Forms and scheduling

Pros

Being able to build forms and embed them directly on websites has been a huge plus. Whenever someone submits a form, their information is captured automatically and email open tracking is available too, as long as the lead has opted in to that feature. I also rely on the calendar links for booking meetings and the invoice payment option is another helpful feature especially with fairly reasonable merchant processing fees.

Cons

Getting familiar with the platform at the beginning can feel a bit overwhelming.

Popular CRM with support

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of this CRM is how widely used it is because whenever something comes up, it's not hard to find someone who can help me sort it out. The free plan was also a huge plus when I was just getting my small business off the ground since it kept my costs down until I was ready to move to a paid option. On top of that, importing and exporting files is very convenient and overall I've really enjoyed using this software.

Cons

Once I got familiar with how the software works, I really couldn't find anything negative to point out. It does everything I need to run my small business.

Notes and task tracking

Pros

It offers really strong note-taking and task-tracking features that help me stay organized.

Cons

I do wish it had a homepage that could show a full snapshot of everything in one place.

simple insights

Pros

The platform feels very simple once you're using it. Getting everything set up took a fair amount of effort but now that it's running, the team genuinely enjoys working with it and we're collecting really valuable data.

Cons

Pricing for the individual modules feels too steep. There are times when I only need two or three features from a module but instead of paying for just those, you have to spend thousands more to buy the entire module.

Highly customizable

Pros

One of the best parts is how much of the software can be tailored to match your specific needs. On top of that, the online community has come up with clever workarounds for features or options that are still missing. That makes it possible to solve certain problems in the short term while waiting for the product team to build them out properly.

Cons

A downside is that onboarding can get quite expensive whenever you start using a new paid feature.

Free CRM with features

Pros

It's impressive that this CRM is free and still comes packed with a lot of really useful features.

Cons

The analytics side still feels underdeveloped and we're considering adding a BI tool to cover those needs.

Client coordination tools

Pros

Between the wide range of features and the integrations it offers, this software has been really valuable. The task management tools and calendar connections are what I use most and they make coordinating with customers much more manageable.

Cons

Every now and then, the email integration stops working properly which can be frustrating. I'd also prefer it to be a bit more fully developed overall.

Smart workflows

Pros

The workflows are fantastic and I really appreciate the thinking and logic behind how the software works. The Academy, Knowledge Base and Community are also extremely valuable features.

Cons

Managing products and line items is still one of the weaker areas.

CRM for sales growth

Pros

When we first chose it, the goal was mainly to get a CRM that could organize our contacts and make them much more accessible. Along with that, it ended up giving us several other valuable features too. On the sales side, this CRM has also helped us manage the company's sales process better. Another big advantage is digital marketing because besides handling products, it has also been useful for promoting and marketing them.

Cons

My biggest issue with it is the high cost. Even over the long term, it feels very expensive. The features are definitely good but the pricing is still hard to justify. On top of that, the UI can be laggy at times and occasionally feels glitchy.

Recruiter pipeline tracking

Pros

This CRM works really well for recruiting. It helps keep the hiring pipeline organized, makes it simple to identify candidates for open roles and keeps all of their contact details in one place.

Cons

Google Chrome extension can be unreliable at times and I sometimes have to sign in again when it stops working.

CRM for growth

Pros

Having everything in one CRM platform is a big plus. You can keep your sales process, marketing campaigns and customer service organized in one place. It also supports business growth with useful marketing tools and techniques. There are several plans at different price points which makes it flexible depending on your needs. I also appreciate being able to view statistical information in graphs, manage the contacts being created such as clients and prospects and assign advisors to each customer. Another highlight is the free version which includes several tools and is perfect for anyone who wants to test how the platform works before moving up to the Enterprise version which is the most complete option for handling a larger number of contacts.

Cons

Because the platform includes so many features, it can feel a bit hard to understand at the beginning. It would be helpful if there were more tutorials dkhl the platform to guide users through the different tools.

Client notes access

Pros

Being able to go back and review notes and client information whenever needed is incredibly valuable for both me and my staff.

Cons

The phone number search function is really unreliable. Most of the time it doesn't find the contact I need and instead brings up unrelated information.

Clean UI with room to grow

Pros

Getting up and running with this has been far more easy than the Salesforce rollout stories I've heard. The interface is clean and the core functionality is simple to understand and use which made deployment much easier for our team. On top of that, they offer a wide range of applications that could eventually replace other tools in our tech stack once we've fully worked through the core setup and functionality.

Cons

Compared with similar options, it's definitely on the expensive side. It also lacks some basic features, like conditional logic in feedback forms and that really limits how useful it can be in certain situations.

Well-connected platform

Pros

Easy to use!!! It works really well alongside other programs we already use. The customer support team has also been excellent, they're responsive and actually take user feedback into account to keep improving the platform.

Cons

There's a slight learning curve at first but my team appreciates how versatile it is so the effort pays off.

Helpful features but dull CRM

Pros

It keeps all of our information in one place and I do think the extra tools especially MAP and Salespipeline, are making our sales and marketing teams more productive and effective at what they do.

Cons

Anyone who has worked with a true CRM will probably notice right away that this platform was not originally built as one. It feels more like a CRM was added on later and they have done an okay job with it. But if you are using the CRM heavily every day, it becomes tough. The way the data is organized often forces users to click three or four times just to locate a single field. We used Zoho before switching and that system stored information in a much more user-friendly way, with stronger reporting as well.

Quick setup and integrations

Pros

Getting started with it feels very simple, in the same way Apple or Google products do. The integrations are easy, there's a wide range of capabilities available and it doesn't take long at all to get everything up and running.

Cons

One frustration has been the sales team, they don't really seem to understand enterprise B2B or CMO-level buyers. Onboarding has also become a lot more limited than it used to be, it once felt fully supportive but now the time and access are much more restricted. The Customer Success team is helpful although they seem stretched very thin managing hundreds of accounts.
