“A complete tool for sales, marketing and customer care”
Pros
HubSpot CRM really shines when it comes to helping us engage with our customers. It makes it easy to offer support and the automation features save us a lot of time by handling repetitive tasks. Plus the customer segmentation tools help us group clients so we can provide more suitable service to meet their needs. Really helps us with providing customized service. Appreciate it a lot.
Cons
We havent run into any real problems with HubSpot CRM. Its been amazing at solving all the challenges we had and meeting our needs perfectly.

“really efficient and dependable”
Pros
I find it to be simple to use and reliable and I love how the reminders keep me on top of things. We are constantly updating our CRM and it continues to perform smoothly without any issues.
Cons
One issue is that the filter feature on the search is a bit complicated. When you try to apply different filters the system tends to get messy making searches harder to handle.

“Have to pay for many features”
Pros
I love being able to track the progress of leads in their customer campaigns. The follow ups, reminders and automated templates make it much easier to stay in touch and manage communications.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side. Many essential business features are locked behind a paywall and you have to pay for them despite them being necessary requirement.

“Amazing CRM with lots of features”
Pros
They're all about focusing on the client and constantly improving the platform. I appreciate that you get everything in one place making it a go to tool for all our needs.
Cons
Dealing with support can sometimes be tough. Certain needs or features dont always get the attention they deserve mainly because so many different industries are using the system.

“Too many options for small teams”
Pros
I started using this during a collaboration with a JV partner and it felt very comprehensive overall. It's definitely useful though it seems much better suited to a larger company than a business my size.
Cons
With a solo business or a team of fewer than 10 employees, it felt overwhelming. There were just too many options and even though I could see how customizable it was, that actually made it feel even more confusing.

“Affordable chat with history”
Pros
One thing that works well here is the fairly low price especially for a live chat tool that does a decent job. The chat feature is easy to use and it's also convenient to look back through previous conversations when I need customer details or past context.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been notifications for new live chats. I haven't been able to get them to show up reliably so when I'm working with several tabs open, I often miss new incoming messages.

“CRM with smart automation”
Pros
After several months of using it, the way we handle customer relationships has completely changed for the better. Right from the start, the platform felt approachable thanks to its clear interface and easy onboarding. Even teammates who aren't especially technical were able to start using it without much trouble. The integrations with Gmail, Outlook and Slack have been especially useful and the real-time tracking plus customizable dashboards make it much easier to monitor our sales pipeline and marketing results. The automation tools available in the paid plans have also saved us a lot of time.
Cons
Free CRM covers a lot but many of the stronger features, like advanced reporting, marketing automation and custom workflows, are only available on the higher-priced plans. As the business expands and your needs increase, the cost can rise pretty fast especially if you need more seats for a bigger team or deeper customization.

“Staying organized with lead management”
Pros
Setting up my contacts and pipelines took way longer than I thought it would. It didn't always make sense at first but after messing around with it a few times, it started to click.
Cons
Now I mostly use it just to keep notes and check the last interactions. I'm still ignoring a lot of features but even so, it's already making things way less chaotic for me.

“Solid CRM tool!”
Pros
The workflows and automations are really powerful and helped us scale up our marketing, sales and customer success processes. Hubspot also connects with almost any other tool out there which makes everything easier. Managing inbound leads and inquiries through forms and workflows is super helpful. Plus, all the marketing hub stuff like email got updated recently and it's a huge improvement from when I first started using It four years ago.
Cons
Lead scoring can get kind of complicated and clunky which has been frustrating at times, although they have rolled out some updates recently. The sales forecasting tool could definitely be better if it allowed more customization.

“Best marketing solution”
Pros
The interface is simple and free for basic functions. It does a good job tracking the life cycle of contacts and the automation is well integrated.
Cons
The advanced options cost extra and are pretty expensive. Also, there's not much flexibility to customize pipelines and reports the way I'd like.

“Ideal tool for boosting capacity”
Pros
I love how flexible it is to build custom properties, workflows, sequences and dashboards. It fits almost any team setup.
Cons
Pricing ramps up quickly when you unlock advanced features and some limits like paying per user for Sales Pro or needing Ops Hub for better automations can surprise you. Integrations are mostly good but syncing with non-native systems often needs extra tools or developer help.

“All-in-one sales and marketing tool”
Pros
It's simple to use but you can add complexity as your business needs grow. We started out basic but now we're expanding from sales and marketing into finance and customer service with it.
Cons
You hit paywalls pretty fast if you start using more features, so the costs can grow quickly. Sometimes the system doesn't support simple stuff that feels like it should be there.

“good tool at an affordable price”
Pros
It's easy to use with a clear interface and nice support. The only downside is there are too many paid add-ons offered as extra solutions.
Cons
Integration is complicated and data management is terrible especially when it comes to handling emojis. Extracting data is often painful. You really need a specialist to oversee usage and help get the data ready for a data scientist.

Pros
I use it to keep track of my work as a salesperson. I can call clients and record every interaction with them easily.

“User-friendly CRM perfect for CX teams”
Pros
What I like the most about this tool is how easy and intuitive it is, even if you're not technical. As an Onboarding Specialist at Factorial, I use it every day to track client interactions, manage pipelines and make sure handoffs between teams go smoothly. Logging calls, emails and notes all in one place keeps me organized and helps me get a full picture of each client's journey. The customizable dashboards and reports make it easy to check my progress and focus on what matters.
Cons
It's great overall but I find some customization options limited like colors and pipeline formatting. It's a minor thing though and maybe there are ways to fix it that I just haven't found yet.

“Awesome automation for small firms”
Pros
It's user-friendly, tracks leads well, has automated workflows and integrates with email. The free plan covers basic CRM features and the paid plans grow with your business.
Cons
It's difficult to use and some bugs pop up and the free plan's customization is limited. Advanced features are pricey and costs add up as your needs grow.
