“Stay organized”
Pros
It's been really helpful for keeping everything organized and making me more efficient.
Cons
I didn't enjoy at first was how much extra time it had me spending in front of a computer though that gradually decreased as I got more used to using it.

“CRM for automation”
Pros
Biggest win with this software has been how easy it makes automations, sales pipeline control, task tracking, lead management and the entire service funnel. It works extremely well as a relationship-focused CRM, not just a tool for sales. We were also able to organize all our NPS metrics in a way that customers can clearly see them which has helped us do a strong job with customer success.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the interface especially the overall UX and visual design of the software.

“Feature-rich and organized”
Pros
There's a lot to work with here and I really appreciate how the features are organized into menus that are simple to navigate.
Cons
There are just too many different ways to accomplish the same thing and quite a few capabilities are locked behind higher service tiers.

“All leads in one place”
Pros
Free plan is quite generous and the HubSpot University content is genuinely excellent. When you're handling leads from multiple sources like inbound, outbound, referrals, content, support and more, it works really well because everything is centralized in a single platform.
Cons
It can feel like a lot if your team isn't very experienced in sales, if you don't have a sales ops setup or if you're managing a high volume of leads. In a leaner sales process some of the features may also end up going unused.

“Sales and support hub”
Pros
There's a lot this platform can do and it opens up plenty of possibilities for different teams. It works really well not just for sales but also for customer success managers and support agents which makes it a pretty versatile tool overall.
Cons
A few features aren't very simple to figure out without help and getting the system set up is fairly challenging. That said, once everything is properly configured, it works perfectly fine and handles the job well.

“Clear interface and integrations”
Pros
Using it feels very easy thanks to the clear, comfortable interface. It also comes with plugins to connect email accounts like webmail and Outlook, plus integrations with a huge range of external services such as Zapier and similar tools.
Cons
The missing mobile app can be a drawback in some situations especially when it comes to managing contacts on the go.

“Automation and workflows”
Pros
Automation tools and workflow features have been really great and support usually gets back with a fairly decent response time when questions come up.

It would be even better if some of the additional features were included in the lower-tier plans.

“Works as expected”
Pros
When it's used the way it was built to be used, this solution performs really well and delivers great results across everything it's meant to handle.

This tool does have some limitations so certain processes need to be adjusted to fit the system rather than the other way around.

“Flexible tool”
Pros
After using this CRM every day for more than a year, I still feel like I've only explored a fraction of everything it can do. The feature set is incredibly deep and its customization and integration options are on another level. It handles contact and lead management, marketing automation, sales support, reporting, analytics and just about anything else you'd want from a CRM. Honestly, it feels like the benchmark other CRM platforms are trying to match.
Cons
Only real downside is that there may actually be such a thing as too much functionality in one CRM. It comes very close to that point. Because it can connect with almost any platform and be customized to handle nearly any workflow, the setup and flexibility can feel overwhelming for someone who is just getting started.

“Client tracking hub”
Pros
Working with it has been really comfortable because it's so user-friendly. I can quickly bring up client details and see every interaction we've had with them in one place. It's been a very effective way to keep all of our client information organized and stored.
Cons
A lot of the functionality is locked behind a paid subscription. It's difficult to tell what other tools I might actually use without having to pay extra for the add-ons first.

“Customer journey tracking”
Pros
It's helped create a clear and convenient customer journey from sales to onboarding, training and renewal. Our overall process is now much more concise and it has reduced the number of errors along the way.
Cons
Getting started with it wasn't very convenient at first. The team initially had trouble understanding our business model but after meeting with Al, I was finally able to build out the platform in a way that fit our company's needs.

“great tracking”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one CRM is really convenient and the different menus and drop-down options make it possible to locate just about anything you need. Every area is easy to work with, Contacts for looking up people and reaching out, Conversations for viewing and monitoring emails, Marketing for campaigns, Sales for tasks and follow-ups, Service for managing and closing tickets, Automation for email sequences and Reports for analytics. It also lets me schedule emails in advance and calls are recorded and logged which helps a lot with staying on top of action items. If you prefer using your regular email system, you can sync that too so activity is tracked automatically without having to send messages directly from the platform.
Cons
Because the system does so much, there is a bit of a learning curve at first. It can take some time to get used to where everything lives since the menus are fairly extensive even though they are ultimately not too hard to understand. Pricing is another downside, the platform can become costly, the contracts do not offer much flexibility and depending on the plan level you choose, extra technical support may come with an added charge.

“Academy and connected tools”
Pros
It first came onto my radar through the Academy and the educational content there is genuinely excellent. They do a really smart job of using that deep knowledge base to bring people in. I began with the Inbound Sales certification course, then started using the CRM and over time added more of the platform's services, including self-service scheduling and chatbot tools. Where it really outperforms competitors is in how easily the major modules work together, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CMS and Operations. You can adopt just a few modules or roll out many of them, depending on what your organization actually needs.
Cons
Starter plans are affordable, ranging from free to about $45 per month but the pricing jumps dramatically once you move up to the Professional and Enterprise levels at $360+ per month. A better-priced option between Starter and Professional would make the platform much more practical for SMBs.

“Smart tracking”
Pros
Right away, the standout part of this CRM is the automatic contact creation and email tracking. It handles the core CRM tasks well and the built-in reporting and dashboards are perfectly useful for keeping an eye on performance. On the sales side, it also makes it simple to follow deals as they move through the pipeline. Taken as a whole, it's a really great CRM for the price.
Cons
The one area where it falls a bit behind is data parsing which isn't as detailed as some competing platforms especially Salesforce. That said, it's only really an issue if your team specifically needs very granular sales data breakdowns.
