
One downside is that some features are only available after upgrading and that can get expensive for smaller businesses. The free plan also leaves out certain automation features which may be limiting for some users. Another thing I would really like to see is a recurring task option since that would make it much easier to stay on top of regular client follow-ups. As it stands, the reminder feature could definitely be improved.

“all-in-one for small teams”
Pros
Having everything for marketing, sales and customer service in one place really helped us stay on top of more parts of the business. It improved the way we handled sales and marketing and the free version was genuinely useful which honestly caught me off guard. In the end, we got real value from it and saw our marketing efforts improve. I'd say it's a great fit for small businesses.
Cons
The downside is that once the free version no longer covers your needs, the pricing climbs fast and becomes expensive pretty quickly. I also wasn't impressed with the customer support since getting in touch with someone was much harder than it should have been. Luckily, the platform is fairly easy to use so I didn't have to rely on support too often.
