“Better workflow and meetings”
Pros
Once we started using it, the way different parts of our business worked together became much more convenient. We were a bit unsure at first when it was recommended but the user-friendly setup and added features, like the wheel, were picked up quickly by our team. Being able to rely on it during lockdown also helped make our Zoom meetings more productive and worthwhile.
Cons
Nothing problematic to point out, aside from the usual hesitation from some of the over-55 members of our workforce when adopting something new.

“Quick sales tracking”
Pros
Getting started was very easy. I was able to begin tracking my sales on the very first day.
Cons
Paid plan is a bit too expensive for my budget right now so the free version is enough for what I need at the moment.

“fast setup and onboarding”
Pros
Getting this up and running didn't take much effort and the setup process was easy. Creating an account was also fast and simple so we were able to start using it without much delay.
Cons
There were still some difficulties when it came to actually using the tool. When we needed guidance on how certain parts worked, we mostly had to depend on videos for help. There were also limitations with tagging multiple people for lead follow-up which made that part less flexible.

“CRM with standout features”
Pros
Packed with features such as lead capture, data analytics and reporting, sales funnels, sales insights and forecasting, this CRM covers a lot. The ready-made reply templates are especially useful for reaching out quickly. Being able to communicate directly inside the CRM, along with the DocuSign integration, is one of the strongest parts of the platform.
Cons
This is one of the best CRM SaaS solutions out there although it does cost a bit more than some other CRMs on the market. Considering everything it offers, that higher price can be overlooked.

“Lead management toolkit”
Pros
It covers a lot more than just one standout feature, importing data from scratch organizing and developing potential leads with dynamic properties, setting up tasks and follow-ups, tracking deals, reviewing reports and plenty more.
Cons
My biggest complaint is that the Android version comes with limited functionality and I'd also say the inbound process can feel quite complicated.

Pros
Using it for lead tracking, sales pipeline management and email automation has completely changed the way our team connects with customers and closes deals across the organization.
Cons
Only part I've had trouble with is reporting. At times, I can't seem to pull the exact data or specific details I'm trying to find.

“Reliable access and integrations”
Pros
It's dependable and usually gives us quick access to the data we need. Another big plus is the wide range of integrations which makes it simple to connect with other tools we use, like Gmail.
Cons
At times, setting up the right filters can feel a little complicated because there are so many options to choose from. It's also disappointing that there isn't a Firefox extension.

“Email sequences that work”
Pros
Creating email sequences with this has been a huge win for me. It has made my outreach much more effective and easy. I also really appreciate having all of my contacts in one place, where I can quickly track their information without any hassle. Setting up tasks and follow-ups is simple and the reports are accurate and always easy to pull up when I need them.
Cons
I honestly have not run into anything I dislike about it.

“Activity tracking and email sequences”
Pros
Keeping up with customer activity and notes is much more manageable with this tool. The email sequencing is especially useful, we can create templates and schedule emails either one at a time or in bulk which has been a big help.
Cons
Honestly, there are very few downsides to using it. One feature that would make it even better would be the ability to text clients, not just email them.

“Good starter with weak pipeline”
Pros
Getting the starter bundle for everything, CSM, Marketing, Sales and more, at a low price was definitely appealing. That part feels cost-effective. The downside is that marketing contacts are priced way too high and the extra value really doesn't justify what you pay. For the monthly cost, using something like Constant Contact or even a cold email platform would honestly deliver better value for marketing outreach.
Cons
I set this up hoping it would be one central place for all of my contact management and it hasn't fully turned into that. It has replaced a lot of other platforms for us which is a plus but it still hasn't been able to replace Monday.com. Another frustration is that there's no good way to separate the CRM into clear compartments, like keeping marketing recipients apart from sales-specific clients. Because of that, you end up needing two accounts, one for marketing and another for sales and that's just a hassle. If there were a user-level setup where sales could be shielded from marketing contacts until they actually became sales leads, that would solve a lot. The biggest reason we still rely on Monday is task management since it's a lighter platform and works better for moving sales cycles through. By comparison, this software still has a weak sales pipeline system and it's overdue for updates that should have happened years ago. People have been complaining about the "NEW DEAL" tag showing up on all new sales deals since 2018 and somehow it's still there. That's honestly wild to me. The pipeline really needs a full revamp and it doesn't seem to be getting the attention it should.
