“Communication and tracking”
Pros
Having calling built in, along with document storage, email handling and document tracking, makes this a really useful all-in-one tool. It keeps a lot of important tasks in one place and helps align daily work.
Cons
I think one thing that could be improved is the search feature especially when trying to find specific text inside emails since it feels a bit limited.

“Room to grow”
Pros
Coming from never having used a CRM before, this has shown us a lot of potential and it feels like we've only just begun to use what it can do. It helps us manage customers in a much smarter way, look back at previous conversations, understand how they behave on our website, update deals and handle plenty more. We've also started putting automation in place and it's clear there's a lot more we'll be able to build on with that over time.
Cons
A few of the features we wanted, like managing multiple domains, were locked behind the Enterprise license. We've also recently moved to a global Enterprise CRM together with our sister companies and the process of re-customising everything has been tough at times. Even so, we're positive about the long-term possibilities especially when it comes to lead management and building stronger customer relationships.

“great for tracking and reporting”
Pros
It comes with built-in tools for tracking, lead management and reporting right out of the box. The whole system feels designed around the end user which makes a big difference. I really appreciate not needing a full-time IT person onsite to get everything set up and running.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the focus on Contacts since it feels like the platform should center more on Companies instead. We're onboarding businesses, not individual people.

“Simple setup and flexible”
Pros
This tool is incredibly easy to use and using it feels simple from the start. Pretty much anyone can pick it up and customize it to fit what they need.
Cons
A few parts of the platform seem a bit too separated and it would make more sense if they were brought together under one unified section.

“Free tools to start”
Pros
Getting started is simple because there are plenty of free features available right away. You can use things like forms, a basic CRM and sales tracking without needing to pay upfront.
Cons
One frustrating part is how the products are split into different names which makes it confusing to figure out what you actually need. It would make much more sense if everything were offered as one complete package under a single name. On top of that, the pricing is very high and can be too expensive for many people who start on the free platform, then end up looking for other options once they see the upgrade cost.

There have been quite a few times when certain functions were unavailable and that ends up making the workday a lot harder.

“Works well for some businesses”

It gets the job done for certain types of businesses and could be a good fit depending on the industry.

Because it isn't tailored to any specific type of business, it may not be the right solution for everyone.

“Professional email tools”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits here is the email tracking which is just as valuable as the email templates. It lets you send emails through a workflow using templates you've already set up and the end result looks very polished and professional especially for a smaller business.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed into the platform so it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It takes some time to get comfortable with everything before you can really make the most of the software.

“Sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
Compared with other CRMs I've worked in, this one is much more simple to move around in and the layout feels logical. I'm not stuck hunting for details and it's always clear where things stand in the sales process because everything is displayed in a clean, readable way.
Cons
One downside is the linear layout for each opportunity which can make certain details harder to reach since you have to scroll all the way down. A more compact, aligned view would improve that.

“Custom branding and automation”
Pros
Working with it at a startup has been a big plus for my digital marketing role. The standout benefit is being able to build landing pages while also having access to a huge amount of educational content. Even without being a dedicated CRM user, there's still a lot to learn from its Academy. We handle all of our contacts and subscription forms through it and we rely on it for email marketing as well. One thing I really appreciate is how customizable everything is. I can create email templates that match our branding perfectly and the landing pages and forms can be designed exactly the way we want. It really feels like having a clever assistant helping with the work.
Cons
The downside is that some of the extra features come at a pretty high cost.

“great pipeline and outreach”
Pros
Our sales team has been using it as an ideal way to keep the pipeline better organized. The import feature is very user-friendly so it doesn't take much effort for anyone to connect with contacts from all over the world. On top of that, it makes sending targeted emails to our most qualified prospects easy and efficient.
Cons
Hardest part is getting the team fully up to speed on everything the app can do and helping them understand the full range of its functionality.

“Contact segmentation”
Pros
Being able to segment my contacts so clearly makes a huge difference. I can quickly see who needs follow-up, when I should reach out and what the conversation should be about.
Cons
It does take quite a bit of setup at the beginning and that can feel like a bit of a time drain. Still, once everything is configured properly, the effort definitely pays off.

“Beginner-friendly lead management”
Pros
Getting started with this tool is very easy even for someone new to it. The strongest part is the inbound lead management although there's still some room to make it even better.
Cons
Reporting options feel limited and it's missing integrations with some other tools we use. I'm also not a fan of the automatic account creation based on website domains since it can sometimes generate duplicate accounts.
