“Workflows and KPI tracking”
Pros
Running email campaigns feels much more manageable with this platform because it helps me send the right messages to the right people at the right time through its workflow and contact management tools. The lead tracking features are excellent for guiding prospects through our marketing funnel and it has also been really helpful for handling customer support on our end. On top of that, the dashboards are incredibly valuable for monitoring KPIs and keeping performance visible.
Cons
Getting started does take some time because there's definitely a learning curve. It's also on the expensive side, the pricing model feels more complicated than it needs to be and a few integrations aren't really usable unless you're paying for additional plans.

“Great for daily use”
Pros
Using it with our team every day has been a really positive experience overall.
Cons
This tool does feel a bit complex at first and isn't the most simple in the beginning but the available resources and academy help a lot and make it manageable.

“Sales and campaign hub”
Pros
Running both marketing campaigns and sales from a single app has been a big advantage. It keeps everything in one place and makes managing both sides much more convenient.
Cons
It does have fewer third-party integrations available compared with Salesforce which can be limiting depending on the tools you already use.

“Popular CRM tutorials”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how widely used this CRM is because whenever something comes up, it's usually pretty simple to find help. There are plenty of tutorials online as well which makes learning the platform much easier. Another thing I really appreciate is the free plan which is especially valuable for startups and small businesses. Even that free version holds up well against the paid plans offered by a lot of other CRMs. The workflow and interface also feel very simple so getting comfortable with it doesn't take much time. Out of all the CRMs I've used, this has been the most easy and even users with limited technical knowledge can handle it well with a bit of training. On top of that, it supports lots of integrations, including WordPress which is a big plus for smaller businesses.
Cons
There really aren't many advanced features included so I can see it being less useful for larger companies with more complex needs. The pricing structure is another drawback, there's a free plan and then a fairly expensive paid option and it would be much better if there were a middle-tier plan in between for people who can't justify the higher cost. That said, at least you can begin with the free plan and upgrade later when the need comes up which does help a bit.

“Great value and UX”
Pros
Right from the start, this has felt like excellent value for the money. The UX is thoughtfully designed and the software is simple enough that new employees can pick it up very quickly. It also offers plenty of flexibility which makes it a strong fit for most small to mid-sized organizations. It's been really helpful for tracking prospects, keeping them moving through the sales pipeline and eventually converting them into clients. After that, it continues to be useful for managing those relationships effectively.
Cons
Getting everything set up is best handled by someone who already knows the software well. If a beginner does the initial setup, there's a good chance they'll need to redo parts of the process once they realize information was entered in the wrong place. That said, once the system is configured correctly, the long-term payoff is how easy it is to use.

“Gmail and Kanban integration”
Pros
Gmail integration works exceptionally well and the Kanban view is something I really enjoy for staying on top of our sales pipeline.
Cons
It's really built with much larger companies in mind than mine so there's no way we could realistically use every feature. The full package is pretty expensive but thankfully the CRM-tier pricing is very fair. If we grow later on, I'd definitely stick with it.

“tool with rich features”
Pros
After using it for the past 6 months, I'm genuinely very happy with this software. Before this, we had tried Salesforce and Paramantra and both felt quite difficult to work with. We constantly had to depend on customer support just to get things done. Compared to that, this one is much more user-friendly. Lead capture, lead management, lead assignment, different kinds of intelligent reports, a very convenient interface, sales funnel tracking, invoicing and a lot more are all included. It really is an amazing software. There are also plenty of options in the paid version and even the free version comes with enough features to suit micro and small businesses very well.
Cons
The only downside is that the free version does not include customer support.

“User-friendly workflows”
Pros
Right away, the user-friendly design is one of the biggest reasons this software is so well liked. The most valuable parts for me are the insights it gives into lead and company record management, plus the fact that meetings, calls and notes can all be handled from the same view. Another reason it stands out is the workflow functionality. Being able to choose custom fields when building workflows saves a lot of time and it also connects with a wide range of business apps through its integrations.
Cons
It covers the basic needs of a sales and marketing team quite well but there is definitely room to improve when it comes to integrations if you need advanced features or a custom setup for your company. For instance, if you want to update the lead source of a record through an integration, that option is not available unless you are able to match it through a field or use a workflow trigger point.

“All-in-one sales hub”
Pros
Compared with other CRM and marketing automation platforms, it feels a bit like a Swiss army knife because of how versatile it is. I really value being able to tie the entire sales cycle together and keep both sales and marketing in the same place while still giving daily sales users strong tools they can actually use.
Cons
Getting everything configured can take quite a bit of admin work especially early on when setting up workflows, information and customizations. On top of that, it is not as strong as other CRM platforms like Microsoft or SFDC when it comes to advanced reporting and deeper data manipulation so it tends to be a better fit for startups or smaller organizations.

“great support”
Pros
This CRM platform has been excellent overall, with outstanding learning resources, dependable support, the INBOUND convention and plenty more to take advantage of.
Cons
Running a small e-commerce business, we realized this powerful CRM was more than we actually needed especially given the high cost. It never really felt like small companies were their main priority.

“CRM for growing teams”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it handles most of what a small business typically needs from a CRM. The chat support team is also behd helpful whenever questions come up.
Cons
Once your contact list grows, the per-contact pricing starts to get pretty expensive and eventually you need to move up to an enterprise-level CRM. The analytics are decent for basic use but anything more detailed usually means exporting the data first.

“Fast setup and free plans”
Pros
With so many CRMs out there, this one really feels like it has done something different by making the platform simple to use, quick to set up in about two minutes and even offering free plans. If it continues to sync well with the other tools we already use, I can definitely see us sticking with it.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind, aside from the fact that it can feel a little confusing at the beginning when you are trying to figure out which product from their lineup is the right one to choose.
