“Practical CRM”
Pros
A practical CRM tool that works well for managing customer relationships. It's easy to use and new users coming over from other platforms can get comfortable with it without much of a learning curve.
Cons
Pricing-wise, it doesn't compare as well to Zoho CRM. Zoho offers more features and a more complete set of CRM tools for the cost.

“Custom views and pipelines”
Pros
Switching over from another CRM felt like a refreshing change. I really appreciate how much I can customize my views and pipelines to match the way I work. Setting up tasks and follow-ups is also really useful and on top of that, the system was very quick to learn.
Cons
I do wish connecting it to my Google Calendar for tasks and reminders was more easy because that setup process feels a little tough.

“Feature-packed and reliable”
Pros
Ever since I started using it, I've had very little to worry about because it includes all the features I need and that's what makes it such a great software choice.
Cons
Getting fully comfortable with the software takes a bit of time since it's somewhat complex and it's also a little more expensive than some other options.

“CRM with integrations”
Pros
At the core of this platform are its CRM and marketing tools and both are very great and capable. The part I enjoy most is the advanced integrations that allow me to connect everything I need in one place.
Cons
A few of the features are priced a bit higher than what you get from some competitors especially marketing contacts compared with Constant Contact and Mailchimp. Then again, those alternatives don't offer the same level of CRM functionality this platform includes.

“perfect for website and sales hub”
Pros
It lets us build and update our brand website while also handling lead and sales management, plus the tasks we use to follow up with accounts and customers.
Cons
The pricing feels high compared with other software in the same tier, the reporting could be better and there's not much flexibility when it comes to changing contact details.

“Better pricing but limited flexibility”
Pros
Compared with Salesforce, the pricing is much more affordable.
Cons
On the downside, it doesn't offer as much customization as Salesforce which means its capabilities can fall short for a lot of clients.

“Helpful YouTube guides”
Pros
What I've liked most about it is that it provides a lot of information for using it with YouTube.
Cons
What I've liked least is that it isn't very simple and at times it feels too extensive for entrepreneurs.

“Remote team collaboration”
Pros
Being able to pin notes and comments directly to account or contact views has been incredibly useful especially while working remotely and collaborating with others. The internal commenting feature with team members was something I relied on a lot as a remote worker. On top of that, the customization options and overall user-friendly design make it a strong CRM choice for companies of any size.
Cons
Deals and opportunity tracking can feel a little dull from time to time. It's also not the strongest option when it comes to more advanced reporting for sales pipelines and opportunities. With so many features and customization settings available, creating consistency and standardization can be more challenging from an admin standpoint.

“Free CRM that works”
Pros
Running a boutique marketing and media business, I get a ton of value from their free CRM. It covers everything I genuinely need in the free plan and that's been incredibly helpful for my day-to-day work.
Cons
A few automation features aren't part of the free tier and I do wish those were included even though I understand the reason they keep them out.

“Lead tracking that works”
Pros
Keeping track of our leads and sales with this has worked really well. Our team had four people and I could also monitor the status of everyone's work without any trouble.
Cons
Sometimes it takes one extra step to get something done so the overall user experience could be refined a bit to make the software even better.

“Free plan with email tracking”
Pros
Free version has been really helpful and covers all of our basic needs. It's also nice that it connects with your inbox and lets you track emails sent to clients.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see improved is the duplicate record issue. It would be much better if there were a way to spot duplicates and then merge or replace contacts when needed.

“Perfect contact tracking”
Pros
Working as an AE at a company without a strong CRM, I ended up loading all of my contacts into this platform and using it as my main tracking system. It worked really well for what I needed and I was very satisfied with it. Getting everything set up was quick and didn't take much time at all which made the whole experience even better.
Cons
I'm sure managers or leadership teams might want more advanced features and reporting options but from an AE perspective, it had everything I needed.

Pros
Using it feels very easy and getting to the data I need is clear and hassle-free. One of the best parts is being able to extract a large amount of data all at once which saves a lot of time.
