“Simple lead tracking”

Pros

Keeping up with lead management and sales tracking feels much more easy with this tool. It's very simple to use and manage which makes day-to-day work a lot easier. I also appreciate being able to upload files to each contact so there's no need to dig through local folders or search old emails. The mobile app is especially useful for anyone who travels a lot since leads can be checked and tracked instantly while on the go.

Cons

It's been an excellent tool for managing and maintaining leads.

“Team alignment hub”

Pros

It's been the all-in-one solution we needed to tighten the feedback loop between our marketing and sales teams.

Cons

The platform is highly customizable but it takes a significant upfront investment to make sure the foundational setup works properly for every team.

“Feature-packed and flexible”

Pros

This tool comes with a full set of features and there are plenty of configuration options available to customize how you want to use it.

Cons

Using it can be pretty difficult and even setting up basic things feels unnecessarily complicated. For example, clicking on notifications doesn't actually take you anywhere useful. Finding a reply also takes too many clicks because the system doesn't clearly show the most recent discussion.

“Clean interface”

Pros

Interface feels really polished and user-friendly and it makes finding the information I need quick and easy.

Cons

It would be even better if they included free live customer support so users could get help while exploring more of the features.

“Learning support”

Pros

Right away, the flexibility stood out to me. You can accomplish almost anything with it especially when working with your contacts. The team clearly focuses on content and I really appreciate how the Academy builds your overall skills, helps you get better at using the tool and strengthens your confidence in the team's expertise.

Cons

At first, the plain design doesn't really guide you in using the software unless you already understand its value. Still, in the end, you come to agree with Socrates, "Thus what is useful is beautiful in relation to the use to which it is useful."

Pros

Prospecting and active scouting are nicely automated and the platform also connects fairly well with the rest of our tech stack.

Cons

Sometimes it misses pulling in information from some of the other tools it's integrated with.

“CRM with endless possibilities”

Pros

Right from the start, the functionality felt impressive and the range of things you can do with this CRM seems almost unlimited. It is also widely used so there are plenty of training videos online which makes learning much more convenient. One of the biggest advantages for me was the free trial especially for new users because it can be extremely helpful for small businesses and startups. On top of that, it is simple to learn and comfortable to use. The user-friendly interface helps us track prospects, manage contacts and close deals without spending too much.

Cons

The Professional and Enterprise plans are priced too high. Aside from that, the software is good overall but the lack of a mobile app is a downside. I also think it would be even better if it included WhatsApp integration.

“Salesforce lead scoring”

Pros

Being able to connect it with Salesforce and keep lead scores updated has been the biggest advantage. It helps surface the most important leads right at the top of the pipeline.

Cons

Up to this point, everything has been working really well. Our tech team handled the integration setup and that has made the process easy for everyone involved.

“Clean design and workflow”

Pros

The platform has a simple, clean layout that makes everything very simple to use. You can work with it without needing any programming knowledge at all which makes it very accessible.

Cons

One downside is that pricing is handled in dollars and there aren't any tutorials or support options available in Portuguese.

“Better marketing decisions”

Pros

Running an online business, this has helped me make smarter marketing decisions by using the data from my site visitors. It's very simple to use and never feels complicated. I'm still using it because it works better for what I need.

Cons

It has been perfect for me since the first time I tried the free trial. Of course, every product has room to keep improving and I believe it can be made even better for the overall experience. Still, I'm satisfied with what I've gotten from it and it has the features I need.

“Marketing and sales hub”

Pros

The platform is quick, the interface is user-friendly and it doesn't take much training for people to begin using it comfortably. It also has a strong marketing engine and does a good job of bringing the full Marketing and Sales functions together in one place.

Cons

At the same time, it's still missing quite a few features. A couple that come to mind right away are campaign management for budgets and reporting, as well as a conversion rate report by deal owner. Feature updates and new releases also tend to come out slowly.

“cluttered tool”

Pros

Searching for contacts was easy and setting up reminder notifications worked well. Since it was free, it did the job fine if all you needed was a basic place to store contacts.

Cons

The interface felt very dull and monotone. When I connected my email account, it automatically created a lot of junk entries that I then had to clean up manually. On top of that, I had to open contacts one by one just to figure out what each one actually was.

“Workspace integration”

Pros

It fits in really well with Workspace which our team uses every day. The interface is clean and easy and once you become familiar with it, it's simple to navigate. The IT academy is also a really valuable resource for new users especially since the platform can feel overwhelming at first because there's so much included in it.

Cons

Customization options are powerful but they take time to learn properly and the large number of reports can make it confusing to work out which ones you actually need. Proper training is definitely necessary if your team wants to get the full value from it though that effort does pay off over time. Even after using it for six months, I'm still discovering new features and capabilities regularly.
